@EE I think it is bad that you except people to pay for a internet connection also phones, and not notify people that the services are down, 1) I work from home so it is important to have a stable connection not cut out every couple of hours I beyond mad right now 😡

@EE been a customer for over ten years with multiple devices on my account - upgraded yesterday alerted there was a problem and I need to call them - 2 attempts so far totaling 105 mins still no answer. Why not be proactive and call your customers. 😡

@EE Please DM me as it is impossible to contact you, this has been going on for too long. Anyone reading this beware taking out an EE contract, they simply DO NOT HAVE customer service in my experience. Unless you want to take out or renew a phone.
