@EE Hi there, I have for some time had no or little signal in my own home, I can walk 5-10 meters away from the house and I get perfectly fine 4G signal but 90% of the time I can’t even make telephone calls on my mobile in the house...

Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

@EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

@M4ttso @retalsp @EE Mine does the same — tremendously annoying, but when I report they say there’s no evidence of it happening. When it happens, I’m stuck as my router is downstairs and I’m not going to get out of bed in the middle of the night for it, especially with mobility problems.
