-
Cameron (@MasterlyAmateur) reported@EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
Dr Devra Kay (@LaBloggeuse) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another
-
James G (@jgoodliffe_) reported@EE This is incredibly disappointing. I will be submitting a formal complaint.
-
Dan Bishop (@DanBish2332) reported@EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. -
Pamela Lawson (@PamelaLaws99068) reported@EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?
-
Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?
-
Tom (@BigTom0491) reported@EE If I gave you the area and her first name, would you be able to track who it is? She’s absolute credit to EE and great customer service
-
🌼Julie Anne🌼 (@JulesAP011) reported@EE I have—repeatedly After a further 40 min call secured appt for tomorrow PM. It shouldn’t be this difficult to become a New Customer, where equipment is correct & right 1st time✅ It’s cost me over 5.5hrs of my time If you say you’ll call back—just do what you say you’ll do!
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
