Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@EE EE is worst customer service team. I have been talking for two hours with customer service for an issue that it's 100% not my fault and didn't reach to a conclision . End of call, customer service agent hung up the line

@EE complaints dept. threatening with retaliation for submitting complaints about poor customer service after a violation of consumer rights and is peak EE. They literally break the law, have CS lie about it, then threaten to go after you if you complain. Worst UK network.
