Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

When I said I see no hole for it, they charged me a pound to send a technician down, who then said, you don't need that land line. My drama with no Internet has been ongoing 2 and half months.

Actually BT broadband still operates and still runs copper and fibre. I am getting BT installation AGAIN later this month. Don't waste time with EE, everything they say is Bullshitt.

Job hunt interviews cancelled because of poor Internet. 😭The only thing EE is good at is taking a pile of money from your bank. Make sure you cancel DD and pay manually.
