@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE Hi EE, I am a long time customer with 3 contracts with you. I have received a new handset that is faulty and I am still within my 14 day cooling off period. I called last Thursday to discuss this & was made to spend 25 minutes reseting my phone, doing tests etc to test the 1/

@EE what is up with your service ? 4g don’t work. Didn’t even think 3G existed. But have to settle for that when that works. No service at home when it used to be fine. Been like this for months now.
