Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

stormcab (@stormcab) reported@EE I am on Vodafone, my wife is with EE. Both of us experience different areas around the country where there is no signal. I want to have a PAYG EE so I have a back up network, for instance for my taxi credit card payments, but £10 a month is too much for a backup.

Gav Mac (@Gavarnos) reported@EE Hi EE, my EE app just gives the green loading screen, it gets no further. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading, same error. iOS 16.4 is recently installed. The website login was working, I managed to gift data to 2 accounts but now it’s saying we will have it fixed soon

Dan Flynn (@DanWantsTech) reported from Twickenham, England@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?
