@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

@EE Just wondering when service might resume in North Creake, Norfolk? Been on emergency calls only mostly since 10am yesterday! This is the longest outage I've known here. If it weren't for having WiFi at home I'd be screwed. Fakenham in Norfolk also no signal!
