    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    Back in the @EE store today. Still trying to get a phone returned and contract cancelled. Absolutely appalling customer service. Nobody seems to have any authority to do anything, just shrug their shoulders.

    @EE Just thought your top brass should know that I was in your store today at Bloomfields Shopping Centre in Bangor, County Down. I was served by a young woman called Jess. No older than early 20s. Exceptional customer service, patience and knowledge. A really good experience. 👍

    @EE Yes there is a issue with the dunball mast and apparently there is nothing you can do about it someone else from my town has also complained signal has been shocking for months tho here
