  • colincooper363 KingKoopa (@colincooper363) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SLBTFD $Ł₿ (@SLBTFD) reported

@EE No one seems to want to check anything regarding the signal. Our whole area has a forum and we all say it’s hopeless trying to get anyone from EE to come out and see for themselves that there is no signal. It’s false advertising saying there’s 4G, when there defo isn’t.

  • Glassinho Glassy (@Glassinho) reported

@EE The problem is the womens football is dreadful compared to the mens. It’s slow, boring and the standard is pub level. Not only that the majority of the women who have replaced ex professional males as pundits are awful. Women are getting these jobs just because they’re female.

  • Art444Star BLACKSTARArt (@Art444Star) reported

@EE @AkkadSecretary OR BEING DEMONIZED AND CONCEPTUALIZED AS THE PERPETUAL VILLAIN BY THE WIDER CULTURE??? OH HANG ON!!! You're in favour of that ******* scumbags

  • B25dave David Farrell (@B25dave) reported

We attribute our **** @sky WiFi and poor @EE reception down to JLR that cloak plus close proximity to Birmingham Airport But the last 3 weeks it has been worse than ever

  • fragpasty fragpasty (@fragpasty) reported

@RachaelHum @EE It seems to be a common tactic to make it as difficult as possible to cancel. Best of luck!

  • uknickand Nick Anderson (@uknickand) reported

@EE hi with the £10 roaming pass if I add this on before I go to usa. Is this a one off fee, if not when I can cancel so only get charged for £10?

  • Michaelc2481 Michael Clark (@Michaelc2481) reported

Believe me when I say... @EE .. on this phone... sucks at accessing my ee.. same problem for 2 years..

  • MisandryE Misandry Examples (@MisandryE) reported

@RemoveVawg @EE Not so much brainwashed, but they don't know what they are talking about. Someone in PR had a predetermined answer for any criticism. Problem is that answer is so bone ignorent it's failing to placate people rightly angry.

  • elmstagrams James Elmore (@elmstagrams) reported

@EE I went into the store again to fulfil the promise the manager gave me, and he couldn’t actually do it. Meanwhile, I got charged over £200 for my current phone, the mis sold one, an iPad and apple watch. I also have my broadband with you. May cancel the lot!
