-
Olanrewaju Owode ❁ (@owodeone) reported from Croydon, England@ThreeUK you've been owing me £79 close to a month now. I've called your support team without resolution. Moving to three was a mistake, should have tried @EE
-
Kevin Nolan (@knolanuk) reported from Lambeth, England@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.
-
Zarra Okumephuna, LLM. (@okumephuna) reported from Camberwell, England@MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Aldo (@AP196779) reported@WeAreOpenreach They have been trying to raise this issue with you for 5 weeks now. I’m just going round in circles. @EE are saying it’s a problem at your end and you’re saying it’s something that @EE has to do
-
micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue
-
1618cc™/3 (@RomeoXrayBravo) reported@BradChuck @EE EE are ****. We dumped them off 2 years ago, not looked back.
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE I’ve been all through this with my parents they phone switches to the mobile network when the WiFi is down
-
Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) reported@AP196779 @EE I'm sorry to hear that you've been going round in circles for the past five weeks. Has your service provider clarified the specific issue they have been trying to report to us? Any details they have provided would be helpful in understanding the situation further. To allow (1/2)
-
Abby (@abz_fab) reported@EE my WiFi is down and I can't even log in to see why!
-
banks (@macksyb) reported@EE fix your ******* data, I’m ******* pissed.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Andrea. Believe in Britain🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@AndiNeglia) reported@EE , your customer service is atrocious
