@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE @1ammer They tried to charge me £495 to repair my mobile which had mysterious damage that wasn’t warranty covered warranty, I took it Apple who fixed it without charge! 🤔 #SuspectOrWhat

@EE Mate.. All I want is a service I'm paying for. The woman I spoke to upgraded the fault to a complaint (So it's dealt with as a priority) 3 engineers have said the same thing.. The line is shorting out and needs a refit.. Nobody wants to repair it though.. Sick and tired of it..

@kimfordyce It would be nice to get a concrete answer from the @EE representative. They won't do though because it would either contradict the message of EE being the best network for Glastonbury or would prove that they are deliberately slowing down other networks to prioritize EE customers

@EE @glastonbury This year was the worst phone signal since mobile phones were invented. Disappointed to see @glastonbury festival encouraging monopoly capitalist enterprises making it harder for all non EE customers to operate.

@AcademyWHU @EE They are the worst slaps.. Told me they worked on the line for 4 days. Yet the connection wasn't interrupted once.. It was slower than a week in jail.. I'm in consultation with the royal marsden but can't video call because the upload speed is 0-55

@EE Another day of having issues with data. 4g shows as being available but absolutely nothing happens. Had this last week as well. Works Vodafone phone has no issues at all. Think it may be time to change providers
