@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE hey, my sim only contract is coming to an end so I'm looking at changing my contract. I saw in my upgrades section a 160gb/24month/£20 that I was going to get, my student discount doesn't work on it though. But it does on a 3gb/12m/£19 one. Should it not work on both?

@EE **** company & **** customer service. I’ve been complaining since 2020 about internet not working, 3 engineers has attended... still doesn’t work & they still want me to pay to cancel the contract, what a joke!! #THIEVES #SHITCOMPANY

@EE No it’s not my home postcode. I spoke to the tech team but they never fixed the problem. There is an issue with the local tower that hasn’t been resolved. Can the tech team provide an update?
