    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE Just asked a colleague - She can log in but can't see anything in her account - I think you do have a problem, it's just not alerting correctly

    @Schroedinger99 Doesn't Hermes have your mobile number? My mobile doesn't work unless I'm half a mile from home so I have to go for long walks to check nobody wanted to get in touch - apparently this is only place in UK that @EE/Orange phones do not work

    @EE I don't have time to sit on the phone - Also, it's very poor reception where I am, probably another reason to leave EE. Your colleague said that it was a problem your end when I last spoke with them several weeks ago.

    @EE hi. Are there any network issues today? I have been trying to send an mms to a work phone and it just refuses to send it? No reason given, just that it’s failed to send. All my data and message settings haven’t changed from what they are normally.

    @EE Did all that last time - spent ages going through things to be told eventually it was a problem your end and should be resolved 'soon'. Had to do a data transfer to my daughter through a call to customer service. This isn't what I signed up for.

    @EE That’s perfect I’ll just grab the details and send them over now! What is it I need to send? Also, because of this i never received my EE insurance paperwork because it’s probably wrong also, is this an issue? I only just notice the address has been wrong!

    So I tell EE @ee That I cannot use my phone or take money, due to net work out & EE say any persistent issue would be frustrating however you'll need to discuss this with our direct customer services over the phone who you can reach on 150 on EE or on 0800 079 8586..FFS, really🤬

    @EE I've spoken to @EE Skegness, brilliant customer service and Sammy was extremely helpful. She has ordered it for me and it should be arriving tomorrow or Saturday.
