  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Brixham, England

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

  • sdevonplayers South Devon Players (@sdevonplayers) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  • matthew_Searles Matthew Searles (@matthew_Searles) reported from Ashburton, England

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • colincooper363 KingKoopa (@colincooper363) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

  • lunchie Andy Brown (@lunchie) reported

@EE so EE won’t connect their customers with an 0330 number, when every other provider does, but when I call you to report this… there is nothing you can do as I’m not an EE customer… care to comment?

  • smeltor1701 Alexandra (@smeltor1701) reported

@EE I'd rather your 5g signal covered the whole of the country

  • pandoramummy Cindy Armstrong (@pandoramummy) reported

@EE You haven’t fixed the 4G problem in this area for 10 weeks now. I think it’s time to finally tell your customers that you’re not going to fix it so we can make a decision about what we’re going to do.

  • Northtallship 📷 🄳🄰🄽 🄻🄴🄱🄰🅃🄷 🐕 🍺 (@Northtallship) reported from Otley, England

"Hi from EE. We're making some essential improvements to our network in Ulgham which might affect your service from 14-Nov for 1 day." @EE why would some work 114 miles away cause my signal distruption?

  • IamStaceyMacd Stacey Macdonald (@IamStaceyMacd) reported

Beyond frustrated! 😡 shocking service from @EE and their Comms is diabolical! Different info being given to different members of the community - none of which has an ounce of truth to it! When are we getting fibre @alasdairallan @AngusMacNeilSNP ?? #uig #isleoflewis

  • JordanKing1512 Jordan (@JordanKing1512) reported from Fleetwood, England

@EE hi my 4g has been terrible the last couple of weeks only get 2/4 bars where ever I am. Can you help me please

  • Reenie___ Reen (@Reenie___) reported

@EE I have a 5G phone but only seem to get 4G most of the time. Or no service at all. What’s that about?

  • vneelavara Veerendra Neelavara (@vneelavara) reported

@EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..
