Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

Ollie (@ollieb997) reported@EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isn’t allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you don’t provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?
