@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE as you are the self proclaimed UKs ‘best network’, why is coverage so poor in North Cornwall? Specifically Trevose Head and @MotherIveysBay where the signal is virtually non existent?

@EE Hi Jo, I've tried and it doesn't help. I'm on the page asking me to confirm the number I'd like to make a payment to, but the same page keeps reloading when I hit continue. It looks as if the form isn't submitting or isn't being processed?

Work have swapped our mobiles from @VodafoneUK to @EE and I’ve never had so many calls drop out or the other person can’t hear me! It’s bloody awful! Forget using Teams via data on the app!…. I’m off the buy a pigeon!

@EE I just got a new SIM only plan for my daughter but when I check in My EE it doesn't appear to have the allowances I was sold. Also her number hasn't transferred. Can you help?
