    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

    @EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

    Getting nowhere with @EE no luck with calling 150 or the app. went in a store who only wanted to upgrade one of our accounts and not help us. At this rate they will lose all three of our accounts. Last chance on Tuesday.

    @EE I’ve noticed that over the last 6months or so, network reception round the area I live has suddenly started dropping out, so much so I can barely make a call when I’m out. What has gone on? Can you fix it?

    @EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

    Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

    @EE Hi Chris, nothing happens. I love tried with numerous calls. The conference call function just does not work. You welcome to try it your side on your phone and you’ll see. EE doesn’t support this feature it seems.

    @EE It took till I cancelled to be told there was a £24 deal, cheaper than the £64 I was paying. I was told I had been paying over the odds for a long time, as I should have had loyalty offers as a longstanding BT/EE customer. Not offered any refund!

    @EE As usual I did not receive the emergency alert despite my phone being on. It may well be an older phone (6 years and owned outright) but you are still taking £28 a month from me for it for and giving no support. Am I being overlooked for some kind of customer service here?

    @bt_uk @EE the broadband seems to be down in Wiltshire, we have tried everything your people and the website has suggested and we even have someone coming out on Wednesday next week to help fix it, Is it an issue on your end? Or is it something on our side.

    @EE hi, I purchased a meta quest 3s on the 8th of August with £100 gamecard. I’m yet to receive my game card and I’ve emailed bhneegaming and spoken to customer services several times. This is shocking!

    My wife has been an @EE customer for 14 years, she's 2 months overdue for an upgrade. Not once has she been called with an offer. Yet when she calls , the only upgrade she is offered is a further £22 on her £50 monthly bill!!
