    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @Stuart__Edwards @WeAreOpenreach @EE @EE and @WeAreOpenreach come on get it sorted. You are quick enough to take the money and promise the world. Now deliver this is not good enough. Poor service.

    @EE I have received exceptional customer service today over the phone from Shania davies from upgrades. Really went above and beyond to fix an issue. Please could you pass on my thanks again 😀

    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @scottyf82 @EE I've just left for O2. The price increases over the last few years are horrendous. I saw a post from an ex-EE employee who had recently left, staying they openly talk about how they are ripping people off and justifying it with 'biggest network in the UK'

    I’m on my 7th day without home broadband thanks to a faulty router. Obviously the xmas closures hasn’t helped the situation and delayed delivery. Wife’s had to cancel work for tomorrow because using hotspot isn’t going to work for her. @EE I think you guys should consider…

    @scottyf82 @EE I’ve just left them. I’d been with them since very close to the start. Only interested in selling you broadband even when you are just looking for a phone. Horrendous customer service and near impossible to speak to a human on the phone.

    @LiamNorris5 @EE Oh Christ. I’ve just started the ombudsman process now and felt optimistic but perhaps I shouldn’t feel so.. crazy how it’s been a known issue for a while now and the companies are refusing to do anything about it.

    @scottyf82 @EE We had the same, been loyal for 16+ years, everyone in the house has a phone iPad etc then when we went to take a new line xmass they wanted stupid money so we switched to sky and got it for a quarter the price.

    @scottyf82 @EE O2 are a worse network though in general, although they are getting better. Just switch your EE to an EE MVNO like 1p mobile

    @savill58124 @EE Terrible customer service from them. Even if it’s not happened in the warehouse it’s clearly a problem with dpd and they should be sorting it out not letting it carry on.
