@EE It’s been bad there for weeks and weeks ! Also yesterday in LS7 3HZ new phone showed full signal and 5G yet mobile data wouldn’t work.

@EE Hi, I upgraded a phone on my plan online on 08.10.2022. I have since received an email advising the handset is not available & was asked to call. Every day I have been on hold from 45mins-1.5hours and the line disconnects each time, any help would be appreciated.

@EE Doesn't bother me! Just strikes me as odd that a. You send a text to a number not on your network asking for feedback that they can't reply to, & b. effectively block feedback from anyone who decided not to migrate. Seems your missing an opportunity!
