Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

What’s up with your 4G data service this evening @VodafoneUK , FOUR times I’ve tried to upload a radio show to @mixcloud and it’s failed and/or frozen while uploading. I keep having issues with data with you. I shan’t be sorry to go with @EE in November

For the second Sunday in a row, my @EE broadband has gone down. An engineer will come on Tuesday afternoon 🤯 this is really poor service.

@EE Given that I couldn't validate my account and if my sim was delivered to someone else by mistake and they could perform validation and therefore pretend to be me, it seemed very sensible to cancel the direct debit immediately from a security perspective.

Having issues again with my signal. Not sure what’s going on these few days but @EE in my area is always amazing. Showing I’ve got 4G but I can’t send texts or make or receive calls. Hopefully it’ll be sorted soon 🙏🏼

Can't even phone 111 if I need because @EE has completely cut off my phone.. what an absolute joke.. one of my friends needs help and you guys decide to cut off my phone so much that I can't even use a FREE service 😑🤨

@ee is there an issue sending text messages. I keep getting "message failed to send". I can send imessages without a problem though.
