    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

    @EE what a ridiculous network have been on annual upgrades for multiple years went to follow through with it again to be told my plan had been changed and there’s nothing they can do

    @EE It’s all been resolved thank you. Is it possible I could pass on some feedback to Chloe from your Merthyr office. She was brilliant, called me back when she said she would. Resolved by issue, and called today just to make sure all was okay. Great service. 👍🏽

    @EE is my device covered for accidental damage? I don’t have insurance on the device, so understand there would be maybe an OOW repair cost. Do you know how much this may be?

    @VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers
