    @EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

    @EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    @EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

    @EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

    @EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

    A word of warning for anybody thinking about joining @EE. #EE are not 'the nation's fastest network provider' and certainly don't provide the most 4G coverage where I live in Stockport. Their suggested work around 'Turn on WiFi calling as we don't guarantee coverage indoors'

    @EE Yes but I was told 3 weeks ago at time of purchase of a new contract that I would have a ps5 as part of account just waiting for stock .. but never told it was subject to availability.. was told when they come back in stock I would receive one ... custom will be going else where

    @VodafoneUK why not cut out the waste and let me speak to the 3rd party directly. Or if everything has a DIY approach why not save me some money and create a self service portal. Ridiculous that it’s still not sorted. Call @EE and say can you switch on VM and it’s done! No Faff!

    @VodafoneUK @EE You have mis sold me insurance and the company you send it to on a 3rd party are terrible . No 4 hour window available and terms send via email which were different to the point of sale with your staff in store .
