@EE as most places are open except for EE. It’s a bloody joke that your customers can’t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they can’t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

I rarely bring personal matters to this platform... But my 72 year-old mum Is being charged £500+ by @EE for a 2hr phone call to New York ...that she didn't make! That she has never made in 11 years of being their customer And refusing to refund her Abhorrent from @EE.
