@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE I am in Germany. PAYG does NOT WORK when leaving the UK. The App doesnt as i cant login without a passcode which is sent to the number that is no longer accessible because I am outside of the UK. I cant call 150 as it does not work with PAYG. I CAN'T call other number. No PHONE!

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store

@EE I am FURIOUS with you! I am unable to cancel my payasyougo subscription. The app/webpage doesn't work as I can no longer login to cancel. I am abroad with no phone/sim. I need to cancel the subscription now! I have been trying for a week! Unbelievable!! 😡😡😡

@EE called up yesterday to get an engineer out as I've not had Internet for 2 days. The earliest they could give me is Wednesday. I have a feeling it's an issue on @WeAreOpenreach end but your online service status checker doesn't work. Could you let me know if wd area is down?
