  @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

  @EE Please can you help. I’ve just landed in Tenerife, I cannot get any service all I have is the aeroplane sign and SOS message. I can’t log on to the app because it wants me to verify my account by sending a text to my phone which I’m unable to receive text messages.
