On my iPhone Iβm unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.
