    @EE Phoning your complaint line became the only answer but still having to wait a further 5 days to get the return envelope.

    @EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE Your customer service used to be A1+. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a phone which should have been sent within a day. No help online, no help when I phoned. What's going on? Several others had the same compaint in the forum.

    @EE appalling customer service. Had intermittent since 22 January. Tried on 2 occasions through call centre to rectify this. After 55 minutes I was cut off and unable to get through again. #poorservice #lackoffustomercare

    @_julianlewis7 @EE I left EE 4 years ago having been with them since the early days of orange & T-Mobile due to them not having any loyalty. Thousands of pounds was spent with them and nothing back for being a loyal customer. I’m now with @ThreeUK who are a far better provider.

    Just rang @EE to ask for help in getting my iphone repaired which was 1 month outside its warranty, I’ve 3 accounts with ee but obviously nothing for loyalty. Very disappointed with the advisor, was not interested at all.😡

    @taffytafferton @EE @ThreeUK The customer services guy I spoke with must have been due to clock off, didn’t want to know! He’d never even heard of consumer law. Couldn’t even speak to his manager. Shocking mate.😡
