I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad
