    @EE Hi I’ve just spent two hours on the phone with EE to get this resolved. It’s an ongoing issue between @EE and @AppleMusic that is affecting lots of customers. It has been ongoing for 6 months. I want to know why u are still charging me the full price for plan.

    @EE Thanks for the information, until then is it safe to assume that I managed to get a PS5? Seeing as Indid complete the checkout process. The only issue I faced is that instead of a thank you page, I had a page error but the money still left my account, hence the question.

    @EE so I call to try to leave. No phone or sim now so tried to get sorted but ran out of time... You can login and sort I was told. Lots of pain later managed to sort my online access and logged in... and... "Call us to leave" Really!!!!🙄 It should be an end-to-end UX guys!

    @EE The number has called me. It even proposed and told me about the unlimited calls and texts with 10GB for £10. She promised to call back after taking down my details. I’m yet to hear from her again. Please can I get a number to call you guys on?

    @EE Hi Taylor. My 24 month contract is up in mid Nov, so I'm sure that makes me fall within the 17 month eligibility. I registered for the PS5 with you in January and have heard nothing. I know these went quick and my chances were slim, but you didn't help..
