    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE For those that are following this, it sounds like we have a solution. The sim had timed out / expired. It’s probably worth looking at any sim you get to decide if it’s been sitting on the shelf for a while…

    @AlexanderChrisS @EE No? It’s her standalone plan that gives her Apple Music, it keeps saying the Apple ID is locked, which it isn’t there’s nothing wrong with it and the EE Forums are full of people having this problem and it’s 100% an EE issue not Apple - dreadful customer service

    @Or1ginalSandman @ShireFarming @EE Have since had a replacement txt, since the first one was 'incorrect'.... If you open it, the 'Legal Bit' clearly states existing clients can still use data/calls/txts in EU/EEA up to 50GB fair use, for duration of plan. So not too bad. Maybe.

    @EE love your network at home, but my god chapel st.lenords service is terrible. Clearly the network is struggling with volume of devices. Data speed consistently drops from 7:30am to a crawl by 8:30. I wouldn’t even say the area was very busy over pre covid years.
