    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE Well what a joke today was finally managed to get a pst added to my basket to be told I have to wait for a pin to verify who I am and it never arrived live chat told me to phone person on the phone told me I need to speak to live chat what a complete joke you are EE

    @EE You cut my mum’s service off overnight for absolutely no reason, and now she’s told you will email another department and they might reply in 3-5 days. She has no phone, no data, and lives on her own. Being told you can’t do anything. How will you fix this now?

    @EE Just awful, got the text, was logged on from 7am, after refreshing every minutes, goes in stock at 8.15am, click add, then site crashes due to under maintenance, waste of my time! Cheers EE!

    @EE Tried my laptop, pc and my phone, all showed the same problem and there's none left in stock now, bit disappointing
