@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Nice going @EE time to set up subroutines to see if y’all are not only the, in your words at least, Best Network, but the most complained about one too. This issue with a lack of reasonable recourse has spanned several years, devices and services I’ve had. #neveragain #avoidee

@EE Do you know when this will be rectified? I'm missing very important calls and I don't think WiFi calling is working any better. I think a discount on my very high bill for service lost is in order too. Loyal customer since 2007

@EE @glastonbury As an actual paying EE customer, reckon you could fix my home internet please?... It's been off since last Friday. None of your advisers have been able to tell me a) what's wrong or b) when it will be fixed. Your website is wrongly saying there are no issues in the area.

@EE Hi I am an EE customer and recently one of your employees emailed me asking me for my Apple ID and password. Is this acceptable? Is this normal allowed behaviour? I rang Customer Service to complain who didn’t seem very interested to me
