@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

@EE iPhone shows 'Wifi calling' ever since the service was rolled out, but calls and texts are still charged to PAYGO balance. Phone is still set to 'make and receive calls over Wifi'- why am I charged for calls and texts when settings are correct?
