@EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

@EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

@EE I know she has 14 days to switch away as it was purchased over the phone but I prefer to get this fixed for her and she can be happy if not to cancel is it just switch out using her PAC code within the 14days seen as she cannot even receive calls properly @juleshoyle

@EE there’s a clear problem with my broadband. For days it’s been dropping out, but now it’s constantly off and the red broadband light is staying on. Called up to be told we’ve had a new electrical appliance… err no we haven’t. Downdetector indicates there’s a clear issue!
