@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE Not for today they just said sat but that was from an ee person. Just more frustrating as i cannot use my phone in house as theres no signal and it runs through internet

@EE It’s not just cancelled, it states cancelled AND despatched so I was asked to await IT team to call. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks without my upgrade, is there any way someone can get in contact or just resolve the issue as it’s been an extremely long time

@EE why is it cheaper to finish a contract and start a new contract than it is to upgrade? I've got 2 phones and my broadband with you yet an upgrade is 10% more than being a new customer?
