🍋 (@mouseldn) reported from London, England@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.
-
Kylie Ainslie (@DrKAinslie) reported from Islington, EnglandYou know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

Matt Bond (@MattBondVocal) reported from Camberwell, EnglandIn other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.
-

-
Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!
-
Angela Magny (@AngelaMagny) reported from London, EnglandAre there any network issues @EE ?? In central London and have no data or voice. Only able to use phone on Wi-Fi. Have tried rebooting, airplane mode etc.
-
Trevor Benton (@TrevBenton79) reported from City of London, England@EE I’ve had some messages online today with your team but there doesn’t seem to be any commitment or emphasis to try and keep me as your customer considering I’ve been with you for over 10 years #EE #eecustomerservice
-
Aminul Hoque (@Am1nul_Hoque) reported from Poplar, England@EE I have been through this process 15 times. It is as bright green as it ever can be. Glowing green like your logo. We have had technical support teams and change bandwidth and do all sorts of remote testing and it has never worked..
-
IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from Poplar, England@beauchamp45 @EE Sounds awful. The last thing you both needed.
-
Angus Teee (@AngusTeee) reported from Islington, England@EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!
-
Gemma Thomas 🇪🇺 (@gemma_thomas7) reported from Camberwell, EnglandI have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.
-
Life of Nads (@life_of_nads) reported from City of London, England@Evertonzck @ThreeUK @Apple @EE @TheO2 @VodafoneUK Waited 2 hours to speak to customer relations at Three. Finally someone explained to me that it’s basically because Apple hasn’t delivered the phones to anyone and they’re waiting for a new batch...
-
Michael Wilkinson (@ThatMichaelW) reported from Camberwell, EnglandFrom my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.
-
John Robinson (@jr_svb) reported from Islington, EnglandFunny how poor my 4G has become with @EE lately, now that we are close to #5G roll out.
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@sky After much deliberation I decided to get you to upgrade my broadband & move me from @EE . Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!
-
Daily Thoughts 🤷🏻♀️ (@dailythought99) reported@EE do not ever use EE for your broadband absolute scammers. Try to charge you £310 for ending your wifi a bit earlier!! Money grabbing and no compassion whatsoever for anybody’s circumstances. I will never ever use them again in my life
-
Darren Snow (@darrensnowecfc) reported@EE after given you basically 5 weeks to set up a new customer, had cancelled because 4 of your employees have lied to me, and I’ve still not received any equipment
-
joe bloggs (@thebadgerf1) reported@EE For all these phone company’s that state they offer 99% coverage of the uk, I must be the unluckiest man alive coz no matter where I go I seem to be in the 1% that has no ******* signal
-
Danny Healy (@DannyHealy9) reported@EE Your agent was supposed to email me the bill's and the non existent emails I never received telling me the line was going to be cut off, I still have not received them. This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.
-
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported@EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.
-
Jack (@Jooby_) reported@ee why is your website so ****
-
Andy (@B21DGY) reported@EE why is your app/website so, so bad. Especially for business customers!! It's been the same for years too! Please sack your designers and get a child to do it with Ai
-
Dean Ayass (@DeanAyass) reportedSo @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
