    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful
