@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Dear @EE please stop misleading ads to tell us you have the best 5G coverage. I can't even get a network in Stansted and it was exactly the same in Gatwick too. If you can't get it work at the airports, just don't do it really.

Wow @EE just been told that you don’t refund for service outages. So you can’t provide Contacted services for vulnerable customers for 2 weeks but expect them to pay full price. #shocking

@EE Well no basically the issue was I had high ms on london and paris server and better connection to Frankfurt and even Madrid servers for like 7months I logged on and it was fixed I had really good ms on london and paris but I’ve just been lagging all day and I have no idea why. 🥲

@EE it’s mobile broadband through an ee data hub as a temporary fix from BT so it is connected to your mobile network towers. Is there a problem with your EE mobile network in AL5???
