    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport OK thank you. It’s not just me having this bad experience is it, so I really hope you can get this fixed quickly. I’d prefer not to have to switch to #4GEE Mobile WiFi but #timewilltell #threehomefi #notcurrentlyfitforpurpose @iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @EE

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE do you recommend a cheap PAYG SIM plan for a non-smartphone - just to put in the phone for emergencies if our smartphones don't work? Our previous network said we had to regularly send a text from it, as it would be disconnected if it was unused for a while.

    @EE noone’s answering the phones and there’s a message telling me that I may experience a delay three times a minute. After 25 minutes on hold that so excruciating I had to hang up. Can’t log in as I’m not receiving password reminder emails that I’ve requested. Somebody send help
