  Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
