@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Your delivery company DPD have shifted focus to help getting supplies to Ukraine. If your customer service team were aware they could have set better expectations for their customers. I know this from a news article seen on local station tonight

@EE have gota be up there with Vodafone for the worst phone networks going now. Roll on May for this contract to be up.
