@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@MarcAllera @ee can someone explain why your “system” cancelled our #ee #fullfibre order? We had an engineer booked for today, DD details confirmed and a router delivered… We only discovered the problem when my partner phoned yesterday to confirm details for todays installation

@ee ever since I’ve moved to London my signal has been trash especially my data, never had an issue back in Liverpool but it’s so bad here that I’m thinking to just move networks. So annoying bc it’s just a hassle but I’d actually like to use the data I pay for!

@EE Nope, the signal is still terrible and hasn't magically improved. I'm not sure what you want me to say other than you have to improve your quality of product, and service, which by the way seems preoccupied with closing cases rather than actually helping.
