@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE after 2 weeks with a phone that a repair guy has said is probably blacklisted cos it has no service and no answer on your twitter or on facebook and i have no phone to call your number do you think you can be bothered to try and find out if you have blacklisted my phone

@EE I am being continually passed from pillar to post and told to go to apple store etc. My contract is with you. You sort it out! How can I have a clash of insurance when I don’t have any at all on this phone! Your customer service is absolutely dire.

@EE I am absolutely fuming. I spent several hours on the phone both yesterday and today to receive 0 help. I am being asked to prove I don’t have apple care by getting a letter from apple and emailing personal info! Wtf. I called apple care yesterday and they confirmed 0 apple care.

@EE my broadband has been down for over 24 hours now, I work from home and have no network access, I hope to see comprehensive compensation for this! 150 miles of normally not needed driving just to get to my office that I needn’t normally attend and no idea as to when it’s fixed

The @glastonbury festival app by @EE is terrible this year! No A-Z list, no way to search for an artist - and the ‘my lineup’ page is just a list, instead of a grid like previous years! Poor…

@EE why can’t l get through to customer services? I just want to remove roaming!!! It’s easy to sign up for roaming but tricky to remove. Great marketing ploy but terrible for customers
