    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    Supposedly the “best” coverage in the #UK. Well @ee as my 4G broadband contract comes to a premature end due the consistently shocking and non existent service, I beg to differ. It’s been truly pants and good riddance to it. Never, ever again. Considering it? Don’t. It’s rubbish.

    @EE hi content lock has been enabled on my PAYG account. I never asked for this nor do I want it. Its blocking me from looking up a brewery in Austria! I’m a tourist who doesn’t have a UK address or credit card. HELP please.

    @EE the stupid customer assistant keeps texting me that he or she has done some digging and everything is right insinuating that i am a fraud EE how long have been on your network do you want me to post all my bills because in just four years i have spent almost £8000K

    @EE I’m sorry - your customer service at the moment is terrible. Call #1 hold for 37 mins to only speak to someone for less than 2 mins who then put me on hold again AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL. Call #2 hold AGAIN, and STILL on hold…I’m not paying my bill until it is corrected.
