    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE have reset network settings before you ask. Also not getting 5G despite trying all iPhone preference settings. Wife next to me on same network on 5G (O2 sim!)

    @EE I don't think so, the computer shows as having a weak connection when connected to the booster. I managed to disconnect and had the PC forget the network then reconnect and it connected to the router at full strength but this was only temporary.

    @EE Hi, are we network selection limited when roaming in Spain? Can connect to Movistar and YOIGO with no problems, but can’t get any service with Orange or Vodafone. Thanks.

    My god, the @EE help section is useless. I'm looking to register a 4GEE Wifi portable router to an existing account and tried various searches but nothing like it comes up. 'register 4gee wifi mobile router' = one result: 'How do I use WiFi calling?'

    How does installing a 5g tower near work result in a worse signal/internet than before? Between random signal dropouts and "issues being fixed" constantly, I mean if this is some way for @EE to help me save my data, I'm good thanks so pls stop
