@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE hi, when we have a power cut, we also lose our phone network so we are completely cut off. Is there anything that can be done to put the phone network on backup or generator energy to ensure connectivity during power outages?

@EE This said, it's refreshing to see a network operator pre-emptively admitting to an outage instead of saying nothing and blaming customers' handsets when the problem is reported to them. Full marks to @EE there.
