@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE Yes! To website login page. I put in my user name, fine. Press Next to enter p/w but it says it's incorrect. I know that's my p/w and also to be double sure I tried signing on browser on Mac which has Auto-fill and still never worked.

@DaveLaChouffe @EE Quite. It makes some things virtually unusable and the signal indicator/meter may as well be removed for all the good it does. It will show "4G" next to a 2/3 full signal indicator, but with an exclamation mark that I assume means "I'm lying!"

@DaveLaChouffe @EE Interesting... I'm not sure what, if anything, @EE could do about this, but it's very frustrating when I'm paying what I am - and the handset was on their recommendation for reliability of signal - it was one of my must haves
