    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE Thanks Alex, I spoke to your online team and they said the cheapest SIM only deal they could do was £10 so I've no choice but to move it somewhere that does offer that... ironically using your network

    @EE @OpenreachHelp some guy came from openreach and said he had been sent re the network. He said there's still a problem, even though it was fixed b4. After working hecsaid it's fixes. And today no network. You lot are useless and hopeless. Fix it or else!

    @DPDgroup_news never received such awful service in my life as I’ve experienced with DPD today. @EE probably should consider using a courier service who are actually competent and reliable.

    @EE placed an order for a broadband to start on 03/05 I have got an order reference number. Never got email confirmation, no router, no communication, but the direct debit has been already added. Can someone let me know what is going on?

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract but I'm still being charged for my old contract and being told I'll have to pay over £400 to cancel one... This is ridiculous
