@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

update: We are working on the problem in EX8. It's taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI - @EE Simply use WiFi?? I'm outside most of the day with no WiFi, hope we're not paying full price for half service!

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@steven_ncl @EE I’ve just left EE and gone to iD mobile and get unlimited everything (use the Three network). Same as you, I’ve been a customer for god knows how long but they’re so expensive, crap deals and really tight data allowances unless you want to pay through the nose for it.

@EE Hi Bob, it's exactly the same issue as the broadband is 5g with the Huawei router. Is there seriously no update, what exactly is the problem and why can you not give an eta, I will most likely be cancelling all services today as 10 days without Internet is completely unacceptable

@2WB10 @EE You can do it today, mine finally ends on the 2nd December & my final bill (line rental in advance) has gone out yesterday so they're paid up to date I mentioned the RPI and I said it really annoys me because we agree a price and then in April you hoy it up by 3.5% Never again

@EE mast problems and virtually zero signal for several weeks now, with a need to close railway for safe repair of issue causing it TN14 7TS . I’m a business customer and have already had gestures of goodwill because of service failure but how long more before it’s fixed please??

@EE just been in to your Aylesbury store to sort out a phone that will not turn on….it only arrived yesterday. Manageress threatened to get the shopping centre girds to drag me out….I am disabled when I failed to understand why she could not (or would not) help me.
