@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@EE Afternoon I think they maybe an issue with my talk plan. I should have 10gb every month but it appears only 3gb is active. The customer services rep had to active it in a strange way 3gb, 1gb 750mb, 250mb and 6gb or something like that. Can you help on here?

@EE Yep - I wanted to see what kind of speed I'd get & how it performed compared to the previous network so set it all up and it was fine for about 5-10 minutes. After it stopped, I tried restarting everything. Data cap is 60GB per month, I'm definitely not near that.
