Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

So here we are again. Tuesday no @EE signal for 11 hours due to maintenance, Wednesday no @EE signal for 9 hours due to yet more maintenance and today, signal has gone again but according @EE there isn't a problem in the area. I think you find there is.

@ShaunClarke04 @EE charging of your phone is covered by them. if you're using up too much data they will alert you to stop watching Netflix so much. if you're not using all your data, they will tell you that you can save money by going down to a cheaper plan which you can do at any time.
