  @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

  @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

  @EE Hello I tried it in the Mifi I bought which is tied to a particular network it don’t work I put it in my iPhone it works that will do because I don’t have any broadband fibre optic ATM and am using my iPhone to connect to the internet as my Sky sim lost connectivity.

  @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
