@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Well after all the problems I have had with EE recently. I was pleasantly surprised this morning. I drove past my local mast this morning and there was a huge crain hanging over it. When I arrived home from work this evening I was on full 5G signal .

@EE stop recycling people 6 times a day to try and fix your problem. I've been patient for days but I've had enough. You've made my connection worse by telling me to network reset now I'm not on 4g and you all ignoring that fact. I'm done with EE after this contract.

@EE Multiple trips in store have STILL not led to this being resolved. On the last occasion, the scanner was broken so the passport copy couldn’t be taken.

@GeorgeMonbiot Same thing happened to me with @EE when my Dad had a stroke. I even found out, prior to him having a stroke when he was poorly, they sold him in store, 2 x 3G devices, one to use in his car, he never owned a car, so clearly he was missold. They never refunded the money! Shocking.
