About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎
