    Getting nowhere with @EE no luck with calling 150 or the app. went in a store who only wanted to upgrade one of our accounts and not help us. At this rate they will lose all three of our accounts. Last chance on Tuesday.

    Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @GGbarno @EE Agh tell me about it! Lost count the amount of times I’ve told them I’ve left, send pac code etc. Useless customer service

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @EE Absolutely Disgusted! Been without internet for 2 weeks! Was told someone would come today 8 -1& no one attended. I have had my mobile contract with you since 2008 so definitely will be leaving in November! Terrible customer service! #eebroadband #terriblecustomerservice #ee

    @EE Hi Chris, nothing happens. I love tried with numerous calls. The conference call function just does not work. You welcome to try it your side on your phone and you’ll see. EE doesn’t support this feature it seems.

    Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

    @EE Hi, I’d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

    @EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

    @EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

    Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

    @EE I want to know why my bill has gone up by 60% for exactly the same service. I use the phone for one week of the year when I'm in the UK, and keep the contract solely for the phone number. It used to be 10 quid, now it's 16.

    @EE Over the last few years particularly EE have bent over backwards to help me. Their call centre staff are all above and beyond. If you avoid the bricks and mortar shops you really can’t go wrong with EE.

    @Niccinooxx @EE Look at the threads on this page. People have been saying there have been problems with the iOS app all day long. I’ve had messages asking me to uninstall and reinstall the app but it’ s no better. How is @EE claiming to be unaware?
