@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

update: We are working on the problem in EX8. It's taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI - @EE Simply use WiFi?? I'm outside most of the day with no WiFi, hope we're not paying full price for half service!

@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@dwoodley1990 @EE Currently experiencing the same issue! Landed in Canada today and have had no service, despite having the roam abroad add on. Think it’s related to the network wide outage. Not impressed at all! Especially as they have now logged off for the night without fixing it.

@EE My signal has been really bad for a month!!! I’ve contacted about it and they were Ment to phone me back and still no response, got told to reset my phone to beginning and nothing is different with my signal! - thankfully everything is backed up!!!
