@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE My 83 year old Mum has had a contract for years. Her phone has locked which has never happened before, Bridlington branch wouldn’t help and she has now had to pay £30 elsewhere to get her phone unlocked

@virginmedia said they’d call me when my contract is up for renewal. Failed to do so. Tried to call you a numerous amount of times to discuss a new packs .. still on hold as always. Never gets through… At this rate I may have to take up @EE ‘s offer hmm

It actually shocks custom service agents when I spend time reading through a contract over the phone because no one does so. In doing so I changed my mind about a phone contract with @EE because of the ridiculous inflation+ 3.9% mid contract increases
