    @EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE after allowing me to pay for an early upgrade, you've been gracious enough to also massively limit my delivery options which, in turn, will cost me a day of my holiday allowance at work. If I didn't need this phone, I'd take great pleasure in cancelling all service

    @EE anyone ok to answer the customer phone line any time day or?? I have called 150 twice and have been kept on hold waiting for an answer from someone for over 15 mins on both ocassions

    @EE Unable to access my account. Keep completing the online form to get email but no email ever arrives. People try phoning but it just goes to vm - never reaches my phone. Unable to access my voicemails.

    @EE I have just received a fraudulent threatening phone call pretending to be from HMRC to my EE mobile. The caller number was 07497 967343. Please take swift action against this abuse of your network

    @EE It was the iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue 128GB. I have just had another unsuccessful call from you customer service team, now finding out it’s looking to be “hopefully” by the end of the week. I have spent endless time on the phone & haven’t got what I am paying for

    @OpenreachHelp @EE told us it was down to you rescheduling with no reason. And regardless of reason for this delay- 9 engineers and 3 months later it’s totally unacceptable.

    @EE Yes, I pay for both but because I’m serving in Afghanistan they would not gift data across. Spent over 90 minutes on the phone from Afghanistan with an operator and an engineer who had no customer skills and could not speak English correctly. 07771361084 find the notes, shocked!

    Well today @TalkTalk and @EE bith brought me close to breaking point, 3 hours on the phone to TT still rubbish internet, still investigating now and absolutely shocking customer service, im sure they will be straight on the phone to me once i dont pay my bill 🤔

    Appalled at the service and lack of communication by @EE. Waited 2 months for a phone for it to be “lost” to be promised a replacement next day and call to find out they actually have no stock 😡😡😡😡😡 would not recommend
