Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Is there any chance @EE will call me back & address some major issue that they have put through to level 2 for call back within 48 hours. Which since this beginning they have done a total of 7 times & I’ve only been called back once, after highlighting it on Twitter previously.

Been waiting for 2 months for @EE + @BT to stop blaming each other and install our #WiFi Really terrible #customerservice with #OpenReach engineers not turning up or cancelling appointments. Anyone ever had this bad of an experience and have any advice?
