@EE trying to sign in to the ee perks site to get my nhs discount code- the site says my password is wrong but when I request the reset email no email is received.

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@I_like @EE Indeed - it was was a horrible experience. I felt like I had to justify to the caller why I’d left negative feedback. The first I said was I didn’t want to have the call. 😐

@linziehunter @EE I just left @ee after having no service with them since September! They then charged me £55 which I have only just managed to get back.

@EE after calling EE already and not getting through after 25 minutes, I’ve tried calling again...9 1/2 minutes of listening to clips of music without any response. This is awful!

@EE I recently moved and my service has been significantly worse then it has been before at this location. Is their anyway I could get a booster box? I’ve moved to a rural area and I don’t have good internet but unlimited data with EE and no service/ WiFi calling.
