    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

    @EE We are very executed.. only issue.. the confirmation email came through and it hasn’t taken the 20% nhs discount off! I double checked the monthly cost twice.. the price on the confirmation is before the 20%!!!!

    @EE would be the one to avoid!! @Ofcom these companies RIPoff people in broad daylight. The contract is designed for both service and cost of the phone yet once out they carry on charging the same. @EE going downhill. I can't stress more as even in pandemic I paid the full bill.

    @EE @Reece7795 Headphones i can agree with as the ones supplied are generally crap, but the charger should always be supplied, how can it reduce waste if we have to purchase something that has more packaging when it could be provided in the first place!!!
