    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    Definitely leaving @O2 and switching to @EE ! Been having crap 4G signal here down south and also crap signal up north! #NoBrainer

    @EE Still doesn’t solve anything, this issue has been happening for some years now. If you can’t make the service work then maybe I should leave the carrier and head to a competitive network.

    @EE No, I got cut off again at 5:57pm and now need to wait again until tomorrow to sort the problem. Not ideal

    @EE had no Internet which affects everything called last night the guy was more concerned about me taking out a new contract than helping to sort me having no Internet can’t come till Saturday not really good enough not paying for service can’t use will move provider

    @ESlibrarian @EE Curious, but I'm not sure what EE can do with this as a network operator. Have you identified the companies concerned? Your complaint is with them I fear.

    @EE can you explain why the signal is non existent in CH4 0DE on Broughton Shopping and Retail Park? Paying a premium price for a very minimal service which cannot be used without connecting to Local WIFI? Sort this out and I’ll be a happy customer.

    @EE after waiting for over an hour across 4 calls I got through to someone and was cut off within 5 minutes.. I’m just trying to sort out my bill and was seconds away from doing it and now you’re about to close. Ridiculous service.
