  @EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

  @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Keep the device, i did. Purchase a 1pmobile sim (EE) problem solved and so much cheaper. I use it as a mobile router when i am selling at markets. £10 a month.

  @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

  @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?
