@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

According to @EE you can land an airplane with their broadband signal, yet I can't even get phone signal in my home in 1 of the biggest cities in the country lmao. Priorities.

Honestly, just cba with @EE. They gave DPD an incomplete address so my phone’s delivery got cancelled. Then the phone arrived and the seal on the box was broken. And don’t even get me started on what I just went through with their customer service, it’s been literally HOURS.

@EE Hi, the unlock code provided by EE doesn't work so I have used all the network unlock attempts. The only way to fix is to send off to an approved Sony repair centre, which I have done at my cost. Will see what happens when I try again

@EE everytime i’m due an upgrade the website and app never work. i try on multiple devices and nothing works. CONSTANT ‘maintenance’ or ‘cannot load this page’ exact same thing happened 2 years ago when i had my last upgrade. super off putting… 😶

I have been a customer of @EE for over 20 years and have always had excellent customer service. Until now that is. First I tried to get an equivalent deal to an alternative provider but they couldn’t come close. In the end I opted for an online upgrade which seemed to go …..
