@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@glastonbury One of the worst official apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. No search. No A-Z. No landscape mode. Constantly clicking artists in error when searching through. Awful map overlay with horrible colour scheme. Pls dump @EE and get someone that can actually develop an app

I’d imagine @EE would be able to half their customer’s bills if they stopped showing that bloody awful plane landing broadband advert, every 15 seconds for the last six months.

@EE your coverage is appalling. Sort it out, phone loses signal every 5 minutes going through the midlands
