About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still donโt want to sort this out! In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead itโs higher costs and poor customer service.
