@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@mouthwaite @EE Customer service in the uk is a thing of the past unfortunately. I am with Virgin & their customer service is utterly dreadful. So greedy. In fact I would go so far as to say all US companies are particularly greedy. It’s a shame. It’s wrong & you absolutely should expect better

  • BriertonDenny Denny Brierton (@BriertonDenny) reported from Worthing, England

@mouthwaite @EE All these companies are using COVID as an excuse to reduce staff. 12 months on they should have all sorted their systems out to give better customer service. Let’s keep people on furlough though and let someone else pick up the bill. Totally agree with you

  • nileyboy nileyboy (@nileyboy) reported

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Customer services can work remotely from home. As can sales and service. There is never an excuse for bad customer service, politeness or bad communication and failure to return a call. Only excuses Current excuse is covid It's becoming an excuse now for everything.

  • SomersetProper1 Somerset Property Maintenance (@SomersetProper1) reported

@mouthwaite @EE I had the same problem I had 6 contracts out with EE for 15 years I thought I was a good customer they treated me like crap over a simple issue so I moved all six contracts to O2 who now look after me
