Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE I also have issues with multi line discount being removed from my account along with either your documentation or billing being incorrect with regards to inclusivity of UK to Ireland calls and texts. For now I’m waiting to see if the number transfer goes through tomorrow…

@EE been waiting for two weeks for one of your ‘managers’ to contact me re oversold Apple watch which for which I pay a disgusting £24 per month when I was told £10. It is also broken and there has been no effort resolve or help. Im a long term customer - cross and disappointed

@EE disgusting service. Left without internet for three weeks when we rely on it financially. Your fault as orders weren’t placed as they should have been. Disgusted. Do not bother with this company. Go elsewhere.

@notJonahVeep @EE Thanks @notJonahVeep. I have no intention of going as silent as EE customer services have. I'm selling/buying a home, so unimpressed with them trying to pull an offer after running credit checks. They said I wouldn't need to worry about more credit checks if I accept their offer!
