    @EE Of course I'm unhappy. I didn't realise it was a sale. It was a 'free' gift. I want my money (around £500) back. The tablet has lain gathering dust for 2 yrs. It was a con to tie me to a 2yr contract for something I never asked for or needed. So please escalate. @EE dodgy sales.

    @EE Trying to get a 17 pro max from EE kilburn high rd the manager Sophie had explained my tariff which I agreed with/too but after 5min of them trying to finish my order I then was told they can't because of a tech error that they can't fix. No phone from store/online Very poor!

    @EE 1st time ordering with you using the black friday sale to buy a PS5 for a Christmas present. Item tampered with by #DPD (missing controller and who knows what else) and received a decision of "item not tampered with" Absolute disgrace! Just want what I ordered! Can you help?

    @EE I only have 4G I bham city centre. Does this mean I can use internet as nothing is working as the signal seems to be poor and I want to check trains

    @bt_uk gotta love being a loyal customer with @EE and joining BT yet both leave a family without internet/tv with SEN children for over a week due to move.... think its time I left EE instead of renewing... cant even give a 4G portable device to keep kids connected a week!

    @EE Nar im just not renewing my contract £110 a month i pay you and you cant give a 4g box for a week! You dont deserve my customer if thats how you treat customers 👍🏻
