    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE - I need some help here... Your new F&F process is now online only. But when I enter the proper F&F code, it says INVALID. I rang up and Sales just said it wasn't a real code (it IS)! So my friend gave me a new one, and site still says NO! BRICK WALL here. What can I do?

    Hey @EE - after an entire day trying and failing to obtain some answers from @VodafoneUK via their app, Twitter and Facebook as to what exactly is going on*. I’ll probably be getting in touch with you about my next contract, assuming you can provide better customer service.

    @EE @EE of course I have and the situation just gets worse.. never felt so let down and disappointed .. had to sit in starbucks to do an exam. Won’t hold my breath that this won’t happen again

    @EE we are having a total blackout in South Ealing and for tenants of houses with no way of knowing the landline line number or any information we can’t get help from you to fix our issue. Rubbish.

    @EE No signal and no data up at longridge preston uk area is the lines being worked on? I usually have 4 bars and really good speeds here
