@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE hello, my app has signed me out I could not remember my password but now the password email isn’t coming through either. Is there an issue on EE end. I can’t phone for help without knowing my info which is on the app ?

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Ur page is full of BS!when @EE was new company customer service was amazing! Any issue handled with care!today I said I have no data my card machine doesn’t work, ur useless customer service said basically “I don’t care” listen the phone conversation!!!!!!!!!!!

@ee spent three days without a working phone and have had to buy a local SIM card to be able to use my phone...can someone please explain why my phone is not working overseas because no one has resolved the issue yet?

There’s this one spot on my way to work the phone signal always goes down. Every day without fail snd yet I’ve still not learned not to be on a call there. So random. @EE #EE #SIGNALFAILURE
