    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @shenelbiggins_ @EE Nope, I phoned their complaints line as don't want to waste any more time if they are out of stock. I was told "what do I expect" as so many were accessing the offer and "lidl's website goes down every sunday" ??? Your a telecommunications company FFS!

    @EE please@can someone contact me, set up a plan to use abroad on our business account and it’s not working, same thing happened last year and it never worked, we were told that it wouldn’t happen again this year and it has, we have absolutely no way of contacting you!
