@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE Thank you to the Customer Service team on Twitter. I had a frustrating time with #EE Monday due to contradictions lip service, and overall poor customer service. However yesterday and today via DMs and a call from Charlotte you have restored my faith in EE.

@EE is one of the most customer-UNfriendly companies I have ever dealt with. I regret using them as my mobile service provider. Cannot wait for the contract to be over so I can deal with a more friendly and professional company. Absolute waste of time.

@EE I’ve to to say customer service is getting worse!! Currently 35 mins on hold to speak someone! Same thing last 2 times I called.
