@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE inwonder if you could help I logged into my ee app to pay a bill and I looked at what's new and I see I could have an early upgrade without paying the fee but when I go through the process of choosing my phone and plan it still say I have to pay the fee why is that?

@LucyGoBag @EE Been there & feel your pain.Fortunately,my complaint was taken on & resolved,but after months of errors;didn't take it to Ofcom,but they advised they were willing to help.Keep at it👍🏼
