@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE It's more like using dial-up at times. Streams have virtually no chance of playing smoothly, if at all. The phone signal for EE is fine.

@EE Went through everything chose phone signed documents then she said OH theres a problem spoje to manager Hadon who told her to ring someone else they informed her there was no ability to upgrade in store and it was a nationwide problem. Walked out with my refund. The End

@telecomplusplc I’ve been asked by @EE to contact you as I’m having issue with a pac code as you say it’s wrong but my old provider says it’s right. I can’t find any contact details for you? How can I can contact you?
