@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE They're stating it's out of warranty hence the fee. This isn't a complaint but I think if an independent professional can spot the problem in minutes, your in-shop experts should be able to instead of selling me a wireless charger and telling me to try "the rice thing".

@LeylandRick @EE Par for the course Im afraid. Ee “ pride themselves on customer service”. Go to the ombudsman. Thats what Im about to do . They want me to make a note of all the details of my dropped calls .. like I have time for that with 2 terminally ill patents and working !
