    @EE Visit your site. Visit the flexible and customer centric o2 site. Then realise you are not so customer centric as you used to be. I like the idea of organising my contract my way.

    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

    @EE Neither your app or website are working. I have been trying for 3-4 days to log in and all I'm getting is "there's an error" messages. I can not even top up my phone. And I can't find any help other than a BOT telling me to download the app (that isn't working)

    @EE really disappointed with EE today. If I raise a complaint over the phone to your advisors and manager, I don't expect to receive a text msg within 20 seconds saying you've closed the complaint. I also expect you to review your previous recordings as it was clear I was misled

    @actuallymrsrees @EE I've always found their customer service good. They don't seem to care anymore about long term customers or offering good deals, Sim card prices also seem to change depending what model phone you have... rip off imo
