@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

I cannot confirm if the child was broken, I wasn't given that information. I was only told about the phone. The person did suggest I get the phone number removed from the Google business listing. @bt_uk @EE any idea how I do this? (2/2)

@EE had one of your mini hubs sent to me through @bt_uk and it was brilliant. Unfortunately i woke up Sunday morning and no broadband. By the time i received it Monday my broadband was back. Bt want it back. If its goes down again the hub would already be with me without waiting

@EE @ITV @decappeal If you want to waste your time and money, I strongly recommend to go ahead with this company. I moved two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to supply my new home and all the responses that I get is that it will be fixed in 48h and then nothing. Terrible customers support.

@OpenreachHelp Indeed it is. Poor @EE keep telling me "it'll be done by next week" and "it'll be done in 2 days". It's beyond a joke now. Especially in an area where 4G coverage is weak too.
