    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE ???? Your own tech department confirmed that the equipment sent was out of date not suitable for the job. I DIDT CHOOSE THE EQUIPMENT I choose the service . THIS IS TYPICAL OF THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY - IT MUST BE THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me.... Looks like the whole street is down and not just us, so waiting on engineers to fix it I guess... Service status says Sunday 😳

    @EE My service is down in Wigston LE18 1DG, can't call because my phone doesn't work, I've read on other sites that your not sorting a day long issue with phones down

    @EE why is there no signal. Around Saltdean and Peacehaven near Brighton again? It hasn't been working all day. There ane constant issues with it on and off. Can we know what thr progress is?
