  • WhitebreadDanny Danny Whitebread (@WhitebreadDanny) reported from Camberwell, England

.@EE why have I just spent over an hour sat in your Peckham store trying to get signed up as a new customer by your incompetent employees, who after an hour of failed tablets and multiple forms they ask if I can come back another day? No thanks, I’ll go with someone else, ta.

  • jackjctaylor Jack Taylor (@jackjctaylor) reported from Islington, England

    @MattDronfield @MarcAllera @EE It’s still nothing to complaint at!

  • adebradley Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Also this network (EE) has to improve the signal/coverage at my post code E178SN on 3&4&5G is rubbish for everyone in Walthamstow London

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE The problem with EE is that they pay and go price plans are a major rip off

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...

  • gauravleo7 TricolorGav (@gauravleo7) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

  • AdamJuniper Adam Juniper (@AdamJuniper) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

  • HugoSlime Hugo Slime (@HugoSlime) reported from Walthamstow, England

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

  • gauravleo7 TricolorGav (@gauravleo7) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE I don’t want to waste my time n effort. Providing a decent customer service is at core of any service business. Appreciate your offer x

  • adebradley Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

  • 75Snapper GraemeT (@75Snapper) reported from London, England

@EE come on guys the wife has two callbacks regarding an upgrade process that’s gone wrong at this rate you’ll be losing a valuable customer or even still lost it already #notahappywife

  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England

@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

  • EwanJStevenson Ewan Stevenson (@EwanJStevenson) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE how much longer will there be network issues in SW4? It’s starting to get really frustrating now

  • jon_turner276 Jon Turner (@jon_turner276) reported from Whyteleafe, England

@EE what’s up with your upgrade website? Been trying to upgrade to an iPhone 12pro for three days now and it’s constantly says there is a technical issue??

  • KATEELDRIDGEx KATEGEORGINA (@KATEELDRIDGEx) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@EE you are literally the worst network. ! I pay £100 a month for people to say on the other end of the phone I can’t hear you !!! Sort your network out !!!!

@rebaly @JaneyGodley @EE That’s what I did. Work fine. You won’t get USB-C speeds, but that’s a port issue not an adapter issue. Love the camera on the 12 BTW

  • Tiltedanimal TILTEDANIMAL (@Tiltedanimal) reported

@TheVillaYamYam @EE @SamsungMobile But does it feel massive tho? I have a p30 pro and that's big enough. Just a pain sitting down when in my front pockets

  • mikebhoy Mike (@mikebhoy) reported

@EE is it your normal practice to send someone round to “set up” a new phone in the customer’s house? This seemed excessive and in the current climate incredibly irresponsible.
