@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Can you help? I'm having network issues with my phone the past week that I've never experienced before. 4G connectivity is so bad it's almost unusable and my signal is only at 1 bar when I'm using my phone at home (where it's never been an issue the last two years).

@EE after waiting for a call back that never came I ring you about my delayed for a month iPhone 12 Pro. Officially, they can't even tell me if i'm going to get it before Christmas. So it's gone from within 21days, to 28 days to now "we don't know" Blinding Service #ee well done

Now 24 hrs that @EE internet data phone access is dead. Glad I have wifi with different provider! Can't trust any one service for access.
