    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE hi, is it true that EE does not guarantee its services ? That when we sign a contract for services, EE adds a clause that says the service is not guaranteed at home?

    @EE what's the point in having a contact support? Well all it does is a bolt that keeps posting the same information. Not actually taking what you need. Oh you know having a button for live chat on your app like you claim to

    Hi @EE . I have a problem. I have two kids. One aged 6 one aged 2. My six year old has made my iPad incredibly sticky and not my own. My 2yr old likes eating my iPhone. Help.

    @EE no signal in your area for months use WiFi calling. @SkyBroadbandd service is even worse. £200 a month between the pair of you & you can’t even provide a basic service. Absolute ******* joke
