@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

@EE The might be there but not helpfull at all. We are 3 years 5 months EE customer but all we got is disrupted internet provision, sold higher value connection and when we are leaving country and want to cancel it we are levied with hefty charges not there in PCI

@_temmi @XboxP3 @EE Excuses for stubbornness. Either they want to play the games and will avail themselves one of many many ways for them to play them, or they wont, by choice, excluding themselves. They have been deciding on a game by game basis, your problem is youre only looking at whats not.

@EE @EE my account was hacked last Wednesday / Thursday, over the weekend nobody has done a thing. Customer service/FrAud team seem unconcerned and think 7 days after initial report is ok - I won’t hold my breath. Since then £316 has been added to my number that I have no access to.
