As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

Heard nothing and still can’t access account. This has been going on since you swapped us from BT Looking for a new supplier 😡

Jenny (@JennyB311) reportedMy 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

SP (@SimonVelocity) reported@Benleo Had very similar with @EE utterly useless & even one year after it’s meant to have been sorted (thrown back within 14 days) they are still billing me per month for a non-existent broadband service. They are not just useless they are shysters too! They deserve to go skint!
