@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

@EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

@EE I have landed in the USA I have big issues as I’m stranded in Washington but my phone won’t let me call anyone! Kees saying cal failed instantly on pressing to make a call! Receiving texts and can send I messages etc but can not call and I’m stranded and need to call insurance

@EE I have taken it upon myself n already taken this to Ombudsman... can’t trust a company that over bills a paying customer. 10 years of custom n treated like scum! One thing I know is I’ll fight for my full refund.. might be a blessing coz I’ll lobby for law changes
