@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • elovabloke
JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

  • elovabloke
JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

  • NDK72
Nigel K 〓〓 (@NDK72) reported from Warkleigh, England

Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services

  • BlastItBle8chy
    Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported

@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.

  • JanusPaulusG
    John Paul Gonzalez (@JanusPaulusG) reported

    @EE Not possible to fix

  • MelJD46
    Mel D (@MelJD46) reported

Dear @EE you are presuming again... I have no passport, so I wont require roaming and if I did my O2 sim would let me roam . The UK is amazing, when I have explored it all... well I never will . I dont mind relevant marketing ....

  • AKZed248046
    AK & Zed (@AKZed248046) reported

@EE you guys are absolutely ridiculous, im trying to join you guys and get a phone, you guys have lied to me five times saying you're gonna call me back, I've had no phone call, your connections are terrible, I'm looking to just join another network, terrible customer service man

  • Jessbrown2590
    Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported

@EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

  • davidofsussex
    David (@davidofsussex) reported

@StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Just tell the automated voice recognition thing “I want to cancel my contract” and you’ll be through to a person in a jiffy.

  • AndyGraysdouble
    Robert Martin (@AndyGraysdouble) reported

Before BT/EE ever regale us with what they do in AI they might first get round to getting vulnerable customer digital switchovers done quickly and seamlessly- a total shambles @BT @EE @Plusnet

  • darrenjstyles
    darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported

@EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

  • Galaxy42_
    Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported

If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
