    @EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

    @EE £100 excess to fix a screen which you can buy for £20-30.... not sure what exactly I’m paying for each month. I’ll be cancelling the insurance and looking elsewhere.

    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

    @EE It’s all been resolved thank you. Is it possible I could pass on some feedback to Chloe from your Merthyr office. She was brilliant, called me back when she said she would. Resolved by issue, and called today just to make sure all was okay. Great service. 👍🏽

    To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
