    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

    @EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE I can upgrade today but looking for a sim only deal. I can only upgrade to 24 or 12 month sim only deal. Why is the 1 month deal not available when upgrading, but it is if i was a new customer? i've had a rolling 1 month sim only at the end of a contract previously.

    @EE I have spoken to the 'dedicated team' 6 (!!) times now. I have also travelled to the store, as advised. EE are blatantly refusing to issue this refund. Terrible customer service.

    @EE Thank you for confirming that EE has no intention to resolve this. As I stated in my dm, YOU (EE) have until 5 pm to issue this refund before I commence legal action to obtain it.

    @MarcAllera @ee Hi Mark ive been a customer with ee for over 10 years and lately customer service is so poor. I called in to complain about the lack of reception i was instead of helping me they made totally disregarded what i was saying

    @EE there’s a cost of living crisis, you can’t help me with my tariff unless I spend disposable income that I don’t have in places like Asda to get cashback, so please don’t ring me trying to sell me additional products because ‘I’ve been such a loyal customer for so long’
