    @EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

    Struggling to understand how @EE get away with ignoring my cancellation during a cooling off period 11 times. Promises to contact me back within 48 hours yet 5 days later and still nothing? WFH has resulted in APPALLING customer service and bad conduct

    @EE debited me twice for my phone upgrade… and have failed to process my upgrade today. The message support was not able to help. App still offering to upgrade me. Prove to me you aren’t completely useless by sorting this out!!!

    @EE Latest update is that it’s proving more difficult than originally thought, fix date is supposed to be tomorrow but they have sent me a mini EE hub as they are expecting it to take longer 😩

    @EE you need to reconsider who you allow to employ people on your behalf. @WebhelpUK are a disaster and are withholding peoples wages ILLEGALLY. No breach of contract, no rules broken. To top that, deducting people for there OWN equipment faults. This will be taken further.
