To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@mags_louise I ****** all the big companies off and went with @EE. Hardly ever get any issues and when I do, they diet them pretty quickly. Reasonably priced too, I think I've got the 2nd highest package with unlimmtted Internet and its around £26 a month

@EE Shocked I tell ya! Can’t login to app for a few months as it just gives an error. Website down too. New billing period and can’t transfer any data to family members. Signal in areas seems to be getting worse, yet EE are the best? Please state your metrics and measurement period.

Dear @ee and @O2 I’m counting down until I can change provider, AGAIN. Please sort the basics. So bored of hearing about 5G etc when every day I drive through areas which don’t even have a basic phone signal. It’s North Wales & N.Shropshire, not the moon.
