@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE Recently moved to EE and it feels impossible to speak to someone for customer support over the phone. Absolutely nightmare. Your response will be to access information online but that’s not good enough.

1/2: Ridiculous that after discovering when I opened my phone one morning that it was damaged, @SamsungMobile and @EE assured me that the repair would be free, except because it was "Physical" damage it's now in excess of 600 pounds. Who even has that in the current climate?
