    @EE I have EE fixed landline in a house I moved out in 28 Sept 2018. I want to terminate the service, can I keep my phone number to use whenever I get a new accommodation.

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    Replacing sim only with a new phone - have 6 lines on one account with @EE and never missed a payment - not credit worthy for £43 per mth contract but can have £53 per mth contract #ripoff #annoyed #thinkingofleaving

    .@EE Thanks so much for being super efficient turning off my Wi-Fi before I had actually moved out of my home. Such a shame you couldn't be more efficient with setting up the same service in my new place! 👏👏👏

    @jfx49220584 @MarinaPurkiss @EE I never found out why I got billed £600 for a call to Hong Kong ( it was 3 not EE) lucky enough, I had solid evidence I was in Darlington at the time of the call with my phone , they didn't charge me, I did change network provider afterwards

    I rarely bring personal matters to this platform... But my 72 year-old mum Is being charged £500+ by @EE for a 2hr phone call to New York ...that she didn't make! That she has never made in 11 years of being their customer! And refusing to refund her Abhorrent from @EE.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Had some similar issues for my mum with talktalk a few years ago , emailed thec chief executive and got an apology and a refund. Worth a try if you can find their email.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I'd escalate this to the people level. Potentially vulnerable customer, obvious fraud, distress caused. Don't let them get away with it. Hopefully EE will see the reputational damage this sort of thing causes.
