@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE Guys, not sure what's going on at the moment, but my internet is utterly ridiculous at the moment, it's so slow I can't even send an email. I pay like £80 a month and to be fair, I'm not getting the service.

@EE Please fix your internet. I can't currently play any online games right now as it keeps kicking me out with an unreliable connection. My ping rate is through the roof right now and I'm not even getting half the speeds I should be getting right now.

@EE all I want is a replacement sim which I was told was being sent. None arrived been chasing up with no success.. So far spoke the 4 people 3 cc one online was told to use app... Nothing there to obtain replacement sim.. Terrible waste of staff time.I lost Orginal one.

@EE @spicton868 Not possible. Phone lines are unreachable right now, keeps saying "Server unavailable". I desperately need to speak with someone and your team needs to fix the broadband issues.
