@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

EE have the worst monthly data plans I’ve ever seen. Nobody wants a 12/24 month plan I get unlimited data etc for £35 a month on giffgaff. @EE get a grip

@EE everytime i’m due an upgrade the website and app never work. i try on multiple devices and nothing works. CONSTANT ‘maintenance’ or ‘cannot load this page’ exact same thing happened 2 years ago when i had my last upgrade. super off putting… 😶

Honestly, just cba with @EE. They gave DPD an incomplete address so my phone’s delivery got cancelled. Then the phone arrived and the seal on the box was broken. And don’t even get me started on what I just went through with their customer service, it’s been literally HOURS.

@EE why does the EE mini hub keep dropping the 4g signal making it unusable as a temporary replacement for damaged broadband that is taking @BT two weeks to repair.

Why is it only 1bar non working 3G or no signal in Settle town centre @EE BD24 9JD it’s been working fine until the last few days and it’s turned to 💩
