Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
