As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.

Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.

Dudley (@agoldentale) reported@EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
