  @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  @EE Shame you can’t get someone’s phones to them when you said you would. Have two iPhone 13 pro max on order that was meant to be delivered on 27/09 still nothing. I call and get told ‘It will get there when it gets there’ terrible service might cancel and move to someone else!

  No but see how this woman at @EE was trying to be passive aggressive with my phone’s technical issues saying it’s Apple’s responsibility. I literally called Apple and they confirmed it’s not bc legally it’s EE’s responsibility as the resellers. Honestly shame on you guys.
