  @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  @ilikeotters @EE I had something like 6 weeks of no service because—despite my starting every phone call with the information that I’d moved—they’d never put the move order in. They’d sent an engineer to the new house, even. But I did end up with 5 free months of broadband eventually.

  @EE just wanted to express how disappointed I was to see you are reintroducing EU roaming charges despite assurances previously there were no plans to. When my contract expires in a few months time and I take my 24 personal and business lines to another network, you will know why
