    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE Just had full fibre 100 installed and seems that you are capping the up/down speeds at 100/20. Thought this was 145mbps and 30mbps? Why is this being capped? Thanks.

    @EE I have tried this about 50 times since yesterday, just says 'pending' for ages and the ghosts out open. This is ridiculous!!! Can't get into 90% of my apps!!! Including important emails, work stuff, and numerous other things I need to use! Sort this problem out ASAP please!
