@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE I have requested my pac code this morning by text, do I need to call to cancel my contract or has requesting the pac code done that and when I transfer my number across my contract is automatically cancelled?
