@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE We used to have 3 phones on an account with @EE my wife moved to Three last year when their upgrade prices were way overpriced, I moved a month ago and my sons will be going next year when his SIM only contract expires. We have been with EE from the beginning but greed = fail.

@EE Hi, I've had to contact you a lot to sort an issue and it's still not sorted. I was on hold with an advisor and the call was ended by your side, now I can't even call 150. Please sort this out.

@Sadie17689294 @EE The exit fee is extortionate its designed to jeep you tied to them. Despite the fact they are charging for a service that I am not meaningful receiving.

@SirKnoe @EE I brought 900mbps wifi, 2 year contract for £35 per month, then toon out an iphone contract with them and it dropped down to £32 + saved 30% on the sim deal

I decided against going in to an @EE shop as it would likely upset me even more. What I don't get is why @EE are hell bent on pushing loyal customers out the door? From my issue to extortionate price hikes with some what dubious claims. Loyalty means nothing.
