Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.
