@EE I do appreciate you engaging on this issue but my £25 p/m contract from Sep 2020 is shortly to cost £28.50 p/m, equivalent to a £40 pa increase in a little under 18 months - or around 14%. I can't see how this can be acceptable.

@EE hi there. My Broadland WiFi went down yesterday and wondered if there was an update on the progress please? I get it’s a tough weekend. Just running out of Gs to Hotspot for work. Keep warm and safe please 🙏

  • GeorgeA19879107 George Archibald (@GeorgeA19879107) reported

@EE your service is terrible. I'm paying you every month for Internet that's unusable. Paid for for separate subscription service that I can't even use because the service I'm paying you far is so dreadful.

  • tonypcaterham Tony (@tonypcaterham) reported

@EE As a customer for well over 10 years I am appalled at the price increase you have sent me. Almost 10%, we have had at least 3 or 4 devices at a time with you. While your customers are suffering due to higher food & fuel bills. Disgraceful

  • kristianlisle kris (@kristianlisle) reported

@EE @Martin7Adams My partners same having to use WiFi calling and even that'***** & miss even those she sat 3 metres away from the box. You guys really need to up your game and not push 5g in certain parts of the UK. We all need stability 👍

  • MatthewSaggers Cllr Matthew Saggers (@MatthewSaggers) reported

@virginmedia @O2 thanks for you great work now sitting in the @EE shop because you forced me move my virgin phone to another vendor as your system can't deal with me being an O2 customer. Thought it couldn't get any worse after having to give up my smart watch to go to O2.
