Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

Was assured all ok, but delivery attempted on 29/10 with no PIN received. Called again, delivery date 31/10. Now told it’s been returned to EE?

Now they need to wait until Monday for a repair. Can they not get any other support in the mean time?
