    @EE It’s about being overcharged since January so I guess billing/accounts. Have had two advisors say they’d sort the refund and would get back to me, but they never do.

    @EE how the hell can you treat people the way u have treated me! 4 weeks around 12 phone calls. Still not sorted my upgrade, ITS DISGUSTING!!! CONSTANTLY LIED TOO! your customer service sucks!

    Hey @EE when we're on interminable hold to get some customer service, it's really annoying getting told by some recording every 30 seconds how busy you are. Just once will do.
