Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

John Martin Moore (@Dream_Sculptor) reported@EE Why is there no chat in the EE app, no way to connect to customer service from outside the UK without making a phone call?
-
Dave (@DEI_Bollard) reported@EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.
-
Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reportedGotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!
-
Luke Sampson (@OnSamps) reported@EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.
-
Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.
-
Steveo (@SteveA39845825) reported@EE can actually get in the App this morning. But can't expand 'MANAGE BROADBAND' to check speeds etc. Is there still a problem?????
-
RaSHiDa (@ItsOnlyRash) reported@EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?
-
Rachelle Georgina🇨🇮🇷🇴🇩🇪🏴 (@chellebadita) reported@darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.
-
Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

not jay (@notjay92349724) reported@EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff
