    @EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

    Why do @EE customer service say they are going to do something and never do. 101 of basic customer service do what you say you are going to do.

    @EE Your customer service is shocking! I missed £12 over a few days and you've cut me off now you're asking me for £400? I can't work because you cut me off with no warning I'm in contact with offcom. Will NEVER BE USING @EE AGAIN!!

    @EE I’ve just got to Brazil and I’m being asked to pay £5 for 8MB data when on your website it says £6 for 150mb of data. Also network won’t connect .who can help as I’m not paying £1.80 a minute to call customer service . I’m stuck with no phone

    Anyone else having issues with @apple #Iphone using @ee Got good signal, phones is receiving messages to say I’ve got missed calls. It’s just not ringing when call comes in. 9/10 calls being missed!

    Jeez its so difficult to cancel an @EE contract - you can't do it via self-service, you can't cancel via the chat (it directs you to call) - I don't want to spend >10 minutes or more on hold! I really dislike companies that purposely make it difficult to leave😡...
