    @EE All the time in SW1A. Says full signal 4G but hardly any data and drops calls. All the time at Euston and on train to Northampton. Other networks are fine. @EE used to be good, but gone badly downhill now.

    Have to say hats off to @EE worked remotely today. Mostly remote sessions in weird places today. Tethered to the iPad Pro on the way home to watch films. No issue at all. @ThreeUK on the second line couldn’t even sync email for most of it.

    @EE I have just tried to cancel an EE contract at EE Victoria Station. It seems impossible to do this online or by phone. The lady in the store was rude and obnoxious when I explained this. How do I cancel a contract! @EE So frustrating!!!

    @EE If the Customer Service team were doing their job, I wouldn't have to resort to social media. I'm perfectly capable of calling/visiting/emailing individual stores, what I asked for at the outset, which you've chosen to ignore, is direction to a store with stock. Easy enough.

    @Swim1965 @EE @O2 @ThreeUK Yeah the BT involvement with EE is a bit weird and twisted. They tried buying a couple of years back, but was refused. EE for me has always had the speed I want, no other network touches them speed wise, not ones I have used anyway.

    @benwepc @SkyUK @EE broadband has always been good for me. Prices & service are good. On a recent change from an older BB/Calls&LR package saw my speed increase & my price decrease. Only a smig but that’s a service increase without a cost increase. Furthermore it took about 10mins & no effort.

    @albiondumsday @EE @ThreeUK I've been with @EE / T-mobile for 18 years. Been tempted to move to more attractive packages, but tend to remain loyal. Have had no problems thus far. Just been off WiFi for the last 3 months. Am burning through 40GB each month.
