    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    Hey @VodafoneUK I'm getting 4Mbps on 4G with you guys (and frequently no data at all) and 50Mbps with @EE at the same location. Waiting weeks for "engineers to fix it" is getting tiresome. Looks like I'll be moving when my contract is up.

    @EE been charged £50 more this month but I can’t log into My EE to see why. And I’m not receiving any password reset emails either. I’ve never had a good experience using this service.

    @EE This is basically the phone I was hoping existed when I took out my EE contract nearly 2 years ago; a phone where I could sit down without first having to take out of my pocket!

    My small win for today is I was paying far too much for my phone bill - managed to save a whopping £64 on my contract and now paying £20 a month. Massive thanks to Simon @EE Newcastle call centre for his help

    @EE Broadband issues, incredibly unreliable restarts every 45minutes and speeds drop every day at an exponential rate. We've had 2 new routers + plus another one which is on the way.
