@ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

@EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE My elderly father has waiting for over 20 minutes to get through to your customer services. He has been cut off twice whilst on hold. His PAYG phone has been cut off and he is trying to get through as his credit was wiped. Your attitude to vunerable customers is disgusting

@TalkTalk Thanks, but I talked to someone yesterday who said there's a national delay on the @geteero routers, so they've shipped us a non-eero alternative. Might arrive tomorrow. Disappointing, but we can wait (we have the slow @EE broadband still up and running).

@EE massively let down today terrible service all day and now this pathetic text about delays.! It’s not good enough. Caused loads of issues and tried pushing blame to other companies and it sounds like people got phones ahead of people who ordered before them.! Shambles!

@PS5StockAlertUK If anyone’s an EE customer you can sign up with them for stock notification. I got a text with a link to say they were in and they let me pay 11 months interest free they just added it to my usual phone bill. You have to be an @EE customer tho.

@EE since upgrading my iPhone my Apple Watch has lost its mobile plan… telling me I need to ring 150 up… I’m not waiting to waste 20-30 minutes waiting to speak to someone if it’s not a quick fix.
