    @EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    trend @EE so disappointed with the customer service agent I spoke few hours ago on the phone. Sounded judgmental and putting it as my fault that why I am giving my phone away when the upgrade has not arrived yet when I was reassured the phone is coming in 7 days

    @EE was supposed geta a call today after DM conversation yesterday on the poor service no call I am getting from EE I think I must have 1G can somebody once and for all sort this out. Ok advertising 5G when a loyal customer is getting this poor signal

    I said well my contract ends in December and I will not opt for a plan anymore with them. Not even sorry to see a customer leave their company! @EE I understand stocks are not under your control but please sound you feel sorry at least for having limited options to help me out

    @EE Hi my Internet on my phone past few months has been horrendous! Always dipping in signal or going off completely. been really weak when it is on. Never used to be like this. Hindering me with my work and family life! What's going on with it? Needs sorting quickly. Not good

    @TroyTanner28 @EE No I have unlimited data. Everyone else in the house has data. Same network. Roaming isn’t working either.
