    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE Hi EE, I am a long time customer with 3 contracts with you. I have received a new handset that is faulty and I am still within my 14 day cooling off period. I called last Thursday to discuss this & was made to spend 25 minutes reseting my phone, doing tests etc to test the 1/

    @EE I have a 4GEE WiFi mini 2020 with 50gb of data that reset on the 29th June & by the 2nd July it was finished despite being used sparingly & only when my WiFi was down.

    @EE just got off the phone to one of your customer service technical team, didn't catch the guys name but very helpful 👍 did his best to rectify my network connection issue. Now partially resolved but still not quite right, the minor improvement is appreciated

    So if you remember back in Feb I cancelled mumma cheeses @EE account for sim only they've been taking money out still so I took her to the bank to cancel now shes getting ****** letters from EE which is worrying mum as my mum has never not paid anything in her 82years . #fuming

    @EE which has yet to arrive. I'm still stuck with a faulty handset & no way to return it. I can't belive as a customer for over 10 years you are unwilling to replace my handset which is still within the 14 day period? What type of service is this?
