@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE @Ofcom @financialombuds we executive complaints department have my complaint and advised they would call me back to resolve. I’ve been waiting and still no callback received. I’ve poor customer service and a very negative customer experience. 👎

@ThisCuntHere Looks like a local outage but we've had nothing but problems lately. I've just upgraded to unlimited data with @EE to actually function. £25 extra I don't really want to spend but can't afford not to 🥲

@EE But I ordered it when it was showing 24hr dispatch. How can you advertise one thing and then not fulfil it, and yet it’s only me who has to suffer? Not a sniff of compensation or customer service good will.

@EE hi yesterday I’ve taken E sim and now I see no network on my mobile. Worst service by ee I can say. No help from customer executive when chat from mobile. Can anyone of you pls help me with the issue?
