I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

Why are mobile phone companies so useless

My fiancé also upgraded 2 months ago and his reception is still fine. I can no longer make or take calls in my house :(

I am WFH as a teacher, trying to do live lessons and have them cutting out. It makes me look very unprofessional and is putting the children's education back.
