@EE I literally only upgraded with you guys because of the lockdown. @O2 couldn't onboard new customers as at 15th March 2020, credit facilities got shut down with little to no notice. The Apple Stores were closed down as non-essential 🙄 Ruined my life and my business basically

@EE I haven't upgraded my second line as a result of this device not performing properly and internet connectivity issues with HyperOptic and a faulty laptop from Argos, yet here I am paying hefty line rentals fees in and out of contract for both of these useless lines.

@niamha_x @virginmedia Second time in a week now. Not good at all, especially as its an all day issue. Thankfully I have a back up for some of it, but what's the point in having a smart house, with no WiFi. Thank heavens for @EE 5G keeping me online for work!
