    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE absolutely disgusting service, my grandma has been with you for 6 years and was with orange for numerous years before this. “Get connected” upgraded her to a new phone which she didn’t get along with, we rang ee and they told us to fill in an online return form, which we 1/3

    @EE hi, my mobile data & calls never ever work inside my building despite my partners working. i was told i'd get excellent connection when i provided my address before getting my contract. i'd like a reduced plan or a fix for this issue. please message me.

    @NornIronRover81 @Soxthewavingcat @EE I've experienced woeful customer service from these in the past, but I was very lucky in that payment wasn't the cause of my call. Still, obvious to see that they've not improved.
