@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

To anyone thinking of using @EE #ee as their broad band service in the #uk, please don't. They have the worst customer service. There was a guy called Marty who basically traumatised me, spoke in a highly disrespectful manner and offered no help or empathy at all!

Does anyone with @EE just get absolutely no internet as soon as they leave WiFi? Or is it just me with a big 5G sign and absolutely no signal?

@EE This takes me through to the same automated system. 1 for mobile phone and 2 for home broadband which my issue isn't either it's a gaming device purchased

Anyone else having trouble with broadband @EE tonight?? Past few hours it’s saying internet is fine but it’s not working for tv or anything else? Comes back for a bit but has gone again! Can’t speak to anyone cause they are closed

@EE what a awful service called to add world passport and find can’t use my phone once out of WiFi but am sure your happy charging me over £11 a day😡

@EE @AshersY22 Its me thats done it for @AshersY22, disabled the sim, re-enabled, manual select through network, Turk Telekom, Turkcell AND Vodafone are all failing to connect,

@ee your app is absolutely useless. Been trying to set up WiFi controls for months now. All it does is connect to my WiFi and then does nothing. Just says settings are already saved and to connect to WiFi from my settings. Never sets up WiFi controls. Can't use parents controls.
