    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @ee i’ve been having trouble with my signal this week. after switching my phone off etc, i’ve checked my postcode and it says they’re aware of an issue but considering i’ve updated my contract to a more expensive one, not actually being able to use it efficiently isn’t great?

    @EE hi ee, its Steven d here, why do speakers go down low on mobile phones, when my back up Alatel a3 phone was on loud speaker, the loud speaker suddenly went low, do u know why that is, X me back

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE October 4- fibre line breaks from pole 5- engineer inspects 7- engineer arrives. Can’t fix. Not qualified on “this type of fibre”. 8- tel for update . 9- tel for update. 70m fibre arrived 13- 100% assurance reconnect 14th 14- await update on 15th

    @EE let down by #DPD again! Waiting for my son's birthday present to arrive between 15:20-16:20 no updates other than driver running late and still waiting! No one at DPD to talk to now no main birthday present. Is there anyone that can help me?

    @EE just left an oap without telephone this weekend cos they can't do anything. Had to hang up as they were very unhelpful. Forced to use them because of digital voice.

    @EE I need help unlocking a Huawei H122-372. Iv tried the website and it loads for a brief second confirming it's locked to EE network then changes to "there's an error on our end" message

    @EE can you tell me why you have deactivated a sim for an elderly gentleman who pays his bill every month. But you have cancelled it because he doesn’t use it 🤬. The day he would need to use it would be the day he needs medical help. He pays his bill.
