    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE They said there was no idea on when the mast would be fixed and could take months as it's not a one day fix. It's been going on since early may and very frustrating as I can't get signal or use the Internet anywhere in my town.
