@EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

  • IRONSBREW Alex Irons 🇪🇺 (@IRONSBREW) reported from Brentford, England

@EE I had a notification which says that the mobile data had been cut off by my supplier, which has now disappeared. But I've been having connectivity issues all week.

  • jfrncs_ John Francis (@jfrncs_) reported from Camden Town, England

I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

  • IRONSBREW Alex Irons 🇪🇺 (@IRONSBREW) reported from Brentford, England

@EE No problem. It was more data connectivity, as far as I'm aware texting and calling are still working.

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from City of London, England

@EE Possible network issues making and receiving calls in London area.

  • keritweet Keri Hudson (@keritweet) reported from Paddington, England

  • eugeniearrow eugenie arrowsmith (@eugeniearrow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE just so appalled at the poor communication. Why is it okay to walk in and upgrade a phone but not to walk in a pick up a SIM. #eehypocrites #poorcustomerservice #eeuseless #eeinconsiderate #eephonefury #eerubbish

@slaw0604 @EE Ah interesting! My WiFi provider says no issues but I cannot access it on my phone, although fine on TV etc

  • John__Robinson John Robinson (@John__Robinson) reported

@thesarahjane80 @EE @motaboy1979 There's a suggestion EE's DNS servers are down. For both to go down suggests they are having infrastructure issues. I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.

  • dosyann Joanne (@dosyann) reported

@EE please sort the issues out and I hope you are giving those affected a discount on the next bill!
