@EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE WiFi calling is still down, my 85 year old mother has been left without a phone. She can't get a signal so uses WiFi calling. It's been over 24 hrs now. How much longer?

@EE - why do you insist on charging my GP telephone number (begins 0131 making it local and free on my plan) as a premium number? To date the service from EE has been rubbish. I regret switching.

@EE having been on the phone most of the day with you and then being told to ring Samsung ? Which i did they couldn't help shocking i rang earlier spoke to a fab guy i was going to cancel after over 20 yrs a customer he was so good I've stayed

In the latest instalment of @EE cavalcade of incompetence, they've charged me for using my minutes & data abroad, when they shouldn't, refunded an overpayment but not credited it against my bill and now my data roaming has stopped working. They are just so terrible!

@TheEvEngineer @EE The ICO will take a dim view on BT's behaviour in all this, as there are rules and they have broken them... get BT/EE to pay compensation as well....

Hey @EE I am having a problem with my data connection, it constantly hangs when I have dual sim (both lines) enabled on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Data is set to EE, other line is @VodafoneUK - I don’t know if its an issues with the esims or if there some sort of compatibility problem

@EE @bt_uk @Ofcom No DSL broadband as they broke it which they have admitted to. Still awaiting a replacement kit since 0845 Friday. The best part is paying for an unbreakable connection which is broken, NOT! 😡 5G at home Up/Dwn 1/1.6Mbps, terrible! Not serviceable! 😡
