EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jules (@julesw1lko) reported@EE Yep - just spent an hour on the phone. No resolution other than to transition to digital voice which will take till the 8th!!! What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!
-
Tony (@Foolham) reported@EE DSL light off so line is dead - Is this an issue in parts of London right now?
-
Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it won’t be resolved soon. What can I do?
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reported@ee why are so utterly terrible. BT want even this bad. You've added a layer of extra awful to what was already a very expensive service.
-
Alan (@AlanDillon26041) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............
-
Hay (@sisterhaze) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
-
Darren Stokes (@Stokesy88) reported@ArgosQueryDpt I'm experiencing Wifi problems atm, and I'm trying to work... @EE you're in the firing line now!
-
PIX (@PIXX3L5) reportedI'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU
