    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE I bought a new tv from your store less than 4 months ago. Today I’ve noticed that it would appear the there is already issues. There’s visible cloudy marks on the screen that looks like smears marks. This would usually indicate a faulty screen. How do I get this addressed?

    @EE renewed my contract from BT to EE. I've been sent a mini box which you can't record on. I've been assured via the app that I will be getting a pro box. Can you confirm please? I would never have switched to a non recordable box

    @EE I am a regular customer and we have moved to Edinburgh our internet and coverage does not allow me to make calls or receive them. I am disabled and I have had falls so if anything were to happen I could not call anyone. I want help and compensation with this?
