@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE Yes and it works fine. We have already had three different engineers out to fix it. The 1st got the broadband back on, the 2nd got the speed up a bit (not to what we we're getting) but it dropped. The 3rd same but not as high as the 2nd and told us (1/2)

@aimeejayneyoung @EE Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Multitask_Support on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins
