@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • colincooper363 KingKoopa (@colincooper363) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Brixham, England

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  • sdevonplayers South Devon Players (@sdevonplayers) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE I haven’t been able to connect to the EE phone network all morning. Is there a problem?

  • mng321 martyn (@mng321) reported

@EE Hi Mark. This is exactly what you (EE) sent before so it is well rehearsed. If your network wasnt being used more and more there would be a problem as that is what your company does. Its all just getting more money out of the customer but hopefully they will vote with their feet

  • embigmac Emma Mackrell (@embigmac) reported

@EE my data add on that I paid for each month so I got unlimited data has been removed without any warning? I keep getting messages saying I’ve used my data but I paid for unlimited? Since my upgrade last December I’ve had nothing but issues.

  • courts_davina Courtsss (@courts_davina) reported

@EE @mng321 Ill be changing anyway to a different mobile network i feel ive been robbed how much i have to pay a month keep putting it up🙄

  • mng321 martyn (@mng321) reported

@courts_davina @EE Think a lot of people will. Why do you think Tesco Mobile (O2 network I believe) are advertising so much about companies ripping us off
