Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

Wasted 2h on call/chat/store, and you lost £20+ in costs. Why not have an escape process with @onfido + Login/Pass to send the PIN? Faster for me. Cheaper for you…
