@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE Following the recent internet outage, we continue to have periodic internet issues. Slow loading and buffering as well as complete drop-outs. Only occasionally, but still annoying. Is there still an issue here? Postcode area YO21.

@EE Your constant price increases every year are ridiculous. My contract ends this October. I've been with EE for a long time and now I'm ready to leave the network behind. There are much better networks out there.
