    @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE looking to see if there is an issue in my area for broadband. My router has flashed yellow for the last couple of hours, even after turning the router on and off several times.

    @EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE New customer & disappointed so far, left 3 due to poor connection but since joining EE I couldnt have the deal I wanted due to tech issues at your end and settled for just the phone... now I'm dealing with awful signal and barely able to use. Pls address service in Basingstoke.

    @JacksABore @OpenreachHelp @EE We're sorry about this Jack. Our contractors are continuing to work 24/7 to support Openreach in repairing cabling. Advice to anyone with loss of or interruption to their phone or internet service is to contact their service provider as a first step, with regards to compensation.

    @EE Absolutely abysmal service on your phones right now. Been on the phone for over two hours being passed from pillar to post and I was told that you "don't have a complaints department".

    @EE what is going on with EE lately. My signal is absolutely shocking. I've had issues with this for a while now and all I keep getting told is to have WiFi calls!! My local MP is monitoring all of issues with EE. Really unacceptable

    @EE when are you actually gonna sort out my wi-fi, forever been **** and cutting out all the time, whenever I get in contact and you send out an engineer they tell me there is nothing they can do... If it don't get it sorted soon, im changing broadband company😴
