@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

  • aavalostorres Arturo Avalos Torres (@aavalostorres) reported from Stratford, England

@EE I do not, sold my old phone. I had a contract with EE for over a year, pointless to think I won’t pay. I’m so let down by @EE #neverbuyEE

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RojParody Parody (Roj) - He/Him (@RojParody) reported

My old phone is no longer covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY because I've upgraded? The day BEFORE I get my new phone? That's not how "lifetime" works @EE. I'm beginning to wish I'd have left for a other network.

  • halseyb Ben Halsey (@halseyb) reported

@EE Can my organisation pay to add our website to your list of sites that EE customers are not charged for. We have introduced new mobile technology since Covid but have a unique problem we are looking to solve.

  • andymitchell73 Andy Mitchell💙 (@andymitchell73) reported

Was an @EE customer for over 10 years. Eventually ended my dealings with them in May and I’ve just discovered that they never cancelled the contract and I’ve been paying ever since. Seems an error at their end doesn’t = a refund 😥

  • duklaprm paul macready (@duklaprm) reported

@EE just had a message saying maintenance work coming. Hopefully that will help me get 4G in my house.....

  • JamesConlon_ JC (@JamesConlon_) reported

My small win for today is I was paying far too much for my phone bill - managed to save a whopping £64 on my contract and now paying £20 a month. Massive thanks to Simon @EE Newcastle call centre for his help

  • doctorcrank Mike (@doctorcrank) reported

@EE I’m currently in Greece. For some reason, I can only roam on one network, whereas my partner who is also on EE with a similar contract can roam on any network. As a result I am getting no service while she gets 4G. Can you check if there’s a problem with my account/sim?

  • davwheat_ David Wheatley (@davwheat_) reported

Thankfully the UK is starting to deploy the 700 MHz spectrum, but for 5G usage. The reasoning behind it is to provide good 5G coverage as quickly as possible, but 4G 700 MHz may have been a better option, especially with @EE's Emergency Service Network.

  • BhaavukAroraa Bhavuk Arora (@BhaavukAroraa) reported

@EE hi I never requested an account closure but I got an final bill with and when I login to my account it says account closed. And I am not in the country. How do I resolve this??

  • ToThePo72505978 ToThePoint (@ToThePo72505978) reported

If you have been sold a 5G phone and do not have 5G on your area @EE will take you out of contract free and you can upgrade to a better service like @vodafone

  • Sailor_MayaYa MayaYa🌙 (@Sailor_MayaYa) reported

    @TheD1ceMan @VodafoneUK @EE Damn That's pretty bad I'm easily getting over 200MB/s on 4G most places
