    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

    Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    My problems with online access continue. My EE WiFi device is not connecting to the service . I was unable to buy more data for the 4G option despite @EE claim that they keep people connected. I had no service for 2 days ( 4G reloads today)

    @bronsonspurs79 @EE @ThreeUK She took me by surprise mate, I weren’t expecting it, I done a check & they have a fault in my area, I was only phoning to see how long it was going to take to fix, I’ve been with EE for a long time & never really had any problem at all, always good at renewal time

    @EE you guys should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. You took advantage of the language barrier and sold a SIM only contract to my friend who said he did not want but regardless it arrived. It was never used and he tried telling you again he didn't want it

    @EE Hi any chance of an update regarding coverage in SA73 area. Work done here AGAIN recently. No signal whatsoever, trying to set up a new iPhone with Sim/eSim but zero coverage at the moment.
