    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

    Here I was thinking I was going to have to send my iPhone to some hacker from the dark web and pay them with dogecoin to unlock it from the @EE network, but turns out you can just do it on the normal web with the click of a button and it unlocks it instantly.

    @EE All I can say is there is nothing @EE can do the internet was very poor and my live stream video was very poor with @EE and I have no need for a top up until June 2023 and I'll be looking for a better network for June location internet was used London,Derby,Nottingham

    It is not a specific network, they are all as bad as each other. However, @EE has just put up a new mast in our area to replace an older one. You would think that in doing so, they would have used the opportunity to put in modern equipment to enhance coverage.

    @EE Hi and thanks for the messages. 3 of us on EE had a difficult time in Cambridge on Friday die to very slow or no data. It's been fine since we retuened home. Not sure if there were issues on Friday?

    @EE The light is aquamarine at the moment, the issue I have is that it keeps dropping out mid programme on streaming services. BBC iPlayer seems to be the worst. The TV is linked directly to the router.
