Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap
