-
Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Brixham, England@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.
-
South Devon Players (@sdevonplayers) reported from Borough of Torbay, England@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.
-

Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍
-
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
-
1618cc™/3 (@RomeoXrayBravo) reported@BradChuck @EE EE are ****. We dumped them off 2 years ago, not looked back.
-
Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
Jo (@JoCornwall26) reported@EE exactly how long am I supposed to stay on hold??? You promote good customer service, this is a joke!
-
stuuk1🇬🇧🏴 (@stuuk11) reported@Wozza777 @LeilaniDowding @EE A lot of elderly people don’t have a mobile, some people live in areas where there is no mobile signal.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
-
gilbert (@Gilbert_36174) reported@EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reported@ee why are so utterly terrible. BT want even this bad. You've added a layer of extra awful to what was already a very expensive service.
-
Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
