Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch

I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads
