@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Took ages to get through, and your colleague wasn’t able to help me due to IT system failures. Said he’d call me back before his shift ended at 9pm. He didn’t. I’m incredibly disappointed, @EE.

@EE hey I ordered a sim with plan on 29th October and put in a PAC code to on the day I ordered to transfer my number from my old provider, received EE sim today and I've got signal, data etc but wanted to know even my number will Change to my previous number.

@EE you have sold me not one but TWO faulty laptops and refuse to refund because it is out of the 14 day cooling off period? Apparently you aren't involved in an ADR scheme and point blank refusing to help unless I was to claim off insurance? But I didn't damage it, its faulty.

@EE Avoid ee at all costs and please don't place an order with them you will never see it I switched to ee from o2 and after waiting 4 weeks for a handset inly to be told might be another week I cancelled and went straight back avoid avoid avoid avoid

@EE They are a joke avoid at all costs do not order anything from them you will be very see it and the best bit is they don't have anyway of tracking orders all they say is it will be delivered once we receive it lol absolute joke of a service
