@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE obviously your having a major technical issue that needs resolving as it seems the entire country who you use your service is not getting that service from you my 4G device is not working my phone won’t connect to anything but yet your status checker says everything is fine!.

@EE there is zero signal in Welwyn Garden City again, and my partner cannot access 4G/ 5G in London i can only send this tweet due to Wi-Fi. Additionally no one is answering calls on 150 for support just a recorded message. What’s going on
