@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Is @EE in the Ystradgynlais area having problems? Both last night, and Saturday night, the signal disappeared entirely, meaning I could not connect with either the dongle or the phone. Will this continue tonight?

@EE I’ve tried 3 times to get through to someone on the online chat and am just left waiting with no response for hours. I have 40gb of data which I never use all of. My data refreshed a week ago and I already only have 7gb left, I’ve done absolutely nothing different,help please
