    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE I took out a new phone contract last week and have since lost the 20GB extra data I received from having a phone contract and then taking out home internet and home phone service with you. Any reason why I now can’t have this on my new mobile contract?

    After over 20 years it's time to say good bye to @EE and their horrific customer service and over pricing. @vodafone already have them beat on price and the package offered, they can't be any worse when it comes to making their customers feel valued.

    @EE I managed to sort it by buying one from somewhere else instead. I’ve always had issues with your website. The search feature brings up articles instead of the products. When I upgraded my phone it told me that I couldn’t afford it even though it was cheaper than my last contract.

    @EE Could you please ask your customer services person called James to speak to long term customers like myself with some respect? His attitude is appalling. My internet is not working and I’ve just paid my bill. I expect to be treated better. Thank you!

    @EE Another text, "MyPlace update: Just to let you know, we have a problem near home which may be affecting service in the area." Trouble is, EE has zero signal strength in West Berks to start with. Outage makes no difference. I've complained before but they EE simply closes case
