@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@DRIVING_NAKED @EE Shocking I tell you. Supposed to get 20% off for being an emergency service worker, never managed to get it up until now !! But to get right to the end, get cut off and then they don’t bother calling me back when they have my number 😩never experienced anything like it !!

Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

@EE Phoned one of your stores about a complaint with a contract I got on Friday. Was told to contact customer service on 150 instead but it’s a minimum of 30 minute wait to get through to anyone. Is there a better way to contact someone?

Big shout out to the lady I spoke to @EE customer service yesterday. I'd been waiting a week past my go live date for my router to arrive. After speaking to a lovely lady in the cancellation department, she arranged for another router to be sent and it came today! So happy.

Hey @virginmedia - You're telling me it will take over 7hrs to upload a 30gb file even though we pay for your £59/pm service. Not good enough. We're out of our contract term so, I guess, it's bye bye. Hello @Hyperoptic or @EE? Any other recs for a fast and affordable service?

@EE Not much point, it’s 5 days ago and the original problem over 2 weeks so it’s not fixed yet so you can’t do anything anyway! Poor service!

@dirtystopoutesx @EE I had similar issues with them. I had 3 phone contracts and 20 years + I couldn't be arsed with the poor service so left. Its cos they have no money left for customer service after paying for the fancy tv ads. 😷😷
