    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE Hi Ian. Nothing has changed. No software update applied by @ThreeUK No improvement in data. I will be calling to cancel as soon as I get chance. I expect a long phone conversation.

    @EE morning! Just wondering why you haven’t given me the promised call back and continue to over charge me? Considering it’s your **** up you don’t seem to want to rectify it. So much for your “best customer service” and “no 1 network”

    @EE Nice to get a personal reply but the problem for most is that a multimillion dollar corporation can’t afford to take a hit but the buck keeps stopping with the minimum wage worker. Who do we tell we’re increasing our fees? The buck stops with the poorest. Doesn’t seem right.

    @EE is over a month of no broadband as the infrastructure is still being discussed. Why offer something you cannot deliver? And before you send the generic “have you contacted someone in EE” YES I HAVE REPEATEDLY and get pawned off to different deps. (This problem since 2014)

    @EE If you want the time of the call, I can give you that to have the call listened to. I didn't appreciate basically being called a liar. I am a call handler myself and I know my company would not be happy if I didn't invest the issue first as it can lead to a complaint!!!!

    @EE Absolutely rubbish. Sign up a week ago and Sim not arrived. Customer service is an automated recording that hung up. Then you receive email about direct debit when you dont even have a sim card. Pathetic

    I phoned @EE about this problem I have had and told them they need ro sort it out I have now been cut off again for the 2nd time this week amd now I cant sort it out till the morning which I need my phone for work ect not a happy customer right now.

    @EE putting up phone contracts by 14.4% from March, another big company ripping off there loyal customers. Grabbing every peeny at every opportunity. Not even a great service, constant problems. #ripoffBritain #Ripoff #ee
