    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    Definitely leaving @O2 and switching to @EE ! Been having crap 4G signal here down south and also crap signal up north! #NoBrainer

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE Have recently moved to #Atworth and for 2 weeks have had weak intermittent service. The last few days including today have #noservice Can’t call you to report. According to you coverage checker, the service should be brilliant. Should I leave EE now I have moved???

    come on @EE 80kbp/s topping out at 100kbp/s 2.5gb download eta 8 hours ¬.¬ what do i pay you for every month kind of slow speed is that I could walk to the file host and get a usb hand delivered with my file and at that speed it would be faster
