@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Disappointed with the broadband moving house service from @EE and @OpenreachHelp. 3 and a half weeks since contacting them, still not even a date for a new connection. Anyone in the Twitter team of either company able to speed up the process?

@EE Sure, it's strange but it seems to lose power every now and then - all the lights switch off on the front and the connection goes down. I've tried all unplugging all cables etc but no joy.

@EE I know the tactic you are trying and it’s unacceptable. The correct channel I assume, will be some sort of person who can fix the constant issues I have? I just want a consistent service provided for what I pay for, that is all I want.

Excellent service from @EE after @Apple had left me up s**t creek. They managed to rearrange my various accounts to supply me with a new device. There couldn’t be a wider gap in the levels of Customer Service 👏

@EE signed up for BT sport add on at the weekend but unable to access it. Called your helpline on Sunday. How long should it take to resolve? id003 error message. I previously had bt sport with sky tv and before that direct with BT. Should I cancel and give up?
