Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Imagine if a company you relied on suddenly told you that they no longer accepted online payments and you had to go to the Post Office to settle up. Same culture shock. Get a grip EE

@marcusBBbentley @EE Well done you for calling them out. They were wrong. Why didn’t you help your dad set up a direct debit so that he wasn’t cut off. At the end of the day he was cut off and you could have stopped it happening. Then tweeted about how awful EE are (cos they are)

@smacula @virginmedia Wholeheartedly agree. VM worst level of reliability I've ever come across. We're 18 months into an @EE broadband package and its been outstanding in terms of speed and reliability even when using range extenders.
