@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE It started on the 29th when I got the shiny new Violet S21+! If it's normal post that's fine as other courier's have the habit of getting lost as our road is hard to find. Poor DPD got sent to the road alongside us sending this phone for example!

@ee hi there, my iPhone had a meltdown last night and I’ve had no choice but to factory reset. The cloud hasn’t stored messages and I’ve lost all my messages from my Nan who died. I’m devastated to lose these. Is there any way EE can help me please? 😢

@SkyNews You can’t blame her. The blame should fall at the feet of the tv companies like @ITV and corporations like @EE who hire her. I mean the woman is never off the telly, when she’s not *************** breaking the rules we all have to follow. No returns or refunds Australia sorry

@EE Have done. Engineer rectified some internet issues but only if all the equipment & main phone is in the bedroom as it's an external wall, wouldn't fix it in the office (even though that's less far into flat) because of Covid rules and said that can't be done until out of lockdown

@EE tried phoning for the 9th time this week!!!!! I need my phone as a keyworker & EMERGENCYS! and have had hardly any signal atall!!!! I will be withholding my payment unless someone contacts me ASAP!!!
