@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

@EE I’ve tried twice in two days’ running to perform the simple task of dropping off a phone at the Richmond store so that it can be sent off for repair. Your system is down for the second day running - this just isn’t good enough!

@EE paying for 150mbps internet, the technician mention it's gonna be around 80-90 in our area. Actual speed with tv Netflix on and one smartphone connected is 14mbps. Anyway to fix it or should I just cancel and get another broadband provider? Not worth to pay for high speed.

I have to say , I’m not even a customer, but @EE are right up there for Customer Service. I mean right up there with the absolute worst of them. Totally and utterly abysmal customer ( potential) non service . Truly awful 😳🤬🤬
