@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Great news. I got three to halve my bill for May due to awful service. They said it was due to the merger with Vodafone . I said not my problem, I pay you for a service. Problem in the UK is that people are afraid to complain & that is why the majority get ******.

@PKendrickWIG @MarinaPurkiss @EE I worked there for 10 years mate, I have a very good understanding of their processes. Frontline customer staff are limited to £30 refunds, managers are limited to £100. You need to escalate beyond that to get anywhere Hope this helps

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE as good as they say they are, are a poor company and their customer service is shocking, I was glad to be rid of a such a shocking company, best move I ever made leaving them, sorry to hear bout your mum hope you can sort may have to give evidence and proof,

@EE It's an e-sim. We can't get it through the app, or instore. We have tried. The team on the phone send is instore. The staff instore tells us they can't help us. What do we do?

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar experience after travelling by ferry to Belgium. My phone had logged onto the maritime network and itv was £££/Mb itv showed on my bill as data used in the USA which was clearly impossible after a bit of tooing and froing EE gave me a refund. Tbf their CS is 👍

@TigerDonald2000 @MarinaPurkiss @EE They were very good with me too about a year ago. Someone used 4500 points at somewhere named 9 Elms which I'd never heard of but they dealt with it efficiently and I keep my account locked now.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar issue, made a call on a phone locked in the hold of an aircraft on an 8hr flight apparently - no recourse , told me I was lying.
