@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately I'm having the same issues with O2, signal drops out in an area where I should get minimum 4g, they constantly double bill me, one for a number I've never had

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE Really customer service on EE, when you say you no service can’t receive or ma any calls. No bars showing on your phone! You have frustrated customer. She says she been online and on the phone all day! What would be your next question? 🤔 So you can’t call any number ?🙀

@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

Story time (PT1) - Uprgaded with @EE , delivery due Monday 17th, order cancelled by EE, didn’t tell me, re-ordered, 2 week delivery time, then told it’s on back order. Go to cancel order, apparently there’s 2 orders, request these orders cancelled and account closed.

EE have been taking a fee from bank since Mar 2018 for a mobile phone number that has NEVER been used. Offered around £160 refund but total refund should be approx £1000. Turned down offer 'Deadlock Letter' being sent to involve Ombudsman. Anyone else has similar from @EE ?

@EE hope you can help my phone has gone crazy no camera and will not let me call or text saying sim not registered. DD PAID TODAY. Forced to sort new contract today + phone arrives Monday. Is there no way I can use phone for calls and texts till then? Will sim be ok Monday

@EE Thanks for checking in. We do but I’m at work at the moment. We tried the fix yesterday over 60071 but it didn’t work. It will work for a bit and drop out again. Rinse repeat. I’ll sort it out when I’m off. Tbh it’s been unreliable for a while so I think we’ll be switching.

@KatyFBrand @EE Lpool not London but same. Was on help messaging thing in MyEE app last night and still nowhere. I get signal at work, but not at home 5 miles away. They keep saying restart phone, go to settings, network, SIMs, uncheck connect automatically, connect manually etc but still no.

@EE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have been complaining about signalling issues for almost three months. I highlighted ok numerous occasions that both indoors and OUTDOORS is not working. The past week has been the worst, I have even visited the EE Canary Wharf store about this.

@EE No, the internet has been slow, it's not been at its normal speeds, close to 100MB. We have one of those small routers that have a sim in it which provides us with the internet. It's been much better than yesterday but still slow.
