Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

The @EE Christmas ad is a joke...a cottage in the country wont have a signal. The tech world is for urbanites, the rest of us are back to smoke rings and carrier pigeons! Even in Kent the broadband is less than stable #itsacon #fail

Do people with a VPN on @EE have problems with no connection like @ThreeUKSupport ? I'm gonna have to switch to EE if customers have no issues. Absolutely fuming. Have had no problems all year now suddenly can't protect myself while on the internet with certain things.

@EE Hi I left you I sept. You confirmed I could cancel my direct debit and that I didn’t owe any balance. Today (15.11.25) I have received a letter (dates 7.11.25 - which I suspect you have backdated) saying there is an outstanding balance. It’s not possible to contact you.

@EE Wrote to your complaints department about my 1.6GB fibre nightmare. Different system apparently means different level of chaos,endless promises of callbacks that never happen. Really hoping for a resolution before Black Friday deals end - This has been such a struggle #EE
