@EE outage again very poor at Christmas 🎄

Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales
@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE I have had major issues with signal over the last few days ! It’s getting ridiculous!

Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.
-
gareth worgan (@gareth13599) reported from Llanelli, Wales
@EE I have received exceptional customer service today over the phone from Shania davies from upgrades. Really went above and beyond to fix an issue. Please could you pass on my thanks again 😀

@back2theegg @EE Whilst failing at what they are supposed to be doing… providing a phone/broadband service or in southgates case… a winning football side. Both are failing.

@Firebird_psych @EE @GarethSouthgate Of the few people I have blocked, are predominantly feminists with a large following, who regularly encourage pile ons. The worst responses I have had here, always came from women. Telling men to go kill themselves is one I keep seeing and will never get over.
-
Ponsonby Whoaa (@ponsonby_whooa) reported
@EE @Stevee5 I just did a survey and 63% of respondents said it's not your problem to solve either, crap network service from EE and horrendous customer service did get mentioned a lot though,start problem solving there first 🤔 corporate virtue signalling is the worst virtue signalling

@EE Wow. What a remarkable tweet. Cannot believe such a large company would say this. Absolutely loving the copy and paste tweets that @EE are sending to anyone with an opinion on this statement showing they’re not evening listening. Awful decision to go ahead with this

Misandry Examples (@MisandryE) reported
@comic_boss @EE @nodge1985 I have a business, I never allow such PR to be done. Because its one thing to virtue signal, its another to do something meaningful. E.G. Some banged on about refugees on their social feed, I+others went out and helped them build furniture, never told a soul.

@EE A final solution?

Yves Adele Harlow (@HarlowYvesAdele) reported
@Tommycryptomad @mizuboh @EE I wonder if EE sees the irony in paying a woman to support misandry and bullying of men online?
