    @EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

    @EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

    @EE Please send a response! Our internet and broadband has been down all night and the smart hub has been flashing blue all night. We cannot watch any Amazon Prime or Disney Plus and are having to use 5G at present. Please could you try to fix this asap?

    @EE Hello, currently experiencing issues with our broadband and internet, the smart hub has a continual flashing blue light, I have tried disconnecting all wires and plugs and re installing but to no avail. The smart hub has been flashing blue all evening. Please help?
