Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

Pete Searle (@PeterSe38295412) reported@EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.
