    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE I now have as my son cake home with his phone but...had he not been coming home and I needed to add it what would I have done? The online option (and app I might add) have been down for days. We all pay a premium for the service. I know it's not your fault but it needs sorting.

    . @EE I have been trying to report the recurring problem with your 4G broadband which has been ongoing for 4 weeks and the website cannot accept the report form. I was told it would be fixed on 26th April and so the website says a problem has been fixed. It has not.

    @EE My number is now on the ee network as was getting no where with @SMARTYMobileUK... issue 1 is I have a split port texts are still coming through on the @SMARTYMobileUK network as they haven't removed my number off 3. Also friends on ee can't contact me

    @EE need some advice. My brothers son got my 78 year old mum to (unknowingly) stand as guarantor for his contract. She thought it was just the payments coming out her bank. Of course he hasn't paid it the the store are very unhelpful. How do we cancel the contract
