Essentially, I've given up a perfectly adequate service and am now left to wait 4 days without any access at all. 2/3

Charlie B (@SeldomGruntled) reported@EE No. It's just laggy & often drops completely late at night. Tests show it is usually 30-40 Mbps and the contract says 48. Not unusable, but if you insist on gouging me, maybe I should insist on receiving the service I was promised?
