    @quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE Yes all I get back s the run around, frankly I don't care anymore I've reported EE to Cisas and Ombudsman Services: Communications. For this I'll be escalateing it as iam.not happy one bit on your customer service nor how you are affected my credit score with your lies

    @EE Hi EE, is your website down?? I’m tried 2 different browsers and its just blank. Also cleared my cookies and cache and restarted my laptop and it’s still the same.

    @EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

    @EE home broadband dropping random devices off the network since 23rd December, both WiFi and ethernet. Can you send me a new router before I move to another provider instead?

    Hey @EE, I know @VodafoneUK will start to charge whoever uses the phone abroad more than at the UK (for English people living abroad is a big issue). Are your rules towards this usage abroad changing as well?
