I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

@VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

Working somewhere without wifi . Saw that the @EE network was showing as available. As soon as I sign up for 24hrs access. Now either getting messages of being out of range, Or when it does finally connect getting " not secured no Internet" What a con.

@EE absolutely livid. Power cut to the area at 7:20am. When power returns, EE broadband now knackered. Actioned several power cycles and online diagnostic, confirmed outside problem. Raised fault. Fault report closed 30 seconds later, stating resolved. Still no Internet.

@EE It's a cancellation, not a PAC. As mentioned I did call to speak with your team over the phone, with a line that worked, and after being on hold for over 30 minutes on an international call you hung up on me saying that you couldn't hear me. How can I cancel my SIM?
