@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE Broadband has been terrible on-and-off here (postcode CF11) for a few days now. Websites, apps etc taking ages to refresh, constant buffering issues, unable to connect to sites etc etc etc. Is there a known issue please?

2) @EE said that was fine as I was still within the 14 days cancellation period. A few months down the line I have a company chasing me for the payment and @EE have ****** my credit rating so I guess I’ll have to fight fire with fire.

@EE Hi! I've had no signal for about two weeks and am having to rely on WiFi calling. This is fine when I'm at home, but not when I'm out and about. I've tried turning my device off an on. Any other advice? Thanks
