@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@ee mobile broadband is down. We are in a very rural area and rely on this for work. Also self isolating as have covid. Not fun times. Any idea on timescales?
