As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

I saw a post from an ex-EE employee who had recently left, staying they openly talk about how they are ripping people off and justifying it with 'biggest network in the UK'

nikki (@mi_shmash) reported@scottyf82 @EE We had the same, been loyal for 16+ years, everyone in the house has a phone iPad etc then when we went to take a new line xmass they wanted stupid money so we switched to sky and got it for a quarter the price.

Andrew (@Andrewislington) reported@scottyf82 @EE O2 are a worse network though in general, although they are getting better. Just switch your EE to an EE MVNO like 1p mobile
