@EE Visit your site. Visit the flexible and customer centric o2 site. Then realise you are not so customer centric as you used to be. I like the idea of organising my contract my way.

  • eugenio_sp Eugenio Sánchez (@eugenio_sp) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

  • gemma_thomas7 Gemma Thomas 🇪🇺 (@gemma_thomas7) reported from Camberwell, England

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

  • mouseldn 🍋 (@mouseldn) reported from London, England

@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

  • MarysiaT Marysia Trembecka (@MarysiaT) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Just cancel completely. I was on hold for ages before on the 150. Then that cut off. So then went to live chat

  • kevbeaumont1984 kev beaumont (@kevbeaumont1984) reported from Richmond, England

@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

  • vodkachamp KB🇬🇧🇮🇪 (@vodkachamp) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

@EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

  • eugenio_sp Eugenio Sánchez (@eugenio_sp) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Yes. Seems like a general problem in my area. Hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • warecambridge2 Warecambridge2 (@warecambridge2) reported

@ee re complaint ID19969988: I have been a customer for 38 years continuously and you charge me for EU roaming because I took out a revised contract 4 months ago. Therefore ‘new’! Service? What a joke. @MartinSLewis

  • _charlfletch Charlotte 🏳️‍🌈 (@_charlfletch) reported

@EE had no signal at home for over 24 hours now. Brother was advised last night it should be sorted by 10pm. The second I leave my house signal returns. Never had this issue before.

  • IndyElevenFanDJ DJ (@IndyElevenFanDJ) reported

    @wendygall31 @EE issue is i don't have a phone atm lol

  • DogMooster Infinate Mooster Dog (@DogMooster) reported

@kimwordley @EE Complain and then get a letter of deadlock. Complain to the communications ombudsman. It costs EE for every complaint. If you can't get your money back, at least cost them some.

  • jloldham Jordan Oldham (@jloldham) reported

@ee when inflation goes down will you be decreasing my monthly payments? I bet not!

  • 80zDuer Duer_80z (@80zDuer) reported

@EE This price hike is robbery. Especially in these unprecedented times. If @EE won’t help us out what are we supposed to do. Maybe I turn my back on the contract just like they have. So what you take me to court?

  • ArbOne100 ARB 🇸🇴 (@ArbOne100) reported

@EE If your not EE customer don’t ever get contract with them there service to customers is terrible

  • seunfaje fajemiyo oluwaseun (@seunfaje) reported

@EE Hi I signed a sim/data contract on Saturday and I wish to cancel it and rather just stay on my pay as u go

  • markpx509v3 Mark Penny (@markpx509v3) reported

@EE your notified monthly price increases are an utter disgrace, especially during these times of increased basic living costs. An extra 14.4% a month is unconscionable. And when inflation nose dives as predicted in the next 12 months, your prices won’t be coming down will they?

  • joegreene2 Joe (@joegreene2) reported

@EE I got the tx message informing that my bill is going up 14.4% from 31 March. What can I do to my phone bill to get this down? I have literally just renewed my 3 contracts under my account in November & December
