    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @rawker28 @EE I'm having the same error message on the EE app this morning so i logged into EE on the desktop website successfully BUT there was an error message saying that they can't display my pack information at the moment and working on it. Definitely a EE Issue.

    @EE You took my money but then I have had to chase you up about the delivery of my order over the last 3 days. This is for the Ps5. The agent I spoke to said there was no reason for the delay and encouraged me to cancel my order. Wtf. This is causing me stress and serious anxiety

    @EE hi my name is David Saitch 304 Bentworth crt 80 granby street E2 6DW my phone number is 07944 555873 I changed my plan to sim only yesterday and now it’s saying not registered on network I can make or receive calls .. I need my phone as I have had a stroke regards David
