Michael Oglethorpe (@Ravelston89) reported@EE Well another month with no decent signal. I got a better one inside in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. -122 dBM 18 asu. In any mobile statistics page I've seen that is almost a non existent or very poor signal. South Gilmerton is a black hole when it comes to phone reception.

Is it usual for you to cut customers off and leave them entirely in the dark about it? They like their fraud! They don't want to stay in business by the looks of it

John Reed (@johnreed222333) reportedSo let’s be clear about @EE. They only guarantee the flow into the router. NOT the Wi-Fi signal, and Wi-Fi 6 covers less than Wi-Fi 5. When you change from plusnet to @EE no one explains this.

Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported@duffman242843uk @EE You're not bound to a contract where the other party failed to meet their requirements in a timely manner. This is why they closed the customer service lines. So they don't lose the majority who are out of contract.
