@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • sdevonplayers South Devon Players (@sdevonplayers) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE So what you are saying is we pay for those who can’t afford to pay and for your future upgrades yet you can afford to give enormous amounts to your shareholders? Also the service has not changed over the past two years either.

  • M_A_L92 M-A-L 🇪🇺 (@M_A_L92) reported

Hi @EE I need help with my phone please. I’m abroad and can’t ring and then I can’t seem to get access to your online chat? Any advice please

  • celticjohn67 John Connell (@celticjohn67) reported

@EE Straight from a script, more customers means more revenue. These new customers are using the same network not a new one. I would imagine your capital growth far exceeds your capital expenditure

  • taskerdavies Georgia Taskerdavies (@taskerdavies) reported

@EE I’ve totally lost signal on my phone while I’m in my house, where I haven’t had a problem before. Can someone help please? Is there an issue with EE?

  • mellorfinance Mellor Financial (@mellorfinance) reported

Perhaps someone @EE could explain to me what additional services I’ll be getting for my above inflationary price increase every year - as a set of customer comms who approved them?

  • mstrwul Mstrwul1 (@mstrwul) reported

@EE We dont know our land-line number as we have never used it.

  • graebow Graeme Bowen (@graebow) reported

@EE Been trying to upgrade through MYEE app but can't get past the checkout stage. Is there a problem?

  • dazzauk1966 darren c (@dazzauk1966) reported

@EE We pay for the service not to fund your expansion

  • AYendell MyWorldIsMyOyster (@AYendell) reported

@EE That’s a great statement if only it were true! £95 a month and another provider can do it for almost half that with same service. It’s actual robbery!

  • ayoung140_ann Youngannie (@ayoung140_ann) reported

@EE rude patronising so called executive team advisor. It’s worth every penny they are robbing me to leave them early. Refused to uphold previous advisors offer to leave contract despite call being recorded. I have been with EE for 20 years but NEVER AGAIN.
