    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE nope, I just moved my accounts to O2. That's 200 quid a month worth of service you lost in sure many more will leave if you keep up this level of service. I'm switching my home and office broadband tomorrow.

    @EE absolutely appalled. Connection died middle of Paris after half a day network available but no data had to go into a cafe to buy another esim. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @EE I have tried calling you 3 times and you didnt pick up and dropped the line. How can i know you wont do that again? This is really frustrating and terrible service.

    @WhatsApp @EE I have an inactive sim, it is still in my phone. I got a new sim, but never removed the old one, but it seems someone else is using the same number as me in WhatsApp? My old account pfp is changed despite me not logging in to the account.

    @EE you and your broadband, your customer care, and your affiliation with @WeAreOpenreach are a rule unto yourself! 2 weeks and 1 day (and counting) - same excuses, same wrong fix date and still no broadband Today’s calls should be used in your training on what not to do & say!

    Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

    @EE please help! My phone says I have 5G but my internet in my local area is absolutely shocking! Nothing loads at all or I don’t get notifications come through! Area post code is TA6
