Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?
