@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE @Kb19031160 So **** all of those who are not in the NHS or on lower incomes? Didn't realise I needed to be a receptionist at my local hospital to have a good deal and then still get ****** over 👍🏻

@EE @Kb19031160 EE has every right to increase their prices and take advantage that they are no longer bound by EU law. As customers we have every right to think that they are not a very customer friendly organisation and shop elsewhere. After 25yrs as a Orange / EE user I will be moving on

@Pauldonny1983 @EE I had been with EE since they were one2one and 4 years ago I had an unexpected bill from them they didn't do anything to help so I jumped ship to #three and I'm happy there, although I travel around the northeast alot and there's some signal blackspots but all good usually

@EE hey, I see that you are restoring roaming charges. If that is the case I will just use a network that doesn't charge when I do go abroad. You'll not get an email extra penny from me

@EE @bryonydixon Garbage. If we we still in the EU you wouldn't be doing this. Sold you soul.

Views from ‘the Left’ #FBPE 🏴🇳🇬🇬🇧
(@viewsfromleft) reported
@CallumWebley @KayBurley @EE It depends on whether the UK would want to make laws that would make it less attractive for EU citizens to visit the UK which we probably aren’t in a good enough position to do. But it will be more down to the companies if they choose to add that charge or not.
