@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@Mistywoman1 Hi; we had a load of updates installed Thursday/Friday with the FABULOUS support of @EE and know exactly how you feel. We tried doing the up dates ourselves but a major glitch occured; the support team a FABULOUS. They never once gave impression that they were superior.

@EE I was advised by one of your advisors if I return the iPhone I upgraded to for the bigger iPhone he can process the new upgrade the same day I return the iPhone I have received, I have emailed him and not heard anything! I’ve been advised by a rude advisor it can take 5 days!

@EE if Im a VIP customer don't bother getting your sales team to ring me on a Saturday offering a tablet at 72p extra on my bill then tell me at the end once you have me recored saying yes to your questions that the total is actually £22.50 extra on my bill!

@EE had problems signing up with you in Feb resulting in 2 accounts being setup. I thought it was sorted and was assured I wouldn't be charged for 2 accounts. Have today received notice of a DD being setup and my 'first bill' for the account you said you wouldn't charge for.

@EE are you having issues in the SW wales area? both mine and my husbands phone are showing as no 4G. Signal bars full, texts and calls are fine but we cant use the internet at all..
