@SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE Seriously, outside of major cities your coverage varies between poor and non-existent. On train between London and Newcastle and have been more or less without 4G for most of the journey so far
