@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE please let me know when you have fixed your mobile data issue. It seems to be a problem with the default DNS server used by EE in certain devices. Be good to get the service we have paid for. Thanks.

@EE No it’s all the time as my walls are 3ft thick and basically Kill all mobile signal. We use EE4g through a router to get our internet as we also have no landline.
