    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE reception in Wimbledon Park area is now a 1970 service. Impossible to make or receive calls. Disgraceful to say the least.

    @EE Let down by what service - I really wish I’d had a service to be let down by - a 💩organisation doing what you do - voted ‘the best company 25 times’ in what universe was that ? Frustrated doesn’t even start to cover it.

    @EE Told @EE we want to leave and cancel direct debit, threatened with debt collectors as we are in a 'contract'. Sorry, @EE are the only ones not fulfilling their end of the contract!

    @EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

    @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.
