@EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE How #three give a Bette deal and you can’t match it. Also where I live it’s been 3 days that I received text saying there is problems on the network. The deal the guy was giving was the same than a deal for a new customer

@EE The guy on the phone did not really feel sorry. It’s being a long customer and have the same deal than a new one. It’s bit light as customers service. No effort at all

use the net on my old phone still. Excellent customer service from @EE who fixed the problem of my new phone being unable to call anywhere. Will slowly sort my new phone out 1 app at a time once its charged. Family now know im alive and fine. Going to keep resting today.

@EE When I put my address and phone number on your website to check availability but decide not to go with your service I don't expect a rude phone call the next day telling me I shouldn't put my phone number if I don't want your service,please teach manners to your team.

@EE please could someone contact me the return of an upgrade. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this, I’ve FINALLY received the packaging to send it back in and was then charged £15 at the post office to post it!!!! Please contact me so we can discuss this
