@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE @RealGenerzon Probably because your customer service is abysmal, majority of your website doesn't work and hasn't been fixed over the last six months, getting a signal is like trying to get blood from a stone, you're more expensive than directly comparable packages... need i say more?

Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

So @EE can switch off your mobile signal for days and think it's alright when my landline call rate is expensive. If they offered free landline calls it would be alright. Never depend on your mobile phone. #EE

@EE On my account I have another phone which I pay for but is my 92 year old mothers which she no longer uses , I wanted to know if I can upgrade for a spare or just cancel it

Anyone trying to arrange a phone upgrade with @EE - good luck! Absolutely terrible service it’s taken me 4 phone calls and 2 hours and the phone that should have been delivered today is now not coming until 4th December. Absolute crap!
