@ThreeUKSupport OK thank you. It’s not just me having this bad experience is it, so I really hope you can get this fixed quickly. I’d prefer not to have to switch to #4GEE Mobile WiFi but #timewilltell #threehomefi #notcurrentlyfitforpurpose @iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @EE

@EE Are you going to use the extortionate roaming charges on stunts like these? Asking as a long term customer.

  • markadimcmylor mark mcmylor (@markadimcmylor) reported

@EE Think you will see I've complained about your service and customer service so it definitely needs reinvesting in as one of the worst I've come up against

  • tomoxley92 Tom Oxley (@tomoxley92) reported

@EE used be a good network for going abroad and in general until @MarcAllera decided to measure his back balance big by robbing us with Data Roaming chargers! £2 are you *************** seriously!! #ee

  • Filoufi ~ Fiona ~ (@Filoufi) reported

@EE Morning, I have no mobile signal again, could you trouble shoot for me please

  • pizzamorg ballistic piss. (@pizzamorg) reported

Hey @EE I tweeted you back yesterday but never got any response. Can I please follow that up?

  • DanielPhilips1 Devondan (@DanielPhilips1) reported

@SimonZev @TurnipRail @EE To be fair to them they will lose money on providing the service in many countries where they have to buy the data. Maybe one of the smaller networks will do a European option or there will be a return to “bolt ins”. Alternative is get a local European sim to stick in.

  • stevienet2000 Steve👍 (@stevienet2000) reported

Well thanks @EE I have been with you for years have spent enough money with you to keep the good service as it’s is but you are now Going to charge me for working in the eu I can be in the eu for up to 60 days so you are going to charge me £2 a day looks like I’m leaving u then

  • MrsMaclean1 Mrs Maclean (@MrsMaclean1) reported

@EE I have had text messages all week telling me there are problems in my area. What’s the problem and why is it taking so long to fix? Thanks.

  • tracyd_69 Tracy Doig (@tracyd_69) reported

@EE third day in a row I have no signal and have to report it as a fault. Getting tedious now. 😩

  • Pauldonny1983 Paul (@Pauldonny1983) reported

@ifyoucanbe @EE No pact is needed. There is no extra cost to these networks. This is simply down to greed. Nothing more, nothing less
