  @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

  @EE we have had internet issues and no phone signal for weeks. What is going on.multiple devises with no signal sometimes all day this is now the third week I don’t understand. No apologies,no communication no support. 3 WEEKS !!!!! Postcode TN27

  @EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.
