@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE I’ve been unable to log into my EE account for 3 days. Just get an error message saying ‘Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later’. Same message for 3 days. Poor service

@EE appauled my the service i am currently receiving - my son is phoneless in brighton we have been trying for 2 days to sort out a new sim for his new phone keep getting fobbed off - appauled by your customer service
