@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE No mention/warning how some stores are having problems with finalising upgrades on system - pre ordered iPhone 14 pro max on 9/9/22 and went into store on yesterday and then after having my current iPhone and everything checked I get turned away and now have to wait until fixed

Someone please explain to me why @EE has a 30 day cancellation notice period for a one month contract? What happens if I make an order in February? Do I have to call and say "I want to cancel a number that doesn't exist yet but theoretically might in two days"? That's absurd.

@EE ? More like NN....NOTHING N.E.WHERE. Since moving house we've been paying more brcause the 1GB service is available here, it wasn't at our old house. The most we have had is 380mb. The dropouts are ridiculous. I love EE but trying to speak with anyone is ridiculous.

@EE There is no signal at all I have a work and personal phone on EE can’t use . My partner has a work phone on ee and works from home ! He can not do his job neither can I . Shocking I this day and age !

@EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

@EE how long is the awful service in CM6 going to last ? 7 MONTHS waiting for your tree lopping team. Excuse after excuse. People can’t work, people can’t even make emergency calls on YOUR network ! Totally unacceptable. I don’t want yet another credit, WE DEMAND A SERVICE
