@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

@drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage
