@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@EE Can count on? How about invest in 4G coverage down the south west train routes from London to Cornwall, instead of billions on 5G that hardly anyone can use? There are literal blackspots and large areas of 2.5G EDGE signal for Christ's sake. Impossible to do anything.

@lizzieel @EE Apparently it is a known issue, has been for days, but on the My EE app says it's fine 🙄

@EE Give me a working 4G signal on the train from London to Cornwall. Think you can do that? Cheers. #ee

@CBezzant @ThreeUK @EE EE coverage is not what they quote. The triangle that you show means nothing, it is the manufacturer's con. To find the actual signal strength go Settings and scroll down to About Phone then go Status then SIM Status look for -dbm A good signal should be less than -89 dpm.

@EE I don't think there's a need for me to do that, is there? Otherwise you'd be able to identify the operative who I spoke to, and I don't want to get an individual in trouble just for following policy. I just think it's a crappy thing for a company to do.

@willoliver88 @EE I moved networks because their signal is terrible in rural areas... also their customer service sucks.

@EE #whenitcounts ?!? How about invest in 4G down the SW train routes from London to Cornwall, instead of billions on 5G that hardly anyone can use? There are blackspots and large areas of 2.5G EDGE signal for Christ's sake. Impossible to do anything nevermind when it counts.

@EE Your website says 7 days. The reason I left was not cos of your network but cost - the price compared to Sky was astronomical. Shame as I’ve been a customer for 10 years but I’m not paying £30 a month more for the same thing.

@EE Afternoon! Daft question - I have a 5G contract and some sharing sims on that. Are they automatically 5G too? My iPad just isn’t finding a 5G signal anywhere!!
