    @ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE your network has been overly poor for the past 5 days without wifi it never works in the day and I missing calls from my doctor and other things that are important. Not happy.

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @pete_ar_fryn @EE @rootmetrics No, getting 25% off my bill for 3 months then if the problem is still occurring I have to phone up again for an extension. The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

    @EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

    @EE I understand this, I asked for the outdoor signal to be boosted as it does not work either! … ooops have I been unclear in my message when I said the advertised signal is not what customers receive?
