    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue

    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @EE any idea why my signal has gone in Boston cant call or text anyone and need to use it for maps and getting about can’t call 150 or 360 to get it fixed need it sorted asap! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    @EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.
