@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE I have just tried to contact customer service on 150, but my iPhone can’t connect. It just gives me the blank key pad. Also the my EE app won’t work with voiceover. So I can’t access my account.

Hi @ee you just sent a text message asking for my opinion on the SIM delivery. I don't have it yet and as you haven't sent it by any tracked service I have no idea where it is. So at the moment the service delivery is a big fat zero Hope it comes tomorrow...

Hi @EE, not the biggest issue in the world all things considered, but I have an EE 5G contract and for the past couple of days the 5G hasn’t been available and I’ve only been able to connect to 4G. I’m in west London so I’m not sure what’s going on. Any insight?

@EE What’s the difference between where I am now and our apartment both share the same TW1 postcode yet I get zero 5G signal in our block and outside yet here I am now on a full 5G signal and I am barely 1/2 a mile from our apartment. Barnaby

@DELTALIVETV @EE On a Sunday, we turn all devices off if we can for racing. Tv’s, sky, iPads, laptops, phones switch to 4G/3G And tbh I still have issues running the Xbox and the laptop. I can’t follow the stream, or have my phone on the Wi-fi to follow discord. Very frustrating
