@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE your customer service this week has been shocking. I was promised a call back today at 445pm and of course nothing! I have a technical issue and I was on the phone this morning for over an 1hr and was promised a call back. Not impressed and problem still not solved.

@EE is there any signal issues in treforest for the past 2 days? I literally have no signal in my house I can't hold a convo as the person goes in and out. Never happened before. S21 ultra phone not even a year old! WiFi calling doesn't improve it

Definitely think I might come away from @EE the amount of problems I keep having! My partner sent me a message at 3pm this afternoon and I've only just got it 5 hours later! Since when does a message take 5 hours to come through?!

100% will not be renewing my contract with @EE iv paid over £700 in the last 8 months and yet I still owe over £900 and i wanted to see if I could change my plan so it’s more affordable to be told by an EE employee I can’t and I was shafted😱 never happening again🤬

@Plusnet Well....I had signal and now it's intermittent again today.... I guess its an @EE issue as husbands phone doing the same...what is going on?
