  @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

  @GeoffBuysCars @EE Shocking Geoff. FWIW, I recently bought a GiffGaff SIM card/call plan (uses the O2 network) online with no questions asked - just an email address and card payment needed

  @EE Yep, tried those, not connecting, up until this year I'd never had a problem anywhere, not very impressed to be honest. Hubby's on Sky, got a connection straight away!

  @EE Hello I am angry I bought an EE dongle in August( what a waste of money it has never worked properly; the shop is useless, calling useless and now it is disconnected, I cannot get onto the internet, it says my internet password is wrong when the right one as per my card
