@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

@EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

Once again @EE you have an app and online login that are unable to allow me to manage data, my account and so on. This isn't an isolated occurrence, it's becoming more and more regular. A poor customer experience due to shabby back end management.

So @EE charged me £181 to canx a contract early, then sent a letter notifying price change, which would've let me canx without charge. Convenient that... Doesn't seem a fair way to treat customers @financialombuds @TheFCA
