@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE Since Virgin Mobile is ending their contract with @EE Virgin Mobile customers have to use a new sim told it was for 4G They don't work because EE LOCKED OUR PHONES TO YOUR NETWORK! Now I have to pay £30 to have it unlocked Nobody informed this would happen its beyond egregious

@EE @RitaOra + they said they will fix it and send the simcard for the right one. Today I realised I have no service and called them again they said they can do nothing as they stated “stolen simcard” on behalf of me! They can’t fix it now and they don’t provide PAc number to let me leave!!!
