Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.
