You have frustrated customer. She says she been online and on the phone all day! What would be your next question? 🤔 So you can’t call any number ?🙀

On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
