About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.
