    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE 6 months of upto 150 disconnects a day superfamily broadband running at 15mb/s still not fixed and you offer £20 compensation off states £8 per day for loss of connection not only is your service disgraceful but you lie and rob people

    @EE I currently have a 4g EE router. Love it and it’s works a treat. Quick question thou for tech support. Are any of the ports closed your end? Have a nightmare getting a device to the outside world and only think it is the router now.
