@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@Shaunjenks I left @ThreeUK because they didn’t support the Apple Watch and went to @EE If they don’t announce something soon, I may go back. It’s quite bad form from EE.

@EE My EE broadband has been down for 7 days. I’ve had to use nearly all my data to work from home and I would like to be given some extra as this isn’t my fault and I still need to work this week. Im not getting a response from online chat.

@EE it is laughable that you keep sending me messages that your service is compromised at my home address. I moved a year ago and have informed you. At my new local you have almost no service at all, at best, 1 bar of phone signal and data occasionally has 4g but mostly is H+
