@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@WeAreOpenreach & @bt_uk we have been waiting for our broadband to be installed but the date we had was for the 6th then it is the 22nd. Why don’t you work together to provide service for vulnerable people. I am vulnerable. Awaiting surgery. I have fallen twice but I have no network to call or use internet @EE network coverage is not good.

@EE why can’t I see the new customer broadband deals available to me in account (just endless “upgrades offered” ) as I come up to contract end ? Surely you don’t expect me to sit through endless voice prompts to call a human, or you do you?

@ee Samsung S9 phone - wifi calling has stopped working and there is no EE signal where my mum lives - so wifi calling is essential. It is working okay on her phone. And has worked on mine previously.

@EE are charging a monthly fee of £67.99 to existing customers it is £37.99 and will not negotiate. Ironically they say they have the best network in the UK. I telephoned the call centre and they said they lost contact with the broadband dept as the line had fallen out. RIP off
