@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

Let down by Olivia @bt_uk Mobile help team. Mis-sold a product when she she knew full well I wished to port a number over. Was transferred to Becky @ee who cut the phone off after telling me a non EE number cannot be ported over rather than assisting! #furious

@EE Afternoon, ending my second week of degraded network service with poor provision of 4G. Each day I have to provide details in order to be notified of updates. All-round incredibly frustrating. Any end in sight for network improvements at LN5 9**? Thanks.

@EE shocking service all day today in the BB80DJ region. How long till its sorted. Bouncing from emergency calls only to no signal in the middle of a town I'm normally on 4g with. Any ideas? Contract customer here and need my data! Cheers
