@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • chrisdiacon
Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

  • MichaelCollins2
The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

    @EE Rude.

  • chrisdiacon
Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • Linziphotograph
Linzi (@Linziphotograph) reported from Ilfracombe, England

@EE not getting any signal me or my partner's phone.

  • The_MCollins
The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • swheaton18
sam (@swheaton18) reported from Braunton, England

@EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

  • MichaelCollins2
The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

  • trishywishy07

  • dr_besty
    Alex Jones (@dr_besty) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE EE had to replace their entire Huawei 5G core at great expense at the behest of your government, it put their network investment back by nearly a decade, I'd maybe sit this one out if I was you

  • ConorMccourt12
    Conor Mccourt (@ConorMccourt12) reported

@EE why are all my devices unable to connect to the internet all of a sudden? They keep getting DNS name configuration errors no matter how many times i reset/power off the modem i cannot get my ps5/switch 2 to connect to the wifi or even wired.

  • jessicazeun
    Jessica Zeun (@jessicazeun) reported

Since changing from BT to @EE onto a supposedly much faster connection we’ve had nothing but problems and it is geting gradually worse. When the contract expires I will definitely not be renewing. Expensive and unreliable wifi.

  • BigTom0491
    Tom (@BigTom0491) reported

@EE If I gave you the area and her first name, would you be able to track who it is? She’s absolute credit to EE and great customer service

  • TomTugendhat
    Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reported

I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

  • ach59
    Photo man (@ach59) reported

@EE Is there anyone there who will actually talk to me so I can explain the issue? You keep doing the same checks & telling me it’s all working - it isn’t !!

  • AManWithAClue
    Randy Van Warmer (@AManWithAClue) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Not a problem on the continent

  • dmyrcr
    🅓🅜🅨🅡🅒🅡 (@dmyrcr) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your lot had 14 years. Maybe you should’ve campaigned about this then to your pals in government. Instead you did **** all

  • SaffsAI
    🇵🇸 Bam Bam 🇵🇸 (@SaffsAI) reported

@EE telephone number 01539248251 called. Identifying as EE. Said: - number will be blocked - they collaborated with BT. - had too many connection issues and will reissue sims - requested PII data, passwords and bank details. I started recording, they dropped. #scam #fraud
