@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • sdevonplayers South Devon Players (@sdevonplayers) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  • Homer_EFG K Jones (@Homer_EFG) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Never used them because their signal was always bad. One-2-one were known as one-2-nobody around here and Orange were as bad. Merging didn't improve things, they got the name Nothing Nowhere instead.

  • genericname10 Kyle Williamson (@genericname10) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Haven’t noticed the signal getting bad, but their customer service of late is terrible.

  • wanna_be_dj Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported

@northolt3103 @EE The phantom 5G. I have a work phone on EE and a personal phone on O2. EE has better overall signal but a lot of the time the 5G is shocking on both. It’s 3G at best. Think they just changed the icon to make us think we’re getting the best possible signal.

  • JS07100909 J S (@JS07100909) reported

@northolt3103 @MarkCabbie @EE They lied about it and 800 plus people in the Black Country complained to 02 and were blatantly ignored. I rely solely on WiFi calling in my house. I have a 1 bar signal. Too many competitors using two networks. That’s all there is. Not enough masts, no signal

  • stereid1 R🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@stereid1) reported

@northolt3103 @EE **** signal when my contract is up I’m off

  • StAustellAdam Aether Archer (@StAustellAdam) reported

@northolt3103 @EE When I lived in London I was with Voda, and the signal was great. Moved back to Cornwall 20 years ago and the Voda signal was nonexistent, so I changed to Orange. Through various iterations I am now with EE, and whilst I can't complain too much, I have found that the signal is not as strong or reliable as it once was. And yes, frustrated that they keep charging more for a poorer service.

  • ecfghjp Abhi (@ecfghjp) reported

    @northolt3103 @EE Its awful

  • MacAskill00 MacAskill (@MacAskill00) reported

@sharkinjeans1 @northolt3103 @EE Tesco use the O2 network and does not use other networks.

  • MrJNStringer JamesNStringer (@MrJNStringer) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Yes - my signal is awful!

  • rypowell1988 Ryan Powell (@rypowell1988) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Same. I left EE in Dec after 15 years with them. Contract is now £84 a month less and signal certainly no worse.
