@MarcAllera @EE what a joke been with 121, EE, T-Mobile for over 16years and you can't be bothered to respond to a complaint, to the contrary your "executive team" of whom are incompetent actually diable our sim card "by accident" of which is the emergency contact No 4 our kids!

Trying to buy at PS5 Through @EE is a laughing stock, says £10 upfront cost but then get to checkout and they want £210 upfront they when you fill in all your Info it crashes and does nothing. Great way to treat long standing customers

@EE Had a very bad experience with your customer service today and appears I may have to wait up to 10 days to resolve an important issue. Not the service I once enjoyed when I first became a customer in the 2000s

@nigelwalsh @EE Move to Google Fi! You won't have to deal with customer service ever again. Everything works online. And my phone now has voice and data in 140+ countries. We moved the whole family 2 years ago.

@EE really frustrated mobile broadband not working since last Thursday in Brecon & we are home workers! Network status continues to show 8hrs to fix. No info coming forward.
