    Definitely leaving @O2 and switching to @EE ! Been having crap 4G signal here down south and also crap signal up north! #NoBrainer

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    So @EE, I hope you guys are grateful for your colleague, team leader, Micki. She is the reason today I didnโ€™t return the phone and cancel any further dealings with you. On the other hand, Jill couldnโ€™t have cared less. Iโ€™m appreciative of great staff who just want to help

    @EE Fair play - my broadband went down yesterday at 2pm and I had a right old whinge at poor 'Dani' down in Plymouth in customer services. A BT Openzone engineer has just come and fixed the issue just over 24 hours later, so credit where it's due, least you fixed it quickly! ๐Ÿ‘

    @ch4rrrr_ @EE Spoke with someone on the live chat who said it was a scam, I clicked the link & typed my details in to login (didnโ€™t realise my password was wrong though) & it took me straight to billing to put my bank card details into it ๐Ÿค”

    @MarcAllera @EE 3 months of bb problems but โ€˜i have to maintain paymentsโ€™. Then cancel my service with 2hrs notice. I wouldnt comsider that โ€˜delivering the best serviceโ€™
