@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE please help!! I’m with Utility Warehouse and ever since I took out a sim contract from them (actually runs on EE), I’ve found that my calls are always dropping and I’m fed up of it. They can’t offer much help. Can you please suggest something to help?
