    @EE Only just seen this.. my EE signal is awful!! Has been for a while, it took me an hour to get on my banking app this morning 😩 tried using 4G and wifi.. no EE signal, I’m lucky if I have 2 bars!

    @EE I live 1.3 miles from the mobile transmitter, I even parked 20 ft away from it and still only 2 bar signal!! You are having problems and fobbing me off with lies!!

    @EE 4th time this week trying to get through to cancel, 4th time sitting for over 20 mins then getting cut off. App and text won’t let me get a pac as I’ve 2 months left and would need to pay to leave, but your service is that bad I’m happy to do that.

    @EE can someone get in touch, added BT sport this evening and since found out it can take 24 hours to activate - doing direct through BT I’d have it in 15 minutes so want to cancel with you at no cost
