@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@ianmc77 @EE Gone elsewhere now, 20 years I was with Tmobile which then became EE. Never missed a payment, etc to be treated like a liar at their error. Works out cheaper for me now as well 👍

Your live CS agents in India are even more useless saying my name doesn’t exist? Bcos YOU deleted my details from your system without even consulting me so how do they expect to find my account information? I bet @EE don’t treat their customers in this way no wonder I’m switching

@EE 1/2 your website seems to be having issues. Trying to preorder the new Apple Watch but when I log in it wont even bring up the page for watches. If I try to add it before logging in, it asks me to log in and then does the same thing. When I did manage to have it in the basket
