Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

SJ (@ScottyJacko92) reported@EE can you tell me why I can spend the vast majority of the day at Paultons Park which is entirely outside with no signal to load anything whatsoever despite having 2 bars and 5G showing? Really is soo poor, due for renewal next month making my decision pretty easy.

You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive,meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day

You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.
