@EE I have received exceptional customer service today over the phone from Shania davies from upgrades. Really went above and beyond to fix an issue. Please could you pass on my thanks again 😀

  • antferryside Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

  • RuthyJamesy Ruthie J 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌻🌞🌻 (@RuthyJamesy) reported from Carmarthenshire, Wales

@EE I have had major issues with signal over the last few days ! It’s getting ridiculous!

  • johneds53 Sonny Jim (@johneds53) reported from Carmarthenshire, Wales

@Stuart__Edwards @WeAreOpenreach @EE @EE and @WeAreOpenreach come on get it sorted. You are quick enough to take the money and promise the world. Now deliver this is not good enough. Poor service.

  • antferryside Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales

Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

@EE i have no signal in my house ever since yesterday and mobile data isn’t working and can’tmake calls. I’ve had Ee for years and no problems. But if this continues I will have to change provider if I can’t receive signal in my own home

  • CrantockQuarry John Holt (@CrantockQuarry) reported

@TurnipRail @EE “New and upgrading customers only” so perhaps not an issue. Would you like a lovely upgrade sir? £2 per day doesn’t seem too bad for short visits.

  • szizr Not-Hector (@szizr) reported

@CurlyTazzi @EE Cos EE are treating you badly, as they did me But VM would treat you better. Don’t know if EE would even consider pausing your bill until your connection is up and running sometime next year

  • Jimbo10114 Jimbo101 (@Jimbo10114) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 What a load of crap just money grabbing. Switching next year when contract is up

  • ashleymanoff Ashley Manoff (@ashleymanoff) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 Gone back on not charging timing costs. Actually the only operator to do so at the moment. Bloody disgusting profiteering. Really poor show

  • chrisrogan Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported

@bazzacollins @EE just using their customers future holidays to pay for ripping out #HUAWEI network gear

  • jaimzy88 James welsh (@jaimzy88) reported

@StanCollymore @EE Leave your ******* phone at home, problem solved

  • LeftRig57257476 Left🇪🇺Right Centrist Rejoiner 3.5% (@LeftRig57257476) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Does your network advertise with Gebeeies?

  • stuartwilks Stuart Wilks (@stuartwilks) reported

@TurnipRail @EE I was with One2One once, but change regularly. I've been with @giffgaff for a few years now, longest I've ever been with a network, they've been both economical and pretty good at customer care.

  • adpack82 Adam (@adpack82) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK Your network is terrible, unless your in major city. Overpriced too.
