Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!
-
Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, WalesShocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.
-

-
Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported@bt_uk @ee Both My BT or the ee app won't let me track my order. Both apps are crap.
-
Michael (@MichaelPyle3) reported@MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.
-
Lisa :) (@lsl_scott) reported@EE Why tell me to call when I have to make a complaint online? More time wasting.
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Alan Aldridge (@afaldridge) reported@EE @Vizique Your customer service is a waste of time. I have been trying for the past 3 days, get nowhere.
-
Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
-
A -8 (@panchi_hoop) reported@EE hi I been sent a letter to my address with an unknown person name requesting return of equipment. I am not a customer or have never requested any equipment.
-
Mark Bell (@mightymarkuk) reported@EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK
-
Natasha (@NatashaB819) reported@EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time
-
Carl bell (@carlbell85) reported@EE Tried that they can't help I will stop paying the bill and see how long it takes you to sort it then
