To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

@EE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR!!!! Why is the customer service so ridiculously poor? Completed 2 upgrade orders online only to have you now try and tell me it's not possible, when I've already paid. Feels like you're trying to scam more money of your customers. Poor show EE!

Disgraceful hard sell tactics from @EE. Do you want to upgrade your 2 year old phone? No. Well it might be scratched. No. Well it might have internal damage which you cannot see. No. Do you want lots of data? No, you can see I only use 0.3gb a month. How about insurance? No

@EE I bought the phone roughly the end of august- october last year (it was during the lockdown period where stores were open). I have used the phone as normal yet the battery health has went down atleast 8%. Im lucky if ive had the phone even 6 months!
