  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England

@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • facetsquared David H. (@facetsquared) reported

@EE I literally called yesterday and they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s a known issue. Kind of ironic, got price increase notification through today. There’s no excuse for this not working for so long.

  • DarrenGlad45343 Darren Gladwell (@DarrenGlad45343) reported

@facetsquared @EE Its so bad. Why couldn't they allow things like parental controls to be managed on the online hub manager as well

  • Username52600 Droid (@Username52600) reported

@nwalsh85 @EE Had the exact same issue myself, to the point where I couldn't pay my bill and my service was cut off. I even tried talking to an agent through the app, nearly 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. Not good enough EE

  • JackyCh25353991 Jacky Chan (@JackyCh25353991) reported

@EE suddenly lost mobile coverage, log on and it says my plan has been terminated. go on the service checker - it's offline. only way I can get ahold of customer support is via phone - which I can't access because my data isn't working. case for the ombudsman perhaps?

  • Tent_Peg Tent_Peg (@Tent_Peg) reported

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE Surely the delivery driver would’ve noticed if he’d handed you over a ripped open plastic envelope? The phone box would’ve just fallen out. Likewise, why didn’t you raise the issue with the driver when he delivered it…or refuse to accept the delivery? Fishy.

  • Lingg95 Caitlin Hadfield (@Lingg95) reported

@EE is the worst company for internet. They want to charge £300 for us to no longer have an entertainment package which might I add has sat in its box since it was sent last month
