@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@BeastlyBeautyUK FYI. My phone died! ha ha. I dropped it so I now have a new phone (with battery life) and contract. I'm just waiting for my number to transfer over. Should be tomorrow. Went with @EE because @virginmedia have shut down all their stores! #BadMove

@EE My internet connection is so bad with you that I physically can’t upload a 17mb file to my Etsy store even when connected to the router with an Ethernet cable. How can this be fixed? I use my phone data constantly because of your weak service.

@EE I have no coverage for 6 days now. This is just ridiculous. I check your coverage website every single day and it says you know of a problem in the area, but six days?! We can't do our jobs. Please fix it.
