@EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

@EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

@EE Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the MinuteOne screen protector and case for Pixel 5. Paid an extortionate price and then waited 2 weeks for a poor quality product. Not impressed!

@EE the “my EE” app isn’t working in quite a few areas. Help phone lines produce “call failed” responses and an upgrade attempt can only happen with a pin verification sent via text message which never arrives. I’ve had Other issues as well as these. Not great 😌
