    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

    @EE day two without any signal again, you assured me that issue was fixed last time, approx two weeks ago!! What’s going on, here we go round again !

    @EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @EE Hi grant. My number is 07725 028911 and David is 07985 252085. However we cannot make or receive calls since last Tuesday when we arrived. We paid for our roaming on both phones. We had this same issue when we were in Florida in January we feel abandoned with no communication

    @EE #Harrogate HG1 1HQ is as good (bad) as any example. EE hardly working in most of this town. Local branch confirmed it could "take 16 hours" to fix, yesterday. Still not working properly. 📶📲

    @EE I switched to your Broadband and Landline on 23rd Dec. Since then, my landline has been at fault and my broadband below the guaranteed minimum. The last booked engineer didn't even turn up. You've since put up the price for a service I don't receive! #exhausted #stressed

    @EE Service is genuinely good, could be better signal wise in the Garnock Valley though. Prices are beyond a joke imo, far cheaper options elsewhere.

    @EE Why have you got different numbers that Charge us?!? That’s awful. So I called to lower my Bill due to Payment Issues - And have now been slapped with a £17.03 Charge. Might as well have kept my Higher Monthly Payment.
