@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@cthreeo3 I used to have @VodafoneUK as mobile provider… virtually no service on 2, 3, or 4g. Moved to @EE and have exactly the same problem. So will turning off 3G help rural communities? And 5G is a solution looking for a problem…

@EE can you sort out my roaming please? I have reset network settings, restarted phone, activated roaming via text and bought a data pass for travel to the USA, but it’s still blocked both on the app and online on settings Cheers

@EE Fortunately I spoke to the tech team to resolve and it came back up later in the night. Have been told it might be patchy until a team is able to fix a dead cell in my area. Thanks for checking with me!
