    I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

    If Kevin Bacon had my @EE #5G service his bloody barber would have more headless customers than Sweeney Todd… Actually had to reset it to 3G to get a semblance of a decent reception 😡

    Thanks @SkyUK to add extra 10GB. Haven’t received anything from mine network @EE which is really bad. Not even any singel stay safe text from you guys.

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    @EE could you please answer my question. If I move to your network in November, will you restrict me from using my data to stream out radio? As I do online radio shows and would like to broadcast live. @VodafoneUK have restricted me

    @MillwallDolbs2 @EE @Samsung @vodafone @O2 @3MobilesShop @tescomobile When u sort a mobile bill ask about the 15% discount offer. Got my 11 with unlimited data calls and texts £61 a month. Not a bad deal

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE I tried the link it was the same. Also ....no I never received anything else after the call but Taylor did say when I was on the call it was all sorted. Which in fairness to her, it was.

    Rail delays wouldn’t be such an issue if there was consist phone signal on the track. I’m with @EE and I have loss of signal for 60% of my journey from #TunbridgeWells into London #southeastern

    @EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me £20?

    Ordered a new phone with @EE for DPD to deliver today… driver turned up, snapped a pic from his van and drove off, said he’d left a calling card, hasn’t. What kind of service is this? £1,000 worth of phone now sitting with them, what’s the bet it’ll go missing now?

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    @EE I left my airtime contract with you at the start of the year but I'm still paying my device. Due to issues with my bank account I missed my direct debit last month. I can't see anywhere on the app or website to pay it?

    @Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed
