  Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  @EE So, what you're saying, is there is a congestion issue, aka a fault? But, coverage checker advises no congestion & the fault status page reports no fault. B U T nobody can connect ? Sounds a fault, to me. Why does your site no just tell folk? It's been months, pal.

  @EE just had the beset service from one of your team. I called to leave due to previous bad service but the person I spoke to was great and I have stayed with you for another 12 months due to his service

  @EE Then get an estimate from the third party so you can pass it on. You obviously have internal estimates because you won’t just have engineers hanging around until it’s safe, they’ll be reallocated. I think it’s time you give me the compensation for the 6 months I never claimed.

  @EE “Growing frustration” is a great way to put “utter discontent with a network provider being unable to provide a network for weeks that they’re happy charging everyone for unless they beg for compensation”

  @EE @emzee2908 I believe I found the cause. After I changed the password, the app on my wifes phone was obviously still trying to login with the old password. I assume this was causing too many faile dlogin attempts and also locking me out as well.

  @EE I have no phone signal. Yet again ....and again I wasn't informed of the 'planned work'.. even I though I was informed last time this happened that I would get an e mail about any 'planned work'...beyond a joke now

  @EE Sure, thanks for that. Is there any compensation EE will offer for the Wifi being poor? I don’t pay for a poor service.
