@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Ok fine, just wish I was told this would happen when I took the contract via phone. I was told about the annual increase which I accepted. A bit more transparency would have been nice especially as I’ve been a loyal customer since the T-mobile days.

@EE Hi Tom, I tried doing that but it invites you to enter your mobile number which I tried and it just said it’s not recognised. Im no longer on the network but I’m still getting charged.

@EE called you on the 12th feb to discuss my plan and wrongly charged and inappropriate plan to what I had agreed. Advised this would be looked into and I would have a call back 19/2/21 at 12 noon. No call or customer service follow up received??

@EE I know why you’re doing it, but it never used to be required and if you need extra money... why are you giving new customers lower prices than I’ve been paying so far? This is literal nickel & diming and it does not sit well.
