    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE What on earth is happening with EE? App rarely works without errors & sorry this page can’t be found please try again later. Now I get services blocked even though bills paid on time & excellent credit history. Time to leave one thinks.

    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.

    @EE hello EE I'm assisting a 83 year old pensioner to cancel a not yet started service she mistakingly signed up for yesterday, I called you and spoke to Sebi who closed it and said she would receive email confirmation , this was 9am when will email be sent please? Nothing yet?

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    @EE had no service since yesterday morning still have no service at almost 3pm, this has been over 24 hours with nothing, cant make calls or texts who do we contact as this is a joke

    @Ubiquiti do your 5g devices support all networks? I’m on @EE your uk site lists T-Mobile but you don’t get that network in the uk.
