Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

Not amused !!

Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?

Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.
