@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@YardleyShooting @EE Unfortunately one has to accept that phoning up is no longer a valid means of communication for companies.They decided this a while ago& just never told us officially. But they do keep repeating the advice to'contact us online' or get the App, whenever one dares to phone them up.

No big system works as it should now. Nearly all our institutions are broken. Particular loathing is reserved for 'call centres'. They are centres of misery now. You can't get through - the companies don't want to talk to humans - when you do, it's pulling teeth. @EE @LloydsBank

I experienced the same problem when my contract with @EE finished. They asked to pay twice more than the competitors for services that were not even comparable to what others offered.

Ever since @virginmedia mobile switched to @O2 I can't get a signal anywhere near my house. I signed my contact on the basis @EE were providing the infrastructure and I would actually get a service. This is absolutely disgusting.

Hey, @EE you realise the point of updating your app is to make it better, not worse, right? Where's the "family usage" page gone where I can see at a glance how much data everyone has left? Looks like now I have to check each person individually. Stupid.

@EE I've just ordered a new broadband package and have noticed there's an error in the address its being sent to. I've tried to call you both on 150 and the number you gave me in the email and neither of those are going through? Can you please advise? I have signal.
