  • olgabudimir Olga (@olgabudimir) reported from Wandsworth, England

Can’t watch the sound is awful as is the canned laughter. Is @EE supplying the broadband? Not a great advert for a telecoms company. 😱#BAFTAs

  • ChocOnTour Ayo (@ChocOnTour) reported from Hackney, England

I say again. @EE is the worst coverage I’ve ever seen. I can’t play Xbox without it disconnecting me from games, for no reason at all.

@EE data service down in Twickenham. Do you know when it will be back up?

  • ChocOnTour Ayo (@ChocOnTour) reported from Hackney, England

@EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

@EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

  • Jamesmeredith James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England

@ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

  • pheauteau Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE 5G. Download speeds looking good. So why are upload speeds comparatively slow? I’m getting faster uploads on 4G!

  • Tute Matias Cervi (@Tute) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @EE ! I'm trying to woek but still getting microcuts for the last 48 hs. Can you help me?

  • Rangaharris ranga.sol (@Rangaharris) reported

@EE You offered me a measly £10 off my bill for my 100 mile round trip. I had to take a total of six hours off work unpaid to do this. Yet my phone is still broken. Get someone to contact me via phone about this.

@garyhayes64 @btsport @EE No point in it anyway mate, I’ve done the same and there’s **** all on there footie wise.

  • SarahjjWright S Wright (@SarahjjWright) reported

@EE your new customer service isn’t an improvement at all! Might be saving you £££ but it’s cost me so much more time.

  • leipperm m (@leipperm) reported

@jamiemufc187 @SkyHelpTeam Don't go to virgin if you end up with a fault on your line they'll take months to fix it and make you chase them up. My suggestion would be to get a 5g router and put a SIM card in it from a network of your choice. I'm getting 300 mbs with @EE and we're running 3 gaming machines

  • _stargrain stargrain (@_stargrain) reported

@EE Don't know how you can help. Operating on reduced service with occasional outages until this is resolved. ETA 11 days and counting... Where can I go to track service status?

  • _stargrain stargrain (@_stargrain) reported

@EE No Glen. Too much hassle. Some service providers offer customers mobile router backup options. That takes over in the event of line failures. But not you I guess? Such poorly maintained infrastructure...
