@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE dont use ee if u want any sort of decent customer service, when they take your money initially they cant help enough, when they mess up your package and you want what u were offered suddenly u see the real customer service side. Ie, not getting back to u, cutting u off

@EE have great customer service 👏🏻 thanks to the person I spoke to on the phone, who apologised for keeping me on hold while they sorted something, and was all round kind and understanding 👏🏻

@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

@zeitgeistlondon @dyerAndie @EE The fact that you’re forgetting here this transaction includes a 2 year agreement which constitutes a financing arrangement, which by law comes with a right to cancel that arrangement within 14 days.

According to @VodafoneUK website the can accommodate my needs immediately. My dad as told me to bite the bullet and just pay @EE Up and put it down as a bad experience. He can't believe that a company we have given 30 years custom to, treats loyalty in this way.

@EE Where is Kevin Bacon when you need him, no EE signal in AL10 9BS for 6 hours. been happening on and off for 6 months. Pathetic company and customer service, nearly as bad as Three
