Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@MarcAllera @EE Mr. Allera, the mast that provides the only signal for our 4G broadband (as there’s no fibre optic cable here) has been down since 3 September and no one will tell customers whether and when it’s going to be repaired. We run businesses and are very stressed and worried. SA19 7NW

@EE network has been down since Thursday in NI and I haven't received any update since Saturday, any attempt to find out what is wrong is shutdown by endless loops of account details and security. I just want someone to let me know how long it will take to fix.

@Ad_Lavender @EE Not funny mate, just been fobbed off by customer service he’s sent me an “eSim” to my app so when the My EE app is back running I can download it! It’s my app that is saying I have no contract! So it won’t show me my plan to do that! Mates app works fine! So it isn’t app down!
