@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE good morning last night my broadband and mobile signal wouldn't work for hours the wifi box turned red it happens often my signal have gone terrible 😭

@EE @Ofcom @financialombuds we executive complaints department have my complaint and advised they would call me back to resolve. I’ve been waiting and still no callback received. I’ve poor customer service and a very negative customer experience. 👎

Still waiting for @EE to get back to me as they don’t provide a number if your out of the UK. So messaged them on Twitter still waiting. Customer for over 10 years means nothing….
