  Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

  @suzycoos @redpillb0t @EE I could tell you horror stories about comcast cable. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.

  @ianclatworthy @EE Only issue would be losing number as it was in late fathers name the account , she could get new number then request a renumher afterwards but it’s not gtd she will able to keep number

  @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

  I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so
