    @EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

    It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    @EE Last time I checked was 08.30am and still no internet. The strange thing is that the router indicates everything is normal. Tried connecting to it via cable and still no service. The problem apart from the lack of service was also EE's lack of communication.

    Moving from @ee to @o2 is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to mobile contracts. No 5G, nobody can tell me even a ballpark figure of when it will be available and 4G is terrible even though the coverage checker says otherwise. Hurry up contract expiry 🙏

    hey @EE no mobile most of yesterday and you say engineers are fixing a fault. Now today it's gone again and your site says you're upgrading the network. They aren't I advised you have a problem. This is poor service I don't expect from you! Customer for +20 years!

    @EE After having to talk to seven people and being pissed about for over a week I can finally order a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra but it was out of stock so now I have to wait amazing customer service 🖕🏾
