    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    Definitely leaving @O2 and switching to @EE ! Been having crap 4G signal here down south and also crap signal up north! #NoBrainer

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE Yes still having problems an hour on the phone yesterday someone supposedly calling me back today but they haven’t so I’m now looking for a new provider. Just called several times and the message is “ please call back tomorrow” EE is rubbish.

    @EE so yeah my network is wonky like everyone else's. What's going on can't text or use data at all yet can make calls just not to the helpline as can't be out through today and have to call back tomorrow. Hmmm #eedown

    Anyone else having problems with @EE? Can't get any signal at all when I'm off the WiFi but I can still make phone calls 🤔🤔
