@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

@JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

@EE @_cFRSH Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Unitask_assist on who got it fixed in a few hours

@EE I support someone with a learning disability. He got a new SIM card with another provider 2 or 3 months ago. At that time we spoke to EE who said someone would call him to unlock his phone within 10 days. We haven’t heard anything since then.

@EE went to upgrade my phone but when you charge me more money a month when I could get it cheaper as an additional line (which I'm not doing) just puts me off a bit. I've been a customer for years and years and I never feel any of the benefits.
