    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

    @bt_uk my internet is down in Tottenham N17 I have orange lights flashing on my hub and this is the second time we've been down this week.... We only changed recently from @EE and are not impressed

    @EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when it’s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder there’s “high volume” on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen 👀)

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    @O2 Any plans on enabling sms over wifi calling? I used to be with @EE and I could call and sms with wifi calling but seems your network only supports calls?

    @EE has been a nightmare experience from the start with billing issues and their systems not speaking to each other. Can’t even use the credit they gave me as doesn’t seem to apply to subscriptions as they still took payment. @giffgaff never missed a beat. Wish I stayed tbh. 2/2

    EE customer service is absolutely shocking, calling me a liar without substantial evidence. I feel intimidated. I’m being charged for goods I don’t have. Loyalty means nothing. @EE #EE #EEcustomerservice

    @ee While I am on holiday in Spain just found out EE is changing me using my phone. My wife is on O2 and my son on Vodafone non of them are charging except these thieves EE. Please remember to cancel your contract before you go abroad. The guy's name at EE was David

    @EE Absolutely appalling customer service and repair service - you claim 2 hours on your website, 24 hours in store when in actual fact it's far longer. Discrimination against those of us that are desperately ill, disabled and for whom phones are our only means of communication

    Switched from @giffgaff to @EE in Feb this year for better coverage and for 2 weeks now the EE service where I live has been appalling and now just rarely able to get any signal. Now they are also introducing roaming charges. Time to say goodbye already I think. 👋 1/2

    @EE and reaching help if required - it's not good enough EE - not even a replacement loan device avaliable. And now told there is no way phone will be returned tomorrow so will be 48+ hours without phone - it is not safe for my health to be so long without a phone - explained to

    @EE it is very good to get away from the useless Vodafone network for your broadband or mobile phone need, but why not use EE or BT because they have a range of good broadband & mobile deals you can have problem free connection that suit your value for money using ee.
