@EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

@EE Correct. To replicate the issue; 1. I choose a sim and add to basket from the link you have sent. 2. Fill all boxes up to payment details. 3. After proceeding to information required for credit check. There seems to be a data validation issue on your date boxes against DOB.

@EE I'm trying to register a new debit card for a PAYG phone. There's nowhere on your website that lets me do it, the online help suggested I rang 150 but none of the options fit. This should be far more simple to do! Anybody would think you don't want to keep your customers 😡

@EE Terrible customer service if you want a BT broadband deal. Don’t go into an EE shop. Sold the wrong package in the store and the best they would offer is a ‘feedback’ to the store! Washed their hands of any responsibility and just told us to contact BT. Shocking!
