    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    Hi @EE since we have changed our phone line from @bt_uk its been the worst mistake we receive on average 8 #scam calls a day obviously your call filters are totally crap note to myself: dont use @EE totally rubbish security

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE Awful customer experience - ordered a pay monthly package online, paid and had credit check, only to be emailed and phoned later in the day that you that I can not have the phone for the price I ordered online and must accept a £5 price hike. Misleading and awful experience.

    @EE there seems to be real problems with the NHS app working on the EE network - and only on EE. It throws up an error message nearly everytime meaning you can't download your covid pass except on WiFi. Any idea why?
