Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
