Hi @EE since we have changed our phone line from @bt_uk its been the worst mistake we receive on average 8 #scam calls a day obviously your call filters are totally crap note to myself: dont use @EE totally rubbish security

@EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

@EE My sim randomly stopped working when I tried to hotspot another device, then my data switched off. Now it’s not letting me connect my number to iMessages to receive messages or calls. I have done everything that I’ve been told to & it’s still not working

Despite being an @EE / T Mobile customer since I first bought a mobile 20+ years ago, today I made the decision to move to @VodafoneUK. Terrible customer service and failure to address an issue means I’m certain I’ve made the right choice. No respect for long l-standing customers

@EE Yes we are aware of that! This is the issue we have it’s my iPad number but my iPad doesn’t recieve those kind of texts. It’s the same issue over and over again. The DPD app I did have but of course iPad number linked but was signed into my mobile number for Tescos. Stupid.
