@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

@EE The router started working this morning however the speed is still questionable. When me and my partner are connected via Wi-Fi on our phones the signal cuts out so we have to start using our data. I pay for fibre and it’s honestly not worth it

@EE Please don't. Of course the train has WiFi but it's a telecom gateway using 4g. You have hit the nail on the head, your architecture doesn't work for train based people. Please fix. It's not so bad, Europe has fixed it.
