@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@Tuftyduck74 @biscuitsgod @EE I doubt they would have assured you. They probably said "there are no currently no plans." Of course, if you think you have been misled, you could claim you have the right to terminate your contact without paying a fee...

Hey, @EE, as EU citizen resident in the UK, and loyal customer of many years, I'm really less than impressed by your decision to reinstate roaming charges in Europe. You managed well enough when you had to do it, you greedy bastards!

The first mobile network to confirm no data cap and no roaming charges will get my business, simple as that. Left @EE because they're jokers as proven by todays news... #25gb #EE #RoamingCharges

@BBCNews @ee I will definitely be leaving as a customer after sticking with @ee since the early days of T-mobile on principal alone. Absolute betrayal after committing in January to not bring back roaming.

@MartinSLewis This is nothing short of shameful. @EE I've been a customer of yours T-Mobile for TWENTY years. If you tell me I'm going to have to pay to use my phone in the EU - somewhere I usually go to 30-40 days per year - I will not be renewing my contract.

@EE I was told yesterday that the issue of no signal was apparently fixed, so how come the network is still down in my area?? BH20 4DN. This is absolutely ridiculous, I rely on my mobile as I have no landline. Your quick enough to take my money for a service that I can’t use!

I was looking at 37 business handsets on @ee but with the introduction of rip off stealth roaming charges from January I’m not touching that network!

@denkmit @EE Yes I get that completely, and it's a proper u turn but only for new customers. Which isn't as bad if you're already a customer. You just won't use them if you're looking for a new contract. I may have misinterpreted if you were saying you were going to change because of this.

@ee Shame on you for planning to bring back roaming charges (especially after saying you wouldn't). I've been a customer for over 20 years, looks like I need to find another network that doesn't want to fleece us. #liars #ee
