@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE any idea why Arlsey is a network blackspot. Every day travelling through on the train my 5G drops to 4G and then E with no network access at all

@EE nearly every day I get a text from EE stating that they are carrying out maintenance work that may affect my service. I live in a small village with very poor network coverage. Is EE network so poor that it need maintenance nearly every day in my location.

@EE Tried that they say network ok, strange that I or anyone visiting me can’t hardly get a signal. Also WiFi calling is extremely annoying as it doesn’t hardly initiates.

@EE Hi, I need to discuss a separate issue. I've been charged twice for two separate final bills (broadband) as well as overcharged for a 5g device that was an order error on your part. I really need this sorted and don't want the faff of ringing 150 and being passed from dep to dep
