    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE #EE everyone beware of the untrustworthy trade in promises on phone upgrades. I upgraded 2 phones, was promised monthly price reductions on my bill which have never materialised. Don’t trust what EE promises

    @EE I have to charge every day. This is with light usage. I have turned every setting off that will help battery life. It’s worse than my old SE.

    @EE please explain to me why my app no longer recognises my login credentials for the last 6 months. But your website does? I need access to my E-Sim which can only be done via the app and no one can resolve this. I need someone to contact me ASAP.

    Internet reception at Turf Moor, Burnley with @EE is terrible during the game. I know lots of people are trying to access it at the same time… but people on @VodafoneUK don’t have the same problem. #twitterclarets

    @sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

    @PaulGrayburn @EE I’m generally based around Rainham Avley Dagenham sorta areas. And to be honest it’s not too bad at the moment it was terrible last year.
