@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Just got a earl to upgrade thanks to @EE waving my upgrade fee, always have incredible service from them, will definitely be looking to swap my WiFi to their 5gee plan asap from bt aswel as bt are completely un reliable

@EE Morning, I’ve had to get a EE PAYG sim for coverage in Birmingham at short notice. Service is excellent. Is it possible to upgrade that PAYG number into a pay monthly contract or do I need to set up a specific pay monthly sim? Thanks.

@EE cut me off and tried to charge me nearly £200 on the 11th (bill generated date) and not on the 19th (bill due date) because I spent £121 something on Microsoft Service. They told me my credit limit is £170. Ok. But they included my normal £75 bill into it…
