There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy
