@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE I'm on EE but also on O2. Better signal with O2. Can't use my phone in some places in Cornwall whereas O2 coverage everywhere. So EE not totally the best! On a par with O2 I'd say.

Hey @EE, been in Dundee and edinburgh this weekend and my signals been almost non existent. Your checker says your recently fixed a problem at my postcode but I'm on zero signal now, no even for emergency calls. What's going on?

@infl3xian @EE Report the issue, would expect better even with 2 bars 4G coverage, it won't be ' this is how it is ' or ' nothing we can do ' call 150.

@EE Hi Jess, it had previously but that number was moved onto another SIM card. Honestly, at this point I’ll just wait for the posted SIM card, I’m just amazed that EEs processes are so cumbersome and that the one time I needed a quick resolution to something I couldn’t get it.
