@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@WGunson @EE They responded to say that there was a problem with one of the masts in the area and that an engineer would be fixing it, although it's not back up and running just yet as I've still got no proper signal.

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE

So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

@EE That’s a great statement if only it were true! £95 a month and another provider can do it for almost half that with same service. It’s actual robbery!

@EE Hello. I was told by Samsung themselves that the network decided when the rollout would be, and advised to contact EE. The S20 series got Android 12 in January on most networks.. why didn't the S20 FE on EE? And yes, I've checked, no updates pending.
