@pete_ar_fryn @EE @rootmetrics No, getting 25% off my bill for 3 months then if the problem is still occurring I have to phone up again for an extension. The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

Just had a terrible experience with 3.Just the worse service and wrong advice. 4 weeks to resolve a problem.They all claim to value customers but it’s crap. You call to buy something and they are on you like a rash.Terrible, but it’s the same all over.
