Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE I spoke to 150 and they couldn’t solve the problem, I had to go to an EE store with photo ID. I know phone failures like I had are rare, but could @EE warn people that this might be a problem if they choose to have an eSIM?

@EE poor customer service lately, can't get through on phone in the evenings as the wait times are so long it just ends the call due to lines closing before customer services will have time to answer call, my phone is damaged and no one sorting it out for me, what should I do? 🤷🏻

I have to say that the worst thing I have ever done is leave @EE and go to @ThreeUK I am now stuck in a contract until 2024 with a phone that the coverage is non-existent 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 roll on 2024!!!!
