@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Thanks to @EE we now have to pay for 2 TV contracts that we did not agree to, false information regarding ‘buying us out’ of Sky TV and Broadband. Numerous complains and no help so far. Train your staff to not give out false information at your stores. Avoid EE store in Bangor!

@EE hello! I was just on the phone to one of your team, he processed my number transfer before he could explain the next steps (as the call cut off) and I now don’t have any service to call again. I really need my phone to be working tomorrow, should it work soon? Thanks

@EE Had numerous calls with them and the funny part is when they tell me to resset the iphone and once the call drops.. guess what never call back! Anyways glad to November is my last month of contract and glad to move on! Will take my 4 contracts to a much more reliable UK network!
