@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE The point is I shouldn't have to use WiFi calling! Your network is becoming a disgrace and after a quick look on twitter I'm clearly not the only unhappy customer! You used to be a really good network but if things don't improve quick I won't be staying
