Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Rob (@superquickrob) reported@EE To be honest I can never get any reception in the town where I live with EE. Meanwhile my wife and kids on another network can call, get messages and use the Internet. Maybe you have saved power by switching off a mast. It’s always been bad reception here.
