    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @SamsungUK That's a great offer, however in reality you have sent someone round from a 3rd party who couldn't fix it and now need me to send it off to you for 7-28 days to have it looked at, all while @EE charge me for a contract I'm not using because neither of you will issue a loan phone!

    UK Network Providers really covering themselves in glory. @VodafoneUK are so bad they've broken my connectivity rather than fix it. "Have you tried pressing the reset button"? AFTER nearly 2 hours talking to them. @ee capped at 600Gb. @O2 also capped at 600Gb apparently.

    Considering buying a @SamsungUK galaxy z flip 3 phone? please god don't! I've hadissues with mine for over 3 months and not @SamsungUK or @EE can rectify it, save yourself a lot of heartache and money and get something else, new article including video of the issues xcoming soon!

    @EE hi, I am currently in NZ and have purchased the roam further add on to use my data allowance from here. My account has just been suspended, stating I have extra charges. please can someone help? Kate

    @virginmedia wow how bad is your ability to answer calls, all we want is the new mobile we are paying for, but no surprise we can’t actually speak to anyone, when I do I’ll cancel the contract.. @O2 @EE I’m looking for a deal please

    Ok @ee now I’m seriously vexed! Not only can your chat helpers make any progress but if can’t even call customer services because you’ve illegitimately suspended my account. There will be a reckoning!

    @EE @mikejobson Hi. Same issue here in Boston, USA. Almost an hour and a half on the phone twice this morning whilst two different EE operators tried to argue I had spent £430 on data despite having a travel data pass. Got there in the end but not even an apology for their issue.
