    In other news Iโ€™d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

    Never waste you time and money with @EE, worse broadband non service ever. I renewed my contract and got cut off as a result. In thirty years of marketing teaching Iโ€™ve never heard of the idea of punishing loyalists

    @EE Iโ€™ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it wonโ€™t let me do it Iโ€™m going to Ukraine and will be charged ยฃ1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    @EE iโ€™ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and Iโ€™m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I canโ€™t use any other Sim card on it because itโ€™s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk my internet is down in Tottenham N17 I have orange lights flashing on my hub and this is the second time we've been down this week.... We only changed recently from @EE and are not impressed

    @EE In the app it shows zero remaining everything (minutes, data, texts). Same issues experience other people in my household. And in the web it just logs me out immediately when trying to log in. Tried clearing caches, etc

    @EE Hi, I've got a Watch Plan that's now out of contract, though it appears to be still charging the full price (ยฃ38.82 is what's showing). Is there an option to either cancel this completely or move it to a cheaper contract now that the watch has been paid off? Thanks

    Haha, @EE amaze me, a customer since 2007 - never broken - new contracts, upgrades etc. and yet they send me a message about upgrading as my contract is ending and they have NO DEALS for me. So stuff loyalty, I'll go elsewhere with my money! BYEEEE!
