@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@Faymondo73 Exactly. Most contracts are for 24 months. The likes of @ee can do what they like when out of contract but raising mid-agreement is just a con. They can 'invest in the network' with an increase when the agreement is up and allow the customer to decide whether its worth staying.

@EE 14.4% increase? Justified by inflation at a time when the government believes public sector workers should have 3.5% as that is all that is affordable and fair? Expect my phone call to cancel and move providers.

@EE I am new to EE. I have 5 mobile SIMS on my account. We have suffered from service disruptions twice in last 2 months.This is something that never happened to us when we were with @VodafoneUK for 12 years.I hope EE won't penalise me to switch to another network mid contract.

@EE Hi Casey, it's OK there is no point. I have been through this many times now with EE who do checks and say your system says I should get excellent signal etc. In reality that isn't the case but EE don't do anything about it. #EE

@EE Not even an apology for the issues with the network yesterday, they didn't even take responsibility or admit there was an issue. Total lack of responsibility and customer service and you have the gawl to put prices up. Disgusting!!😡
