    @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

    @EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when Iโ€™m on the phone. There is no mobile data when Iโ€™m on the phone. Iโ€™m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

    @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

    I canโ€™t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. Iโ€™m sick of the regular issues Iโ€™m experiencing. If itโ€™s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, itโ€™s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agentโ€™s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didnโ€™t have a phone because I was mugged and now I donโ€™t because of @EE errors. Youโ€™ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

    @EE Very disappointed with your female members of staff today Feltham store. Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. You're loosing 4 contracts.

    @EE i will never open a contract with this company. Rude, disrespectful, argumentative employees, I hope all staff members I have spoken to give that same level of service to the executive child and see if they still have a job

    @EE Any reasons why 4G has dropped so significantly in Ll141UA please? We get between 15 and 25Mbps normally but down to about 2 at the moment.

    @EE Its been like it since 9pm it's now 9am that 12 hours so you guys can't try that hard to get it up and running..if I did have an update from your tech team I wouldn't be saying I've not had an up date would I..12 hours the service I pay for has been down.....best network my arse

    @EE @MarcAllera really is about time something can be done about the amount of nuisance calls we get over the network now! Keep blocking on the iPhone but this very annoying now
