@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE It doesn't matter, it's not just me. Even my friends who uses EE get all this error. The problem is the website and mobile app itself. That's where you guys should focus.

@EE How do i actually speak to some one , your new system is terrible for someone who is visually challenged , I have spent 2 hours going through each option for the new system to send me a text which I cant read . a little bit frustrated

@EE Hi, can I complain about a very cheeky person in Greenock I just spoke to on the phone??? Very poor attitude and patronising. Spoke to me as if I was 8 years old. How do I complain? This guy shouldn't be in a job. Disgusting customer service.
