@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE I know you’re having issues but I would have thought Wi-Fi calling would at least still be working. No phone signal, have Wi-Fi and despite Wi-Fi calling being turned on and working in the past I show no service.

@EE No network coverage in LS21. I’m at home and tried to log into my account using Wi-Fi and can’t login that way either.

@EE in Angus Scotland I’m not able to use mobile data! Only Wi-Fi. Doesn’t help when I’m at work with no Wi-Fi! I’m assuming a hefty discount on my bill considering I pay you almost £300 for 3 phones and 2 watches!

@EE claims no one gives you 5G in more places… Unless that day is today, they don’t give you 5G, or 4G or 3G, or signal. UK Wide signal problems and bordering 2 hours since I lost connection…

@EE no other network gives you 5G? How about any internet service... been down all day. I bet we won't be getting a refund. £90 per month for a shambles service.
