    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE Hi Ian. Nothing has changed. No software update applied by @ThreeUK No improvement in data. I will be calling to cancel as soon as I get chance. I expect a long phone conversation.

    @EE I have just spoken to the most rude agent who now refuses to give me her name and keeps putting me on hold. I have been hold for 40 minutes. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and put me on hold again. What disgusting service!!!!!!
