@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE please help old owner of house gets letters from you now threatening collection agencies ... I have sent numerous of his letters back explaining no longer at this address and still they come .... can't phone customer services as obviously I don't have his telephone number!

@EE Over the past couple of weeks I've had issues accepting calls. I am a PAYG user. Reported issue and told it was fixed! So why am I still having this issue? I need my phone to sort out affairs of my late aunt and this is causing me a lot of added stress! #changingnetwork

Hi @EE I'm a customer of @sipgateUK and I have had constant ongoing issues for weeks with EE mobile phone numbers calling us. Your customers are often left unable to hear us. I've 19 seperate occasions logged over the last 4 days with this issue. SIPGate are aware. #mobileissues
