Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth
