@EE hello, my app has signed me out I could not remember my password but now the password email isn’t coming through either. Is there an issue on EE end. I can’t phone for help without knowing my info which is on the app ?

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE You guys keep on boasted about best UK network and now free data . My partner can't even receive simple texts which came along way before all this streaming 🧐. She's rung twice to fix it and then fails soon after .

@EE yet your broadband service is so bad no matter how many time I complain it was ignored. When I left to go with sky u think I owe u a bill.. all big tech thinknthey can steal of people and its allowed well no- more you make enough money. When my phone contact end I be leaving
