    @EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    Poor customer service @EE especially in these times but hey you have got me to spend £65 so you know, I won't be recommending you to anyone. 2 days without a usuable phone on top of the unecessary stress and poor customer service. I mean ending a call is just rude!

    If you get a text from EE saying you need to pay your bill or they are having trouble dont reply to them contact EE directly on 150 because 5 Scam texts i have had @EE confirmed these are Scams.
