    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE @SammiieeRut Yes you may have been upfront about increases but not about exactly how much it would go up!! I've just had disgusting customer service trying to soften the blow! I'm so done with EE and used to love being with you guys!

    Looks like @EE will be losing alot of customers soon with their price hikes! Me included! Haven't seen any other network fleece their customers as much as this!

    @EE A £5.31 increase every month is funking disgusting. I have a recorded conversation when purchasing my contract, Where one of your agents stated that it would never go up more than £1 every 3 months. Disgusting behaviour. I will be taking this recording to a financial ombudsman

    @JPWR_1984 @EE Yep, **** EE, my contract has gone up over £10 a month, having only took out the contract late last year. Never ever using them again.

    Dear @EE, I have been notified that the monthly mobile cost is set to increase by almost £5 per month. Does this price increase reflect an improvement in service, will it be a struggle to get a signal in most places as normal?

    @EE Sorry for the delayed response, the problem is still present, is there a problem in the Burnley area? It seems to be ongoing for some time now.

    @EE Yea it's been sent off for investigation but still doesn't help the situation. 72 hours for a response to find out what's happened then what every else has to happen after the fact in order for me to receive the phone. Absolutely no reimbursements for this

    @EE How can I escalate a problem? I have made 3 calls to tech support, over 2 hours in total and problem still not fixed. Each person goes through the same steps, gets me connected but then WiFi fails within minutes and the cycle repeats.
