@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@sharnehawkins @EE That’s disgusting. It’s not your fault and they could have honoured the Xbox. Customer service is beyond a joke with these companies. I really regret going back to @EE for this deal. I was with them for years (back when they were T-mobile) and had problems. Total farce.

@VodafoneUK whatever you do don’t have a business acc with Voda. They are incompetent and don’t train their teams right! Been with them for over 15 yrs and every time there’s an issue they take no responsibility and have no good compensation!! Let me see what @EE are saying!

Just wondering what Twitter community thinks? @Moto phone I bought from @bt_uk shop earlier this year is not compatible with @EE network. Discovered why phone doesn't work well this week, after hours online with tech teams, BT shop says I cannot return it. #NotFitForPurpose

@sharnehawkins @EE Same problem here Sharne, 30 days have long gone, no text or e-mail, phoned EE numerous times to no avail. Absolutely conned on this one. Tried to cancel the contract today and was told it would cost £500. Ruined my sons Christmas as was going to be his main present.

@EE I'm on a EE Max plan, I was told I can gift 100gb of data a month to another EE sim. Just done it on the App and I've received a text saying I've used 80% of my data. I was told I was on unlimited data and would be able to gift 100gb/month without an issue...?

@xboxuk @EE You’re not showing the horrendous lag with xcloud. An AMAZING idea let down by lag, stuttering and freezing. Such a shame :-(
