@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Hi @EE. On your website, it says the iPhone 12 Pro Max (Pacific Blue, 256gb) is in stock and ‘usually despatched within 1 day’. I’m an existing customer, who ordered and paid for it on 14/12, and an expected delivery date is not even specified on my order. Can you explain, pls?

Ever since I got a new 5G contract with you my data has been awful I can barely get 4G anywhere now Can't even buffer a YT video on 144hz @EE I would assume that 5G would be quicker than 4G 🤔

Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.
