    @EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

    @EE just had a bad experience with yourselves. Ordered a new apple smart watch on Monday. Was told it would arrive Tuesday if not it would arrive Wednesday/Thursday.Nothing has arrived. I have called up today to be told what I have ordered isn’t in stock and nothing been sent 1/2

    Credit where credit is due. @ee have, without any fighting or unpleasantness, allowed me to break my mobile contract early as I was not happy about certain aspects of the service. Good customer service will not go forgotten.

    @EE I absolutely will! Contrast to when I left Three where they misled me so outrageously that I ended up with £100 due to their dreadful customer retention tactics. Sadly, they were holding dear to those same tactics years later when a friend had the same experience. Never again.

    My last day on @ThreeUKSupport network PAYG. I put up with the rubbish signal as they were the cheapest. Raised prices during pandemic and I was topping up 4 times as often. (£5 per month to £5 per week) #ripoff #exploitation #poorservice. Moving to @1pMobile using @EE network.
