    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

    @EE My Wi-Fi is down I was playing my PlayStation five and it just suddenly stopped working we’ve connected the wires into the telephone master socket and nothing is happening when we wired it before if you put the phone down the light on the corner of the phone would flash

    We've had brilliant WiFi, landline and mobile service with @EE. So dismayed today to discover that our new deal with them means that the abysmal and hapless @bt_uk are now our WiFi and landline providers. As you'd expect, our new BT router doesn't work, and we have no WiFi.
