@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE sick of not being able to access the best networks 8 years running my ee app, never had all this malarkey with 3 my last provider 🤔 What's going on? And don't say download our new updated app because I already have ?

@its_llew @EE No idea. Its doing my head in. Not sure what the app being updated has to do with me not being able to get into the site either. Have reinstalled app a number of times and it appears to accept my login, however with the pin enabled or fingerprint used, all I get is the error.
