@EE Definitely not well because of your internet issues. It has been a while and still no resolution. My full name and all those details will be in the DM already, I’m sure you are able to see that, Olivia.

If Kevin Bacon had my @EE #5G service his bloody barber would have more headless customers than Sweeney Todd… Actually had to reset it to 3G to get a semblance of a decent reception 😡

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

@EE honestly disgusted at your service. Just spoke to a friend whose elderly father was sold a contract which included 1000 international minutes- then you charged £650 for calls to his family in Sri Lanka?? It took them numerous emails, lots of emotional & financial stress for

@EE What a joke of a company, two hours spent on the chat trying to sort out an issue of a tablet upgrade, and being charged for two tablets. All I get is bullshit, by no marks, almost trying to insinuate its my fault. Not taking it laying down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

@EE internet is absolutely, and I cannot stress this enough, the WORST broadband I have ever experienced. I can’t play a single game with lagging, why? Simply why?

@EE broadband down. Tv/phone says connected but nothing is loading. Router is working with normal aqua light - is this happening across SE15 or just me? I WFH and need this!

@EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

Hey @EE I'm on the phone to one of your excellent sales people - they are genuinely trying to help, but neither you nor @DPDgroup_news know where my phone is. I paid early upgrade and apparently won't get that back either. Where is the phone I have paid and am still paying for?

@EE Thanks but you are apparently stuck in some sort of legal difficulties with the site / tower that provides service to Crick. @EE are not really doing all you can to resolve the issue of service. Why not work with a Crick based landowner to install a new tower?
