Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Codes not coming through to my mobile. Fix it!

This smells fishy. Is it legitimate process? Thank you

When I try to link my broadband to the website it says the account doesn’t exist. I’m also a mobile customer and this is working ok
