  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Brixham, England

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  • mun2010cr Maisy Ray (@mun2010cr) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@EE why is the network not working I only have 1 bar on my phone it’s been like this all day #EE

  • sdevonplayers South Devon Players (@sdevonplayers) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  • Namelessalt1 Pinky (@Namelessalt1) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

Is anyone else having problems with EE?? For days my data has been AWFUL. South Devon, UK @EE

  • chris_can67 Christine Candlish (@chris_can67) reported from Strete, England

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  • colincooper363 KingKoopa (@colincooper363) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

  • Bethyallyce1 Bethyallyce (@Bethyallyce1) reported

Absolutely ridiculous, had no phone signal since 1800hrs on Wednesday @EE

  • k_jadedok k (@k_jadedok) reported

@R4wli @EE @ThreeUK I have same issue, diff phones can’t gift data on the account. Not happy!

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@EE Your data signal in London has been very poor for some weeks now, what's going on?

  • Craigster_90 Craig Walker (@Craigster_90) reported

@EE I understand and have already read this. But usually the rise is somewhere between 1-2% not 7.5%. Your basically saying ‘we have more customers and more demand so you, the customer must pay the price for us to keep up with demand’ and it’s not on.

  • mat_rants MatLeaveRants (@mat_rants) reported

Thank you @EE for causing yet more stress. Why would you send an existing customer a new number when they update their package. Easily fixable? I hope so. But why create the problem in the first place? More wasted time on automated systems is just what people want.

  • kelvinmamvura Robert J Freeman (@kelvinmamvura) reported

@EE @Reece7795 The bid to save on waste means you, the customer will then need to go pay for a charger. Extra fuel, extra packaging all at extra expense to you.

  • Jrmwitts james witts (@Jrmwitts) reported

@EE Is your website down? I can’t even reach your Home Screen to log on. I’m also unable to reach the Community forum. I did notice that you still think I owe £1300, for 150mb (or thereabouts). Presume there is a huge glitch affecting everyone?

  • helloiamsandi Sandi (@helloiamsandi) reported

@EE is there anything I can do to enhance my phone signal when I'm at home. Signal is poor when outdoors but barely no signal when I'm in house. Missed two important calls yesterday as despite having WiFi call enabled too it went straight to voicemail.

  • MilesHalley Miles Halley (@MilesHalley) reported

Time to jump ship from @EE 7.5% price hike. Never seen anything like it.

  • MarkMmcallister mark McA (@MarkMmcallister) reported

@EE, what's happening with your signal in the PA8 area, still can't phone anyone and signal dropping, thus has been over the last few days, I need my phone for work, very frustrating
