Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. Matthew Smith 🇵🇸🇿🇦 (@indigojo_uk) reported.@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.
