@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE No your customer service is a disgrace I've gone through multiple calls and every time rather than solving my problems keep asking me security questions. Absolutely useless. You cut me off the call because you couldn't solve any problems.

@EE I have a phone contract set up in my name that is my ex partners phone. He refuses to change it over to his payment details so how can I cancel the contract early as obviously I do not want to be paying for it

@EE would be nice to have my wifi when you randomly stop my service at 10pm when I require it for my baby monitor
