@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@rwgcomms @EE Very disappointed at the lack of communication re not being able to receive or make calls from Guernsey. Sent several emails and spoken to @rwgcomms but no nearer to resolving the issue. Poor service.

@EE @Apple Day 3 no working phone lines on my iPhone 14 Pro. Wake up @Apple fix the phone upgrade that converts a physical sim to an e-sim. This is costing me a fortune

@EE Thankyou. With only 1 bar of 4G now and then my 4G router down again what I need is to know when the mast will be repaired. TN33 area. It’s been down for days & only came on for a few hours over the weekend and now gone. So hard to function with no phone and no internet 😫
