@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE 2. Also as you well know she is well within her cooling of period . When she brought the phone back that told her she can’t cancel which is a complete lie as you should know being that you are regulated by the fca. After telling the manager that they have to take the phone

@EE 1. Your Hastings branch is an absolute disgrace . My friend went to this store 2 days ago to put £100 deposit down on a contract phone . She had the phone just 1 day and the battery died 3 times. She never signed a contract and was never asked to . Not even an e signature .
