@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE into third week of no internet with EE…you claim 4g is my solution in the interim , I don’t even have that currently. Your service is shocking! I really don’t understand what I’m paying for anymore, nothing you provide works!

@EE I believe that my phone service is down. Has been for about 1/2 hour. None of my apps are working. My 4G home seams to be up but it’s very slow.

@EE there is quite clearly a problem with your Internet at the moment. It's not working, it's not my phone as I havr a My WiFi dongle at work which is also not working. Any updates which you can give your millions of customers?
