@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@MarcAllera @EE EE London Moorgate branch has the worst level of customer service I've ever received. Store Manager by name Kam, thinks he's running his dad's market stall. According to him his words are supreme. I will be making an official complaint with full details.

@EE Although I am sorted, please adjust your lines so that either they don't accept calls after 9pm or have a message saying customer care is closed. I have unlimited minutes, but not all do and it is a pain hanging on for no point.

@EE, hello I want to make a complaint I don’t seem to be getting anywhere over the phone. I applied for a phone online and paid an upfront cost of £50 and was told everything went through fine then I rang and they said they needed to do an avs check to prove it was me.
