As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay ยฃ122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

peter bruce๐ (@peterbruce) reported@EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .
