@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@maddiejade_02 @EE Think it's a case of hanging on. Would imagine It will get fixed for everyone. I'm just relieved it wasn't my phone as my last phone lost its signal and never returned so I had to buy a new one.

@EE @Veronica_Ameri No you can't use WIFI calling mine has been down since these problems began, live rurally so no mobile signal ever, can only use WIFI calling to make and receive calls and that is down too.

@EE No mobile phone signal, no internet and as we live in the north highlands with limited options, we rely on your 4G for our wifi too. No way of contact all day with only fleeting moments of connection.

@EE Work phone and personal phone next to each other. Both on EE. Work hour fine, personal phone bu99er all. Have had to hotspot from my work phone as WiFi also down today (not EE). How's that work then? 🤔
