    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

    @EE Yeah it is faulty and they've agreed to replace it but no stock so I'm here paying for this phone that can't be used properly so no offer to resolve it. Just a shame for a long standing customer not one with line but 3

    @EE absolutely formidable service. Ordered a SIM card over a week ago, the message displayed it would arrive within 48 hours. It didn’t and customer service said that it can be delayed.I waited & it’s now been more than a week and I’ve been chargedfor days I don’t even havethesim
