    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE Hi Ian. Nothing has changed. No software update applied by @ThreeUK No improvement in data. I will be calling to cancel as soon as I get chance. I expect a long phone conversation.

    @quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @rhodriclark @MarcAllera @EE That has happened to me. Basically pay an extortionate amount to leave or pay for a service you ain't getting. That is the position they took with me.

    @EE Is there a problem in Manchester? Just getting No Sim/Emergency calls only & have turned airplane mode on/off and the same with the phone and still getting the same.

    @EE Anita, your words mean nothing. Actions mean a lot more. @EE have our account details. You have on record how badly you treated us & dealt with the issue. I didn't even get an apology from your business team manager who left me on hold for 30 minutes when I escalated the issue.

    Never buy with @EE - 48hrs of calls/left on hold/told incorrect info /visiting stores to finally get them to send a "replacement phone" (@EE refused to send new📱) to a loyal business customer @EE Your call centre service is a disgrace. Our business account will be closed ASAP.

    @EE any chance of sorting the 5g signal in the Rock Ferry area? Hit and miss, been trying to moan for half an hour now!! Needs fixing as I can't justify £60+ plus a month for a signal that cuts in and out. Maybe I should pay my bill like the signal here 👍
