Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE broadband down in my area. No one I speak to seems to care, all they want to do is sell me a phone and I need wifi for my heart monitor. Need this fixed asap and someone needs to take ownership. Awful service

It's funny how mobile networks lie to you. I have a dual sim phone, one is @EE, one is @ThreeUK. When I'm using EE & struggling for signal, Three usually has at least 1 or 2 bars, until you swap to Three & it suddenly realises actually, they're also struggling & no signal.

@EE upgraded in store last week and was put on an iPhone plan with apple one. Already paying £24 for apple family, the sales rep told me I can cancel that as I now have apple one. Great I thought, what I wasn’t told is it’s apple one individual! Store won’t do anything!!

@EE ordered a product from EE & was provided a pin for delivery. EE customer service told me to re-order to the store as I’m not going to be home. no option to deliver to a store on line. Asked for a Saturday delivery DPD offer it but EE don’t. Poor customer service

@EE I placed an early upgrade order yesterday, got an SMS today saying "issue with the order, contact us", the chat agent is giving me a different price, and saying the order number is actually only a reference number. This smells fishy. Is it legitimate process? Thank you

@EE fix your app’s log in page to what it used to be, just password or FaceID, second day I’m trying to log into my acc and I need to change password AGAIN, 2 factor authentication was setup for 10 years and now I have to redo it?! Codes not coming through to my mobile. Fix it!

@EE That’s great, but I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone unfortunately and couldn’t wait any longer. I’d just like to know if the problem is going to be fixed soon. I’ve been given ‘the problem should be fixed in the next 2 hours’ for three days now 😥
