@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

@EE There is clearly an outage with your network which, unless you are putting on a front, you are refusing to acknowledge. I, amongst many others, have lost all signal. Surely you must realise the bombardment of outage questions aren't a coincidence?
