@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE worst customer service and company ever don't use ee they will keep taking money from you even when you cancel the contract and keep saying can't help you unless you go out your way to a store as they don't believe it's the person at all and lieing who you are.

@EE @MarcAllera Why can nobody help me?! I’ve been a customer for 20 years, paid you over £15,000 and you’ve left me for over a week with no phone. Well I actually I have two phones but you’ve locked both SIMs and after multiple shop visits and hours on the phone to 150...

@EE - network outage in GU8 area for longer than 24 hours… any update on this? Website gone from saying it’s in hand to “we’re aware of the problem” - currently just moved and relying on hotspots and 4g/5g for all internet. Please advise!

@EE has been charging me £98 per month for 4G business broadbandwhich my ISP assured me would never be disrupted for more than a day. Today is Day #56. The Tech Support, Social Media & Executive Complaints staff are only flak catchers for the executives who never see complaints.

@EE I needed help with it 3 years ago when you refused to comply with UK consumer law, trying to force a £579 bill on me after apple had already agreed to cover the cost - why would I expect you to be ethical now?
