Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

Aminul Hoque (@Am1nul_Hoque) reported from Poplar, England@EE I have been through this process 15 times. It is as bright green as it ever can be. Glowing green like your logo. We have had technical support teams and change bandwidth and do all sorts of remote testing and it has never worked..

Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning.
