@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE It really doesn’t matter... Been down this road way too many times, just gonna run the contract down. Shame because your prices are good and the BT sport option is amazing. On the front of it it’s bliss but behind the front needs serious work

@nickbriggs72 @EE As an O2 customer with no dog in this fight, I don't understand why people are piling on Nick here. Presumably he pays for unlimited data, surely he and the other thousands like him could get a quid or two off their bill?

@Ryyymann @EE They won’t do anything, I’ve made many complaints along with documented proof of poor signal and they ALWAYS say mast signal work ongoing. They must have residence at this particular mast as they’re always there working on it when I speak to them
