@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE after waiting months and months for broadband fitting into my holiday home you now tell me this won’t happen due to BT Costs. I have 11 contracts with EE. If my order for broadband doesn’t go through I will cancel each one when they due to expire. Over £8k yearly

@EE disappointed that when we went into store, and signed up to BT Package that you told us you would cancel with Sky and we wouldn’t have to do anything. What you didn’t tell us, is that you would only cancel broadband not TV so we have been paying £86 for the last 2 months.😡

@EE can someone from EE customer services please get in touch, after a 46min call to upgrade from bt to ee, money taken I do not know when my phone is coming. I spoke to a Sophie. I have called bt and they cannot do anything about it. SOMEONE MESSAGE ME ASAP!!! Raging!

@EE What about turn the mic off to hate full stop. Even people outside the UK think this campaign is not doing what you think it's doing. If you want to show support for women's rugby say that, bc women's football have had it for years.

Hi, really upset with my treatment from EE this morning. Forcing me to pay a £6 premium charge when I’m supposed to have a spend cap. Rest assured this loyal customer will be taking their and their family’s business elsewhere when my contract runs out. @EE

@EE consistently getting "MyPlace" texts from you about issues in my area since 18th of May. Signal has been awful and Yet I don't see any discount on my bill for lack of service? Shouldn't this be automatic as I am not receiving the service I am paying for.
