@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@EE hey, my sim only contract is coming to an end so I'm looking at changing my contract. I saw in my upgrades section a 160gb/24month/£20 that I was going to get, my student discount doesn't work on it though. But it does on a 3gb/12m/£19 one. Should it not work on both?

Service from @EE past 6 months since moving house so bad I can't put it into appropriate words. No signal, no 4G, broadband dropping out multiple times/day. 20 hours plus on phone to them. Refunds not given when promised; fobbed off; stories changed, £600 to them for this. #ee
