This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.
