  • ThatMichaelW Michael Wilkinson (@ThatMichaelW) reported from Camberwell, England

From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

  • DomLee1987 DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

  • ScottWestron Scott Westron (@ScottWestron) reported from London Colney, England

@EE Not interested in your being sorry for my feelings. Just need help from the telecoms company I’ve loved being with for a decade. I’m not at home. Where I am currently (also not a state secret) is WC2H 7BA

You know what’s a con! @EE and the mid contract price rise! Here’s your phone contract with how much you’ll pay, unless of course we want you to pay more! Yes I know you have it in the small print but it’s just another big company fleecing the loyal customer #bunchofshambles

.@EE increasing their mobile contract customer’s prices by 14.4% (the December CPI rate of 10.5% plus another 3.9% on top, just because they can). This has not gone unnoticed and *I will* be moving to a different service provider once my current contract has ended #EE #ripoff
