  @EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

  @EE Really customer service on EE, when you say you no service can’t receive or ma any calls. No bars showing on your phone! You have frustrated customer. She says she been online and on the phone all day! What would be your next question? 🤔 So you can’t call any number ?🙀

  @EE Hi Chris, nothing happens. I love tried with numerous calls. The conference call function just does not work. You welcome to try it your side on your phone and you’ll see. EE doesn’t support this feature it seems.

  @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

  @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

  @EE any update on the outage in the BT79 area other than the service status checker which keeps updating with an estimated fix 24hrs after whatever time you check it? Original fix time was Sunday. Now saying Wednesday.

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
