@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE Hello, I’m an orange customer based in Brussels. I’m having issues with my network as it tells me ‘Cannot activate 4G calls, to enable 4G calls on this account contact Orange B.’ It currently says ‘no service’ I cannot use internet or make calls

@EE Are you having issues in LU1 2LT? Mobile data seems to be hit and miss, work one minute then say no data connection the next. I do have enough data and I've restarted phone, still having issues here. *Tweeted on WiFi
