Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

Andtree (@Caldon76) reported@O2 are a nightmare. My phone doesn’t work in any major town in South Wales. I can get calls but I can’t get any 4g at all. 3 yrs of complaining. 2 hours today bouncing around the worst phone system of any company. Around in loops and cut off 4 times. Should never have left @EE

ianisnew (@ianisnew) reported@EE sold me a phone in July with insurance and now they say I didn't take insurance. I didn't want to make a claim, I called to check my insurance, and it turns out the idiot/liar/blagger in the shop didn't put insurance on. So they told me to **** off n get insured elsewhere.
