    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE joined ee about 3 months ago and I have say it's the worst network I've ever had , lucky if I get 2 bars of signal at my house and can't even watch a ytube vid without buffering every 10 seconds , even when I'm out it's the same , their TV ads are bs

    @EE Yes I'm back in uk now but it was strange I couldn't get 4g on the Vodafone network in Berlin but when I forced connection to O2 it worked fine

    @EE It’s not great,far from it. And no I haven’t taken out a new line! Nothing automatic happened, other than my increased dd! I will upgrade somewhere else next time! I will decline your offer of help as my complaint is going through the formal procedure!

    @EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add £20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

    @EE Called the tech team to restart an old hub as my BT line at home went down when a tractor hit it! 🚜 Tech rep was brilliant. Quick, knowledgeable & efficient. Then transferred me to sales to complete. He was a star and fixed & up n running in record time. Please reward them! 💰
