@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Yup, no one's at fault! Even though I didn't set it up, ask for it or give permission... I'm the one screwed over by everyone... Happy 2021. EE be like "we ****** up, we don't care, see you in court" Me paying for 2 accounts, no ***** given....can see it's never been used 🧐🤔

Added a third line to my @EE contract earlier this week for one of our kids. Phone arrived on Wednesday and still isn't working. Fair to say the customer experience hasn't met expectations. Assuming there are cooling off periods for issues like this.

@EE @EE my partner is with EE. We have just moved house and he can’t glide his internet or make calls without going outside and up the road. He isn’t sure if he’s still tied in with you. What can we do please. I’m with O2 and have no issues. We aren’t rural or anything

@EE happy new year EE. Im having issues with my home EE broadband after a recent regrade. My only day off is Sunday and every time I ring it says it’s closed despite saying it’s open to 2000 on Sunday all over ER website. Is this right?
