Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

Honestly @EE signal is diabolical every single call I make drops after 20 seconds on WiFi or 4g. Can’t even call them to sort it out

@EE @Ofcom I can’t even make a call in my house with my mobile. So much for the UK’s best network. Get your coverage sorted. It’s absolutely disgusting that I can’t even make or receive a call in my own home without having to go outside and even then leave it to chance.
