@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE It was the SIM for my wife’s upgraded phone. Which I have now arranged to be sent out via the call centre. Although, while waiting for this, my wife’s current SIM has now been cancelled leaving her with no signal unless in wifi

Amazing both @EE and @O2 have sent me txts saying they are improving my service. Err wrong. At Balcombe I had 5G with @EE now 3 bars on 4G, and O2 just 3 bars of 4G. Amazing improvement
