@EE £100 excess to fix a screen which you can buy for £20-30.... not sure what exactly I’m paying for each month. I’ll be cancelling the insurance and looking elsewhere.

Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

@EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

@DaveZ_uk @EE Never had problems with EE, except when it rains, or is hot or foggy, or most every week the signal dies. I've been with them for 16 years. 5G unnecessary. Just a way to earn a few Billion for the Treasury
