    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    @EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

    @EE any chance of you actually helping connect my watch 4 please..... the wearable app says contact you but now apparently you should have set up a watch plan yesterday at the same time as the sim.... not impressed explained why I was moving in store and expected better. Cancel?

    @ThreeUK my GF after 17 yrs being with you has 1 missed payment which she wasn't notified after changing her address and your team didn't update their system and now she's got a bad credit rating, which your team are refusing to help her. For me @EE customer service is the best!
