Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!
