@harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

@EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

A friend made a call via Whatsapp and @EE called to say they had a bill of £533.14!! They said when WhatsApp is down the call gets charged as a voice call. #EE #WhatsApp

@EE never go to EE for any service, the customer service after 10 years of being with them have now went down hill, they mess your contracts up, and then lie to you, they also over price there products and put prices up without warning

@EE For some reason I can't send the text via GiffGaff (no problem with texts to 07 numbers). I don't have time to phone 150 today, or to mess around reinstalling the MyEe app. I'm not impressed that I can't send a message when I log into my a/c via browser.

So my Virgin broadband is down yet again . I remembered I had one of those @EE 4GEE Mini wifi devices, only the PAYG credit on it expired months ago so I thought great I’ll top it up more credit except there seems to be no way of doing that without paying for a contract!!!
