Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!
