    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE I changed my tv service over to you and it’s been a disaster. I was told that I would have Netflix without ads and would receive a second mini tv box. Now I’m told they will be extra if I want them. I am unimpressed. And the first box arrived late! What’s going on?

    @EE I am abroad for an extended period, and as you can appreciate, handling this over the phone is not economically reasonable. I am trying to act responsibly, but with such long waiting times and no alternative solutions offered, I don’t know how we can reach a resolution.

    Have been calling you every day for the past week to cancel my broadband, but you keep giving me a waiting time of 20/30 minutes, it’s impossible to reach a representative. I believe this is a policy adopted to make things more difficult. How are we supposed to contact you? @EE

    @EE I already have and was told if I wanted them then I’d have to pay. EE are not fulfilling the verbal contract that I agreed to. Probably best if I cancel and go back to Sky, also because EE TV keeps glitching which is very annoying.

    @EE That's the problem. I refused delivery of this item when Royal Mail tried to deliver it from the offset as I never asked for it. This was the 19th July. Wether you have this back or not is not really my problem. As I have said. I was told this was sorted when I called last week.

    @EE This does not address my concern. Over the past week I have tried several times and waited a long time to reach someone, but without success. Could you please provide an email address so that we can resolve this issue more efficiently?

    @EE my broadband went down just before 2pm the message from the bot said it would be back on in 4hrs they sent a link to track progress which said it’s expected back in at 8.16pm and it’s still off. What’s going on ?
