@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

@simonnread @virginmobileuk Just ditched @EE as they said that the monthly bill for 'out of contract' handset was either £10 for 12 mths or £21 for rolling. They said the disparity is to reward loyalty. Having being with them for 15 years, I told them they weren't rewarding loyalty and decided to cancel.
