Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported@EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

Iโm not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, Iโve had enough.
