    @EE honestly wish i had never come to u guys for internet nothing but issue after issue with account and now u have turned internet off for no reason and billing is fully up to date so paying alot of money for basically a black brick sat in living room!!

    @EE Is there a direct line for customer service? Every time I ring EE I get the same recorded message asking if I’m home broadband/mobile phone and I’m neither, then I get bounced off the call.

    @EE Your support attitude is terrible and I've been going around in circles for 2 weeks. I need to speak with someone as your automated approach has failed (badly) I honestly wish I'd never switched to EE as my business is now being affected.
