    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE Tbh it my misses phone that is the problem she's with EE. The fast response I got from yourself has been fantastic. ATM I'm on 3 and due an upgrade in a few months. And I'll probably come to you guys for a new one 👍

    @EE took out a new contract with you yesterday, all great. Phone being delivered today. Just had an email to say you've cancelled it due to a failed credit check (Clear Score is 526/700). Support centre now telling me fraud. Can't speak to anyone about it. Might stick with O2!

    @EE what the hell is going on? Signal is crap, calls fail or drop, I sound like a darlek apparently and I’m losing the will to live.

    @EE morning I have had little to no signal since Sunday. I have tried twice today to report this on the website and all I keep getting is sorry something went wrong
