  In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

  @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking.   @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

  @__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

  Anyone had .@EE chop the phone line of an elderly relative without consent ? What did they do about it? @Ofcom any input ? I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number she’s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

  @EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
