@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh

@EE , I ordered a new phone pixel 7 for my son in July. Offer included pixel earbuds. Haven't heard anything or been contacted with a code to redeem the free earbuds. Can you help? Website rubbish!!

@gj4man @zsk @EE Exactly same problem. Had response from highest EE call centre level, stating 100% nothing to do with them and due to Google. Must admit hard to beleive ais if put in different network sim card, works fine! Waiting for response from Google Tech support....

@EE I’ve just been contacted from 020 7388 4874 pretending to offer me a 45% discount on my EE contract. Letting you know as looks like fraudsters have stolen customer details and are calling them.

Having to use my tablet to tweet phone is now completely beyond saving. I'm paying @EE for a service that I can't use. But yet I am also not being allowed to leave the contract. It's like being stuck in a room with 4 walls and no doors. It's really testing my anxiety.😭

@NeilHowell20 @DPDgroup_news @EE Same here. Ordered next day delivery from Screwfix. Been waiting a WEEK for it. Text from DPD Morley every day saying there's been an 'unexpected issue' and it'll be delivered 'tomorrow'. Tomorrow comes, same message. 7 days! Phoned Screwfix and told them to forget it. Refunded.
