@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@LostSock4 @EE Near where I live we had an outage last year lasting over 6 months due to a faulty mast. Had to fight tooth and nail for refunds as well despite not being able to use EEs services this entire time. If they are the best god knows how bad other providers are

@EE extremely unimpressed. I have a shared contract with wife and gift data. Deployed overseas for 6 months and told can't gift data, it's going to my wife who's using it in UK! I'm sure there was a solution but apparently not, notice to cancel contract gone in.

@EE I've recently taken a new contract which had BT Sports Ultimate for the duration of the contract. Now it says I'm unable to screen share from my phone to my TV, which was one of the added benefits of Ultimate. Can you help?

@CLAIREJSTEWART @EE @BTCare It’s been so ridiculously isolating. And Porter has been very unwell today so I set his camera monitor up and found I can’t connect my end as no signal! So I’m checking every 10 mins risking waking him. I think that’s Wi-fi too 😔

I'm absolutely appalled by the service I have received recently by @EE I have been promised a refund by 3 advisors of their's however I still haven't received the considerable amount.. I have been with them for over 12 years will move if things don't improve 👎😞
