If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

EE replied that if I went via @UswitchUK I'd be a 2nd tier customer & not get same level of service. When I asked what that meant I was told to make my own judgement. Really? Your customer strategy needs a BIG rethink.
