    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE are horrific and do not care about their customers one little bit! Customer service is shocking - non existent in fact!! Clearly don’t give a **** about helping their loyal customers - they’d rather lose them altogether than help add another product!!

    Not sure who I’d speak to about a mobile phone blackspot for @VodafoneUK and @EE - both my work and personal phones barely function at Hartford station in Cheshire. Maps show good coverage but the station is in a cutting & in an emergency both are no use 😔

    @EE I understand @EE and others are having issues with supply, but they is now clear evidence across social media that new customers are being prioritised. They were one such yesterday where she order the device a week after me but yet as a 24-hour dispatch notice. (1/2)
