As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.

The reason we donβt have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.

The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
