@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE Where to start A phone that as been nothing but problems since I got it. A watch that is nearly useless after an update A tablet unable to upgrade because the online system wants to sell me broadband. This made worse by the fact I am paying £40PM more than others providers.

@EE someone phoned us back 3 hours later, they have set up another engineer but my issue is that it's clear no one knows what the problem is so we can't just continue to send people out to us (during a pandemic) to just attempt to find an issue. We've made our complaints so we'll see

@EE For the last 2 days my internet connection (via DSL line) keeps dropping every few minutes. Our router is working fine and it's reporting issues with the DSL line. Annoyingly the EE website only lets us check mobile outage, not the DSL line. We can't even report it.
