-
Matthew Sexton (@matt_sexton) reported from Croydon, England@Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.
-
Chris Mason (@cmaso21) reported from Lambeth, England@EE I am absolutely astounded with the lack of customer service. I have 3 open complaints. Someone needs to contact me quickly as I am absolutely raging. You need to contact me ASAP 😡😡
-
Stephen Hines (@hines_stephen) reported from Camberwell, EnglandPerhaps the phone companies need to do more to help prevent spoofing? @EE @VodafoneGroup Something needs to be done by someone 2/2
-
Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.
-
Jason Coppin (@jason_coppin) reported from London, England@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳
-
Paula Griffin 🏳️⚧️ (@Paula_Griffin65) reported from Camberwell, EnglandIf Kevin Bacon had my @EE #5G service his bloody barber would have more headless customers than Sweeney Todd… Actually had to reset it to 3G to get a semblance of a decent reception 😡
-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me
-
Rochana Jackson (@rochanajackson) reported from Camberwell, England@EE broadband down. Tv/phone says connected but nothing is loading. Router is working with normal aqua light - is this happening across SE15 or just me? I WFH and need this!
-
Kevin Nolan (@knolanuk) reported from Lambeth, England@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.
-
Lucy Callis (@lcallis) reported from Wandsworth, England@EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??
-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.
-
Chris Mason (@cmaso21) reported from Lambeth, England@EE @MarcAllera your company is actually a joke and have zero levels of customer service !!!!
-
Jenny Sanders (@gothtink696) reported from Croydon, England@EE can you please explain why when you try and load the page for upgrades there is always a problem saying it can't be found. I'm due for an upgrade and at the moment I can't see what deal I may want
-
Danny Whitebread (@WhitebreadDanny) reported from Camberwell, England.@EE why have I just spent over an hour sat in your Peckham store trying to get signed up as a new customer by your incompetent employees, who after an hour of failed tablets and multiple forms they ask if I can come back another day? No thanks, I’ll go with someone else, ta.
-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, EnglandHonestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, EnglandThanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).
-
CharlieH 💙 (@MissCharlesV) reported from Merton, EnglandHi @EE I’m a customer but won’t be if you become involved with #GBNews
-
TricolorGav (@gauravleo7) reported from Lambeth, England@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.
-
Niki Hutchinson (@nikihutchinson) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandAnyone in SW London on @EE having ongoing network connection issues? Constantly cutting out and no 5G?

𝐷𝑟. 𝐼𝑎𝑛 𝐶𝑢𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 (@IanCutress) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.
-
(im)mature student (ex) 🇺🇳🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️🌈🏁➕🖤 (@ximmat) reported@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, £85pcm. New customers? £28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be £769. Me? £2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was £1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis
-
The Ordinary (@Thisisordinary) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Stockwell here and your coverage is so poor …… as well
-
Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
james (@mhh02) reported@EE my 5G is running at 0.8mbps how can it be so slow, I nog had it over about 2 in weeks and sometimes we get no internet
-
Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.
-
superposh (@pboromikky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Same issues in half of east anglia. Its a joke.
-
Sideways Tree (@EX23LCL) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?
-
Steveo Davies🏴 (@STEVEOLUCKY7) reported@jessicazeun @EE Exactly the same for me constantly contacting them about my piss poor service..100mb I was promised never get anywhere close to that , surely its breach of contract
