@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE @rjek I’d say 3 in 10 of my calls drop out. Good investment!! (You’ll argue that it may be the other user - I’d argue that other users may also be part of the “biggest network” or a piggy back network.

When you upgrade your phone and get a new plan for a month then get told it’s goin up by £4.39 a month … seriously thinking bout not upgrading anymore u never pay the price they give you in contract @EE
