@whydidfIy @EE Until a month ago EE was by far the best down here. Not sure what’s happened to cause it to be so awful. Have been with them (Orange previously) since 2003 without a problem but if this continues much longer, I’m out of contract and sorely tempted.

@PaulbernalUK @EE It used to be the same with O2 (not sure if it still is) when you went into the shop with an issue, is all they could do was call the very same Customer Service number as Joe Bloggs.

@EE Still the same issue. Everytime I go to the EE store, online, I try look at any tablet and it directs me to a login screen. If I do login(my only option) , I'm stuck at the add your device screen.

@nigelwalsh @pdeepa @EE But at least they value you as a customer.

@EE Yup. My phone was iffy from the start, and despite contacting @EE straight away I got nowhere with customer service. Been with @EE for years and never had any problem. My new provider is half the price with a phone that works. More data and same calls and texts. No choice.

@EE shocking that my father in law who is in his 70’s has been missold a broadband service that is reaching only 4Mb download speed. They say as this is reaching minimum acceptable speed of 2mb nothing they can do!! £20 a month and can’t even use his smart TV. Disgusting.

Trying to buy at PS5 Through @EE is a laughing stock, says £10 upfront cost but then get to checkout and they want £210 upfront they when you fill in all your Info it crashes and does nothing. Great way to treat long standing customers

@EE Hi, the last couple of days the signal hasn’t been been great in EX11 1LZ and your status page has been saying there is an issue that will take around 16 hours to be fixed. We’re at least 48 hour in now and I wondered if you guys knew what the issue was?

@EE can you help. My monthly phone bill is meant to be £55 but nearly always is higher and my bills don’t really detail why. My last one was £63.03, (&2.92 was picture messaging) but where did £60.11 for the actual phone bill come from, month before was £62.97, can you help why?
