    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

    @EE absolute scammers, I gave notice on my co tract on the 17th January and sent a pac code, Say I requested it to be deleted and my phone line is still active and have to give notice again. Robbing company to a loyal customer who spent £200 with them.

    @EE Up until about 10 minutes ago I was quite happy with EE did a great upgrade deal yesterday over the phone for an s23 got an email this morning say my iPhone 14 Max have been sent out and the rental instead of £47 a month what is going to be £56 so I've had to call up and cancel

    @ThePigeonShowTV @EE Reall. It's so unstable and I get like 6mb/s when I may for a **** ton more. I called to ask whats up with that and they switched me to BT and then sent me a early termination bill of £160 that they didn't even mention 💀 not very poggers

    @EE It’s always awful. The next village along has 5G. I have one bar of 4G if I’m lucky. TN330SU. If no plans to improve the amount of masts or whatever it takes I’m leaving at the first opportunity

    @EE please can someone help me sort my gifting data. Im on unlimited and only gifted 28gb to my tablet from my phone since 8 Jan and it’s saying my unlimited phone plan only has less than 500mb left and won’t let me gift. Also tried to DM U and it’s not going through.

    @EE Strange because I called shortly after I tweeted and there was. A nearby mast was out forcing people to use the one nearest me hence slow / no signal. Contract almost up so I can finally move to another provider who give more than 1 bar of 4G 👏👏

    @EE Hi, I upgraded my phone recently, but apart from a confirmation email a week ago I've heard nothing. It says "usually dispatched in 1 day". My tracking number is not working & I can't contact you! Please can someone message me here so I can find out where my phone is?? Thanks.

    @EE It’s your rubbish phone service now! Used to ring 150 and got it sorted, now some stupid message and can’t talk to anyone so going to leave Ee
