  @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

  @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

  @EE is by far the worst company when it comes to loyalty tax. come broadband renewal… the ONLY option was upgrade to 10% more cost and when I started the switch the most bored person in the world called…. @EE I don’t care you are the best … thank you but no thank you.
