@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE why is it i can get the same contract from Sky for £35 a month, yet the upgrade price from yourselves is £70 a month? I've been with you now for 8 years. Where is the customer loyalty? The contract Sky can offer is there top one too🙄

@EE No they won't. I have been with you for less than 14 days and the service has been shocking. I justwant to change provider. What's even more shocking is I just came to EE and within 10 days you email me to tell me the price of my broadband is going up!!!! I just joined

@EE Hi, waiting on a new phone from an upgrade order, but no sign of phone. Email said 14 days(?!), cust service said its in stock & I should get DPD text tonight but nothing... I was excited about a new phone but with no tracking and no idea... starting to get anxious 😟
