    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE hello, my app has signed me out I could not remember my password but now the password email isn’t coming through either. Is there an issue on EE end. I can’t phone for help without knowing my info which is on the app ?

    @EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE No, because each time I have in the past nothing has changed. I think its time you came clean to all customers who live outside of the main cities and towns. The service we receive is poor. Daily messages telling us the signal is going to bad make little difference

    No @EE network and subsequently no internet in TR10 since 10 this morning. Presumably due to the drain on local power from Falmouth’s G7 set-up. Funny how the internet comes into the UK via Cornwall and we never see any of the benefit.

    What on earth is going down with the mobile networks lately ? After everything went down the other day . Both my contracts are down or like dial up again today. Something is going on. Getting utterly phucked off with it @EE @VodafoneUK .

    @SamsungUK hey, the screen on my S21+ has gone black this morning after it was working perfectly fine. No manual reset helps either, bought the phone on contract through @ee in Jan or Feb. Can you guys help?
