Not amused !!

Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland@EE signed up to ee broadband on the understanding that the WiFi would be as good if not better than BT who I left to join you- we are struggling to get onto the internet the last couple of days at all, and the WiFi was slow even before that!

Multiple incidents of having no wifi for prolonged periods despite being promised we would lose no quality of service when we moved from BT

I have asked what you can do to improve the quality of our crap wi-fi as we couldn't even get it upstairs and I needed a bit more than 'unplug it then plug it back in'. It wasn't fit for purpose.
