@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE I have the US roaming package. Been on honeymoon in the US for nearly two weeks. Cannot make or receive calls or send/receive texts. Awful service! No help from app. Why am I paying for a service thats doesn't work?

@EE I’m currently in Italy on holiday but have heard nothing from anybody. We are no further forward on this and your disconnect with the business team is only adding to my frustrations. Why does it need to be this difficult to cancel a totally redundant account? Please escalate.

@EE Then why not provide those numbers on the letter then Gavin? The instructions are to call a certain number, which I did - so don't try to make this my fault when it is EE's poor comms.
