@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@EE It came back on this morning but to be honest the wifi has been pitiful since we moved to EE this time last year. Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE My phone started displaying 5G today but various speed tests and signal apps are showing it as 4G. Is there any reason for this ? I must admit the speeds aren't much better then the 4G+ I was on.

@EE This is how you treat your vulnerable and mentally disabled customers.been a EE customer for over 15 years and I have now been threatened with all my service being restricted due to financial difficulties. It’s a shame that EE have no compassion!!

@EE Broadband is currently down and there's no way to contact you to try rectify the issue because you are apparently closed. Demand for services doesn't suddenly stop at a certain time of day, help should be 24/7.

@EE the service I received in two different South London stores was absolutely abysmal. Stratford Westfield staff were rude and instead of answering a question when approached I was told to check in at the front despite there being no one there … (continued in reply)

@EE Well, as I am the first to whinge about terrible service, thank you and @BT Mobile for your fast and reliable Mobile Service. I was getting 0.8Mps with Vodafone. But I've kept my number and at worst I'm getting 30Mps and best over 100 now. Cheers.
