  @EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.

  When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.
