As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices β for nearly a MONTH.

Tom Brimelow (@tombrim21) reported@EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible Β£300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
