    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    Thank you for your messages Bob. As you can see, the issue here is there is no communication from @EE bothering to notify what its taking, why & when. Nevermind asking for customers authority/agreement/convenience. I look forward to hearing from you within the remaining 6 days.

    @EE Hi Inna, yes 4th day of total loss of service on my brand new 5GEE mobile broadband contract. Still no signal (network fault) and no home broadband. 'EE, UK most reliable networkć? Really??

    @EE this is the second day now that despite 4G even 5G showing on my phone the only time I am able to use apps send messages is if I am connected to WiFi. Very poor not the first time.. not sure what I am paying for.

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE Should still be in warranty but can only suggest when the contract finishes tell them you will be going elsewhere. But in the meantime if it was me I would find a local phone repairer and see how much it would cost to check and repair. Then just chalk it up to bad experience.

    @EE Is this standard to block customers from help and from speaking to a supervisor? I'm quite desperate for assistance and am shocked that Sumeet is refusing to connect me to a manager.
