  @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

  @EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

  @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
