-
Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England
@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer
-
IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from City of London, England
I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.
-
radz (@rtkosha) reported from Stratford, England
@EE my network isn’t working well today at all, can’t seem to stream any sort of content :(
-
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England
@EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you
-
Matthew 🇬🇧 (@doberguy53) reported from Paddington, England
@ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England
@EE this is getting a joke now. I am not even getting signal in my home. I live in Zone 2 in London. I would get more reception in a field in Mexico.
-
Anju (Harmit) Ahluwalia BEM (@anjua01) reported from Walthamstow, England
@EE disgusting customer service after 20 years of paying for a service . Go with @SkyUK for mobile phone needs as my husband got great customer service . I will be leaving EE after 20+ years
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported
@duffman242843uk @EE You're not bound to a contract where the other party failed to meet their requirements in a timely manner. This is why they closed the customer service lines. So they don't lose the majority who are out of contract.
-
K (@Littlerk86) reported
@EE Still no signal today. Can't even call 150
-
Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported
@EE have closed their customer service phone lines, they're literally refusing to deal with a network outage. Is it usual for you to cut customers off and leave them entirely in the dark about it? They like their fraud! They don't want to stay in business by the looks of it
-
Mark Broom (@broom_mark) reported
@EE, please sort out your EU roaming tariff set up! Why is it not possible to set up in advance, instead I have to rely on a crappy website that doesn't work reliably, whilst sat in a petrol station in France. And your 12 day offer sends a message saying 7 days?!?
-
Steve³ 🎬 (@FumblingFilm) reported
@EE Is it true the whole network was offline for a few hours today?
-
Lee (@smil3r5) reported
@EE That’s fine. Update your service status to let customers know instead of letting them believe everything is fine
-
Hosta_la vista (@hosta_lavista) reported
@Lionesses @EE But she’s been very poor this euros, no?
-
Paul Duncan / Writer / Editor (@kershed) reported
from my account without warning. @EE are charging me for a phone I cannot use and NOT ALLOWING me to add roaming. My wife phoned EE in the UK, and @EE told her I should upgrade my plan rather than for EE to provide a service. This is despicable behavior from @EE. Please repost.
-
UKAussieP (@UKAussieP) reported
@EE This was certainly NOT a text-book case on communications. You should have owned the issue as soon as it became known. You failed in everyway in providing timely accurate information, wasting many of your customers time.
-
Simon C. Gray (@simoncgray) reported
@EE Your head of comms ought to be fired. Zero comms on X or on your website, for what was a significant outage. I’d seriously take a look at how you keep customers informed of such outages.
