    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    After several years of being a customer, having several calls begging me to stay with them @EE have now left me without a phone for 12 days. Disgusting!!

    @EE my new mobile phone has been lost by @dpd so waiting to get through to yourselves so hoping I can get some sort of answer. The same courtier who didn’t bother to ring my bell at my flat yesterday. Pretty impressive customer service

    @EE seems to have freaked-out. Been over hours (including sleep-time) zero WiFi... all on Data/4G. Have tried every possible fix/Down Dector has a Spike in issues with EE. MH did not need *this* atm.
