    Again @EE is down again I can’t make any calls or send messages ... sort it out I don’t pay £100 line rental to get such a bad service !!!!!!!!

    @EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    @EE Yes I don’t that a number of times over the past few weeks , I only ever have issues in the DA9 area it’s worse at Bluewater I know I am not the only one as I have looked on FB and a number of people have said the same

    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    @EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

    @EE I’m messaging through here because it isn’t being dealt by anyone we heard nothing spoke to customer services in store they rang them got nowhere told us to write to head office heard nothing I’m going to keep messaging here everyday till you get head office onto it! 😡

    @Ofcom regulate poor practices @EE is doing. Ordered an extra sim contract with add on BT sport for big screen. EE confirms order, next day sends text needs to confirm some details, call in & been told they will remove the BTsport add on to add it in the app to pay more for it!

    Kevin Bacon may be able to stay connected, but @EE is quite frankly the worse mobile network I have ever been on!! Unless I am on WiFi, my phone often becomes useless!! Thanks to @bt_uk for having persuaded me to move across… #stayunconnected #alwaysinthe1%withoutcoverage

    pathetic experience with EE for past 3.5 yrs as whole ... bad connectivity with promises to sort but nothing happens and we were sold a internet connection at higher price and when we want to cancel hefty charges are put...Not there in PCI.. violation of consumer act @EE
