    @EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

    @EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    @EE Another problem I have is that I used my debit card to top up my wife's account successfully, but I get payment error on mine. So I am not sure how to top up without a payment error.
