@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received from you. Completed a 2 year contract in November and called to cancel my co tract, stating that I didn’t want to carry my number to another network. Shocked to find that you have charged me over £70 for Dec and Jan.

@EE I did, their just as helpful… No one can get back to us for an update till Tuesday. It will be easier for me to find a new broadband company then have you fix my problem

At least once ever month since last July I’ve had a text from @EE stating ‘we have a problem near your home which may be affecting your area’, translation really@bad signal. When got in touch with them I was told to use WiFi calling, why do I have a contract until august #byeEE

@EE Are there problems with broadband in the Cf46 postcode area, it’s been dropping out for about 20 hours, I’ve done the guided resets etc and had a similar problem a month ago which eventually sorted itself. It’s getting very frustrating.

@EE online upgrade, before confirmation says 24hrs delivery, once paid I receive an email saying we will try to deliver within 14 work days, then get a text saying insurance on current handset is cancelled so no cover for potentially 2 weeks very poor currently looking elsewhere

@EE my EE broadband has been down for 20 mins in Gateshead ne8. I have tried resetting router but it just keeps flashing yellow. Can you provide update when it will be back up?

@EE months on from my original complaint and still the same issues and still your expecting me to pay for high speeds and giving me a substandard service,was told it would be investigated and i would be issued compensation for loss of service/reduced speeds if it merited this !
