@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Disgraceful customer service from EE. As a longstanding customer I upgraded to a new plan and was promised beats headphones. Despite 5 calls of over an hour each no progress. Managers apparently at home

I was a loyal customer to @EE for 5 years then covid hits ***** my work up making me jobless fell behind on bills paid them all off and got up to date upgrade date due not allowed to upgrade then told to fully pay off my phone and tablet it’s £90 then to be told today it’s £249

@EE Could I please have some help with Apple Charge to Bill? I have a few subscriptions, and it would be nice to consolidate them into my EE Bill. However they all renew on different dates. Eg: 20th & 13th. My allowances reset on 2nd. Would these all just be included on one bill?
