  @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

  Getting nowhere with @EE no luck with calling 150 or the app. went in a store who only wanted to upgrade one of our accounts and not help us. At this rate they will lose all three of our accounts. Last chance on Tuesday.

  @EE I spoke to your under trained business customer service, who said my line was cut off for non payment on October 11th yet the direct debit was not due to be collected till the 24th of that month, so that doesn't add up does it.

  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

  @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I
