    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

    @EE That page said the results were based on me being a pay monthly customer so I tapped change details and selected pay as you go then view details and the page refreshed but still says based on pay monthly!

    @EE I find it disgusting that you've lied to me about my upgrade's delivery date and the fact I've now waited 28 days with barely ANY communication from you. I will definitely be cancelling my upgrade and moving to a different provider ASAP! Shambles of a service

    @EE Can someone kindly from EE explain how I get my phone to work? Currently in Norway I was reliably informed upon signing up to this contract my phone would work, it’s not….. really disappointing as this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue!

    @Mark29071823 @RidgeRacer12 @EE I think you are going to feel that way no matter what anyone says. I’ve ordered current products before and not had to wait. Some people just have bad experiences but they’re a minority I’m sure.

    @EE I've been a customer for over a decade. I have paid you thousands of pounds. I was miss sold a crap phone by your staff. It doesn't do what I want. Take it back and give me the phone I want. Your staff now telling me to pay £900 to terminate contract #ripoff #disgusting
