@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

  • colincooper363 KingKoopa (@colincooper363) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@quocdang @VodafoneUK @EE Lol yep same here, I know the status is completed. So they are just fobbing us off rather than fixing the issue

  • matthew_Searles Matthew Searles (@matthew_Searles) reported from Ashburton, England

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE I get that the increase happens, but if part of my contract is the purchase of a handset, you surely can’t then say it’s 14% more expensive than it was when I got it a few months ago? The 14% should only apply to network rates

  • mshamburt Mrs..💙 (@mshamburt) reported

@EE The issue is everywhere I am in Llandudno I don’t need to dm you for that except to ask why and for you to know how very inconvinient a service like this is - 4g unavailable often 1 bar for calls!

  • Truecrime_70 Truecrime_70 (@Truecrime_70) reported

@EE @OPPOMobileUK Network that gives me a signal. Support team keep telling more lies after lies when you complain. Ombudsman next. 2 months with ee and they’re useless. Avoid people

  • mshamburt Mrs..💙 (@mshamburt) reported

@EE We have 3 phones on contract and all experiencing problems .. ive seen a plethera of visitors tweet the 4g is rubbish here etc ..

  • ReallyScottish Humza’s Scooter (@ReallyScottish) reported

@EE That doesn’t make the price increases ‘fair’ though does it? I maybe agreed to CPI increases in theory but not 14%?! Quite a bad attitude to have.

  • StacyBetts86 Stacy 💙 (@StacyBetts86) reported

@EE Another automatic response not actually addressing what you are doing to your customers in times of crisis don’t worry my contract ends in august and I’ll be leaving as soon as I can as no other network robs as much as EE

  • clatworthy Richard Clatworthy (@clatworthy) reported

@EE Well you just lost a customer. Not that you care. Rise the price of my contact when I'm only a couple of months in is outrageous! Why should I pay for your investment. I've been with the EE since it was orange. Next time I'm due an upgrade I will definitely leave

  • SadeAdanna Sadé (@SadeAdanna) reported

@ReeOpoku @EE Same! And never looking back

  • liars_parade liars_parade (@liars_parade) reported

@Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk The joke of the matter is, EE have since split their phone plan and data plans, so you get billed for the handset and your network access. I understand why prices go up, but I don’t understand why they’ve applied that increase to both the phone and the network plan.

  • StormChaser22 🇺🇦 Thomas 🇺🇦 (@StormChaser22) reported

@EE Why would you need to take account info when it is probably a customer wide issue, and not just me that faces this problem?
