    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

    @EE how on earth can you justify a 14.4% rise in bills? £14.48 a month added to my already expensive bill in a cost of living crisis. Over 10 years as a loyal customer. Well, no more. I will be looking for a new provider when my contract expires. Absolutely outrageous!

    @nigel670 @ThreeUK @EE Been with Three & 02 mate never again pair are shocking, went back to EE and faultless pay a bit more but you apy for what you get.

    @EE if inflation starts to come down, does that mean your prices will?? 14.4% increase your having a laugh...worst and most expensive company out there.

    @EE Can't DM you, still need help. like to cancel my contract. I was given a horrible price for what was a cheap standard budget phone. The guy who sold it preyed on the fact I had lost my other phone and totally ripped me off. Broadband also never ever at the guaranteed speed.

    @EE I have been with EE since it was Orange, a loyal and long-standing customer, but no more - I have cancelled my contract with you and found a much better and cheaper one with another provider. EE you disgust me.

    @ee so...mobile data turned off today. Can't text/ do calls. I've had issues all week. This isn't good at all..this is my only means of contact! I see from others on twitter that I'm not the only one. Is there an issue with the server? Do you know why this is happening? #help

    @StueyC1 @EE The problem is that they are doing just what is in the contract we signed. The annual increases are CPI plus around 3-4%.

    @SPotatoes8 @EE I guess price increase also necessary 2 continue provide current level of service +invest for future. Traffic increasing exponentially, that costs EE, and can't imagine how much electricity is actually used to run a national mobile network. Sadly that's just inflation for you..
