@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Hey I'm good thanks and yourself? I was able to successfully log in on Thursday but it says I've been locked out but the email resets won't come through and when I tried to call the locked out number it doesn't work as I've only just joined
