Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!!
