    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE well done for calling me back on date and time agreed and offering options. Let’s hope the signal will get better after works concluded. I will wait for another month or two and then make a decision about my broadband.

    @EE I keep getting a notification from voicemail that I haven't activated my voicemail. I have recently (via EE website live chat) asked for my voicemail to be activated, which they confirmed they did. Could someone please help me as I currently have no voicemail #NoVoicemail

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    @EE Tomorrow, I’ve told the technical team this is the final time as I’ve had open reach out before & im onto my 2nd router, EE had no history of issue on my router as it was not set up?? To be honest I’ve not had it working for correctly since coming to EE from BT!!

    This is @EE/TMobile UK customer service at its best! Seriously? not even a DM or request for info to assist abroad? I think @VodafoneUK is about to get my💰instead. Such a shame the only global company (US+EU) is T-Mobile~sigh. And they’re handled by EE?! I’ll never understand!

    @cryptogary2 @EE This is super random but i moved from 3 to ee and it was worth the minor price increase. My old room was 10 metres from a data tower and i still didnt get signal on 3 lmfaooo. Just wait til ee does their 100gb for £20 deal
