Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@EE your service is shocking! Telling me I can upgrade and to choose a plan, do so, only to be told 48hrs later order is cancelled as not due an upgrade! Go online I am due an upgrade!!! Customer service non existent to keep a customer!

@EE yet again no signal and told there is no network problem !! This is now a weekly problem and others in area having same problem . Told me to download a speed app to monitor, bit difficult when coverage is down again . 5 hours now

@EE That’s quite a vague response to be honest. I find it quite odd that there are areas of your business where a customer can’t have an offer explained by your own staff. Let’s hope that policy changes going forward to help other customers
