    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE Hi Helen, thanks you getting back to me. I don't think the issue is about helping me, more about the new app's UX. I thought it would get easier but navigating is still very counter intuitive. The feel and appearnce is as if EE have launched a beta version too early. Duncan

    @EE It’s still down Bob, it’s getting a bit desperate now as my EE signal is terrible at home, so I’m currently without broadband and no way of making an emergency call should I need to.

    @EE my roaming abroad has been blocked for over a week. When I text, it says to call. When I call, I'm just sent texts. I'm unable to unblock it online - can you help please??

    Had amazing service from @EE today both on the phone (Newcastle call centre) and in store in @Liverpool_ONE … member of staff Shaun really knew how to fix the problem!! Thanks

    @EE Apologies I meant to reply last night but got distracted. I don't think you can help, the app is what it is now, all information has been crammed into a small box, the rest is ads, I've uninstalled, I'll use EE Web to view my account details (unless they're going to ruin that)
