@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@WGunson @EE They responded to say that there was a problem with one of the masts in the area and that an engineer would be fixing it, although it's not back up and running just yet as I've still got no proper signal.

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE

@EE Hello. I was told by Samsung themselves that the network decided when the rollout would be, and advised to contact EE. The S20 series got Android 12 in January on most networks.. why didn't the S20 FE on EE? And yes, I've checked, no updates pending.
