    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE I have tried now multiple times to order via your website and phone system and your issues/policies are stopping me. I will do doing the upgrade in store and I WILL be returning the handset within 14 days if it's not suitable.

    @EE I have a problem regarding my 86 year old mother in laws EE Bill. I changed contract for her as she was on an expensive tariff (with ee) and now she is being billed even more. This is an 86 year old lady with dementia and your customer services are denying all knowledge.

    @EE has got one of the worst customer service teams on the planet. They don't listen & don't put things into action. Spoken to them 3 times about my bill & why its so high & was assured it will be dealt with in the Oct bill but why has nothing been done. Don't DM to message you

    @EE Quite ironic that the EE website is pushing "super fast speeds" but the website itself is unbelievably slow to load... if it loads at all! Maybe I'll get my new iPhone 13 from elsewhere.
