@EE Hi, can someone please contact me in regards to a 4G Pay as you go Wi-Fi box. I purchased this due to your coverage showing that I’d get perfect coverage inside and outside here yet it does not work. It’s not a device issue as we have tested this in different locations today

@EE Get ur poxy network fixed in the Colchester/Stanway area please. 2nd day on the bounce there’s been an outage. Tbh I’ve had enough, this happens far too often… I want out and will be calling to canx as soon as I’ve got enought signal 🙄

Honestly **** @EE this is now the second time this year they’ve tried to screw me over with my bill. I upgraded my Apple Watch. Paid an upfront fee agreed to monthly fee and now trying to charge me full price for the Watch. So done.

@EE can you tell me when you are going to install a replacement tower in my phone region, CO107EB. The reception is dire, the BTrouter you sent me is awful, worse than dial up from the 90’s. Please advise. A loyal 30 plus year customer of EE (orange) about to cancel.

@O2 what does my husband have to do to get his order finalised so he can receive his new phone? His My o2 account won’t activate so the order can’t complete but after numerous emails to you & a promised callback, he’s still waiting. Perhaps @EE or @Vodaphone4 would like to help?
