    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE hi I am having a hard time removing game pass from my account, it’s been removed but shows on my Xbox I still have it via you as a add on. I have spoke to Microsoft and you and I can’t seem to find any help. Funny thing is I still have access to game pass and it works.

    Definitely think I might come away from @EE the amount of problems I keep having! My partner sent me a message at 3pm this afternoon and I've only just got it 5 hours later! Since when does a message take 5 hours to come through?!

    @EE Hi, both phones on my EE contract are saying not connected to network. Tried all the tricks to sort but no avail. Cant even call EE to get help. Is the network down in West Scotland?

    @EE Recipe for happy customers… good service, great customer service. And dont put the price up by nearly 10% mid contract… otherwise customers turn sour and leave..

    Customer service is EVERYTHING. I went to EE @EE ready to upgrade but the customer service was so pitiful I said to myself nah forget it.
