    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE Hi Guys, I'm finding it impossible to talk to anyone at EE about my terrible phone signal for calls. It's been going on for over a year. Some sort of legal dispute but I can hardly make calls and they just drop out. Your automated service now says "everything's fine" LOLZ.

    @EE hi. I have had problems with my mobile data..... it's not been working for 2 days. Service status claims there's no problems in my area. Right now I'm having to rely on WiFi. Thanks.

    @EE can you help! My contract was meant to change b4 Christmas, I was told it wouldn’t work, I then was told it could work so it was changed. It then wouldn’t change until Christmas Day. It still didn’t change. I went to get a new phone today and it changed over This l this….

    @EE sorry to say but your full of crap, unable to even answer any questions on the call for an error your end which still is unresolved. Absolutely shocking customer service at its best 🤬
