Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

Not amused !!

Jenny (@JennyB311) reportedMy 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??
