@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Brixham, England

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  • hideinhennock Kate (@hideinhennock) reported from Hennock, England

  • Goukiband Ben (@Goukiband) reported

@EE hi, I've heard back from HTC and apparently the phone doesn't support it. Is there anything you can do about improving the signal in my area or something to get WiFi calling?

  • _RickJO Rick/Jester_1865 (@_RickJO) reported

@h_bun09 @EE @VodafoneUK Smh. Put it this way, I've been into them handling my complaint since it was opened on Tuesday. Over an hour I've spent on hold, spoken to 5 different people all of which didn't read what the other had put in the notes...

  • mikeoffoftheuk Mike...🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@mikeoffoftheuk) reported

@CptSwaggz @ammaccii @EE I think the problem here is less to do with handsets and more to do with the saturation of mmW. The studies previously carried out were on a grown mans head for 60 mins. No studies carried on an unborn foetus or young children with continued exposure as it would be with 5G.

  • EllieStrong Eloise Strong (@EllieStrong) reported

@EE 3rd time in 10 days service has completely dropped - why does this keep happening!?

  • missnicki_p Nicki Plews (@missnicki_p) reported

@EE I’m in Portugal and have no signal despite having roaming. Just spent 45 mins on your live chat to resolve only to be cut off. It’s still not working! You’re live chat is now not available. What do you suggest?

  • Denali_Unicorn Amber (@Denali_Unicorn) reported

@EE I’ve had no internet since Wednesday morning. When I call I just get ‘it’s an external issue and we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’ I run a small business and would like I know when and if this is going to be fixed

  • mattu64 Matt Lustig (@mattu64) reported

@EE What is going on with the coverage in Pembroke at the moment? Yesterday we had no coverage all day and now it’s jumping around from 3G to 4G all the time then dropping out? The signal isn’t great at the best of times but this is unusable

  • dazM33 DazM33 (@dazM33) reported

@JakeTalbott_ @EE I am with Giff Gaff now, 10GB unlimited mins and data £10 a month and a good signal, previously I was with BT Mobile, dumped them coz signal is **** and the price will change every March, still no idea why they want an extra 3.5% on top of the 2.5% RPI

  • DPhil1981 Dan P (@DPhil1981) reported

@EE is your website down? Unable to access watch section?

  • _RickJO Rick/Jester_1865 (@_RickJO) reported

@h_bun09 @EE @VodafoneUK And their resolutions have been ridiculously poor so far for all these problems with the service and device
