@EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

Right that’s your lot now @O2 I’m sick to death of signal problems & the app never works to report a problem! 10 years I’ve been with you - you used to be the best, but not anymore. Time to give @EE a go 👍🏽 #O2 #O2isARipOff #O2SignalProblems

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

@EE Hi David, thanks for your lovely msg. Sadly, after 20 yrs I think it’s time for me to leave @EE. Apart from the EE’s Social Media team I’ve only ever had really bad customer service. It shouldn’t be like this; EE is too big to care. Thanks for trying.

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

@EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

@EE 14.4% increase? Justified by inflation at a time when the government believes public sector workers should have 3.5% as that is all that is affordable and fair? Expect my phone call to cancel and move providers.

@EE Hi Casey, it's OK there is no point. I have been through this many times now with EE who do checks and say your system says I should get excellent signal etc. In reality that isn't the case but EE don't do anything about it. #EE

@EE I am new to EE. I have 5 mobile SIMS on my account. We have suffered from service disruptions twice in last 2 months. This is something that never happened to us when we were with @VodafoneUK for 12 years.I hope EE won't penalise me to switch to another network mid contract.

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable
-
Hazel

@EE I pay enough money to you least you can do it sort your “best network coverage” out and do as you say, instead of just caring about money and putting peoples prices up. Your going to lose lots of custom when peoples contracts are up!
-

(@GJRbluebird) reported
@EE Folks think seriously about joining EE, they've just hiked up their prices unfairly and the service and coverage are no better than other companies out there that offer the same but cheaper. Or if you can, consider SIM only deal, plenty of cheap options out there. I want out of EE
