@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Brixham, England

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  • chris_can67 Christine Candlish (@chris_can67) reported from Strete, England

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  • matthew_Searles Matthew Searles (@matthew_Searles) reported from Ashburton, England

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheRealDooze Stephen Bateson (@TheRealDooze) reported

@EE Frankly a poor response, whilst you state not all add ins are subject to the price rise the one you speak of has jumped 50% in a two year period which still makes it an inflation busting rise

  • jonlfc12 Jon 🌹🇬🇧 (@jonlfc12) reported

@mattgjones1 @EE It’s all phone providers are doing the same, unfortunately @Ofcom do nothing to help consumers, this whole racket needs to stop

  • MRossi86 Michael (@MRossi86) reported

@EE With this crazy price increase you are dumping on customers. Can I cancel my contract fee free as other networks are allowing?

  • danieljosephrob Dan (@danieljosephrob) reported

@EE Why should we be charged more a month when I hardly even get signal in my own house?

  • richardfox92 Richard Fox (@richardfox92) reported

@EE DM sent. However, I’m not holding my breath for any improvement, just a 14% increase on my bill for the same problems.

  • HankFckingMoody Hank Moody (@HankFckingMoody) reported

@chipsdelicious @EE 14 percent is an absolute pi$$ take in this current climate. When most people are struggling like never before and the rates of pay are stagnant, this is pure corporate greed

  • EasdaleJohn John Easdale (@EasdaleJohn) reported

@EE a 14.4% increase to monthly mobile charges. You've just lost a customer.
