@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Alas they did not, I’ve been down that route before, The same expensive deals meant, An upgrade I did not score. I don’t even want an iPhone 14, Although that would be nice. Just a 13 pro for me, Would absolutely suffice.

@EE Considering you are a communications company, your current communication is appalling. Purchased a phone from you 2 weeks ago and after chasing, still don’t have a phone that works, I have had poor conversations with your call centre and your Message service is horrendous……

@EE can you tell me why your shop in Kirkcaldy thought it was acceptable to sell a2 year contract to a 80 year old? Did go in and cancel it now he is getting letters for payment and threatened with debt collector

@EE Definitely not the UK's best network. The Broadbands been down for 9 consecutive days now. Engineering fixes pushed back 3 times. Hard avoid EE, they don't fix problems just make them.
