@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

Hey @EE how difficult do you have to make it to upgrade? The website doesn’t work, the store doesn’t have the phone I want and they can’t order it… maybe it’s time to move network.

@EE I went via affordable mobiles and got an Iphone 13 with 100 Gb of data on the EE network the tariff is £43pm handset £55. Just wanted to keep existing phone no. that’s already with EE. I’m happy for you to contact me direct 07790156101. Regards Phil

@EE ARGH! I was missold a new contract yesterday & was advised the only thing to do was do a return & revert back to my old contract. Been on phone to returns for over half an hour which is costing me for call and for roaming. I’ve been a customer for over 6yrs i feel so let down

@EE Working again now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (again). Seems to need doing often. Google play should be updating the app automatically anyway. I'm not having a problem with any other apps.

Really professional people at @AppleSupport and @EE who sorted out mobile data not working on my iPhone. If you have a similar problem, remove your SIM card and reinsert it. We all have to keep learning.
