    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE 2 days with no ee internet or phone network now, what a god damn joke ur company is. Every month we go through this, will be ending our contract and u can piss off.

    @EE Trying to get a call back from a manager in customer services is impossible! Made two separate calls and went on the chat, all unable to resolve my issue as it needs a manager’s authority. First call we’ll over the 72 hours response limit, actually 10 days! Worst CS ever.

    @EE hi, need your help with billing, we've just switched from a contract to sim only to save costs, switched happened today but I was also billed on Monday for the old contract until End Apr, am I correct in thinking the next bill will be adjusted to relfect a refund/new charge

    You can change your tariff on @O2 from the app with no issues. @EE on the other hand still have an outdated number you have to ring just to change your tariff while also being harassed to spend more on other things! Turn it in 🥱

    @Sammysaurus95 @EE We are having the same issue. Just a flat can't load. I've had issues paying my bill the last 2 months too. Says the screens not available so I've had to phone to pay it.
