    @leoniedelt @EE They didn't send it, it was injected via a government-mandated emergency messaging facility that all the networks are required to support. It doesn't need to know phone numbers, it uses the IMSI directly as that is what the network uses to contact a phone.

    @JasonReidUK @EE I hate @EE my contract ends in August and if I could afford to pay to come out of it now I would. Been with them for over 10 years but service has been horrendous and the customer service has been hit and miss. There is no customer loyalty. Hope you get it sorted.

    @EE Thanks, Jenny, I could not get into myEE. It just said something like 'unavailable, try later' Eventually a very helpful man called Akhil on your support line told me that my account was duplicated and he deleted the second instance. Now sorted thanks and I will delete Tweet

    Is there any news from @EE on delivery issues (?) from @Apple? Waiting since 26/11 for 12 mini upgrade for daughter - order updates still showing on track with no news of any delivery date. Is the problem with Apple or EE?

    @EE just called to upgrade our phone contracts. The upgrade team couldn’t have been more helpful. Shame the technical support team were so rude. Tried to apply a credit to our account we received from a store manager and tech team refused to even discuss it. #poorcustomerservice

    @EE EE are **** im glad my contract runs out next week been so sick of paying £71 for an iPhone 11 Pro for 4GB of data it’s awful
