@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE I am being told by Openreach that your 4G network can provide USO capable broadband in Abergavenny… it can’t, it is dire, at best 1.5mbps. Could you use your 5G network to tell them that, or do I simply have to relocate to Yr Wyddfa

@marcusBBbentley @EE Disgraceful, these companies do not give a **** pardon my language about the elderly. My mum hated chip and pin and used cheques all the time. It would be nice if another network jumped in to help your poor dad.

Hi @ee - your 4G has stopped in LE2 2FS - can you pull some strings to get it working again? Have spoken to your tech support, they’re completely unaware of any issues. Thanks!

@GettinTwitta @EE I had an issue when I received the sim. Turned out to be a Vodafone profile overriding the apn settings when using dual sim. New to me! Anyway they were really helpful, logical, friendly, professional, knowledgable (esp for 1st level) and we got there. So was impressed actually
