    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    @EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    @EE @bt_uk As both a BT Broadband and EE mobile customer; what's the difference between Coverage Boost and the BT Wi-Fi app? Do I get access to more hotspots via it compared to the automatic connection provided by CB? Or is it redundant on my iPhone as CB will handle the same?

    @AaronLinstead @EE If they continue to not provide the service they should be, and you cannot use your phone as normal, you can get out of your contract. If they refuse, take it to the ombudsman.

    @EE looks like the new SIM only plans come with a speed limit of 100 Mbps unless one of the higher plans is purchased? Undermines benefit of 5G and adding speed limits is terrible idea.

    @EE Hi Gavin, tbh I haven’t tried. I use an iPad and since the last update when I tap on the app it brings up a login screen but refuses to pull up the keyboard - I’ll try again later and let you know

    @EE Are you having issues in the KT20 area ? Usually a great 4G signal, of late it's either 3G, E, or won't connect at all ?

    @EE the service quality has significantly declined over recent week. Cannot use 4G at all 🙄
