    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE I called and the lady tried to help and said a manager would call me but this could take 72 hours, this is obviously going to make it impossible for me to get one even though I have an order number so one must of been assigned to me

    @EE I dont rate you at all. Ridiculously expensive for the same phones that are cheaper with your rivals who also have better service! @VOXI_UK will always have my business from now on, cheap and cheerful but quality service and great customer service!

    @EE I seem to have an issue connecting to my voicemail. It says the 2 new messages bit, starts the first and then cuts off. I can dial out without any issues. Any idea how I can solve this and get to the messages? Thanks

    Hi @EE, after having an @OpenreachHelp engineer trying to fix our internet for 6 hours today and finding the fault is on your end, we’re now being told the only thing you can do is send another OR engineer tomorrow to do the same tests again. Can you look into this please?

    Why do we have to pay a £40 disconnection fee (I didn't with @EE), and if the line has been disconnected how can we be charged £24 per month for a service which cannot possibly be connected (though admittedly being disconnected is hardly much worse than the current service). 7/9
