@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE
-
Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales
So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂
-
Nathan Fox (@Foxy_005) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@RosssYoungx @EE Who cares, iPhone sucks
-
Connor Botwright (@ConnorBotwright) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.
-
MIKE NEATE (@PHOENIXS80) reported from Llantwit Major, Wales
@StThrobber To be fair mate I like @EE and the work phones are now on their network too so it’s even more frustrating if I need to work from home, hopefully they can sort something out
-
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales
@MarcAllera @EE @DevonLiveNews Always pleased to read news like this. I don't subscribe to the EE network but even so filling of network blackspots is always welcome in my book
-
floyd cooper (@floyd2103) reported from Risca, Wales
@HavardLiam @EE I ******* hate shit like this
-
Vale Cake Boutique (@VCBcom) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales
@EE Message sent but your sales department told me that you couldn't resolve the issue today, so I'm having to leave work and visit a shop to get yet another new one in time for him to take away, to avoid more disappointment!
-
Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.
-
Anthony Pesticcio (@TheRealBerty) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE @Rhysmay08 Russ please help this ****, he haven’t shut up all morning! #KevinBacon
-
Mark Rees PT (@markreesPT1970) reported from Barry, Wales
@EE I can understand not being able to ring or text out but I am not receiving calls It is outrageous way to treat a customer, basically I no one is able to contact me, so if a family member is ill there is no way to let me know shocking

@EE We will be leaving your network due to your very poor decision on roaming charges.
-
Carl Michael (@MikeDefiesLife) reported
@EE @jontutoring And the management couldn't foresee these 'incredible pressures to invest in the network?' #Poorform Goodbye EE. #RoamingCharges
-
vinny (@vintweet83) reported
@morvenplace @EE They have changed the terms of your contract you can terminate early
-
Nick (@Felegundin) reported
@EE hi, one been having issues with my router for a couple of days with internet cutting out during work hours. Can you please help resolve
-
Jack Harrison (@VillaFan001) reported
@EE @mostynmithering Those pressures still applied when you promised you weren’t going to reintroduce the charges less than six months ago, though. It would be nice to see some proper customer engagement rather than copy-pasting the same response to everybody who raises the issue.
-
Grant Smith (@TheGrantSmith) reported
@MartinSLewis Well thankfully I’ve only got another 8 weeks left on my contract with @EE. If other providers are not reintroducing roaming charges then I will look elsewhere for a contract, and maybe I’ll treat myself to a new phone while I’m at it.
-
Phil Sledge (@Phil_Sledge) reported
Over 200 days ago I got a new iPhone 12 from @EE with a 5G contract. I think I have been on a 5G network for about 60 minutes. I wonder if they will offer a refund or say they are working on getting in my neighbourhood by 2030.
-
Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported
@EE You want to invest in the network, and raise funds to cover that investment? Why not come up with a product/ service people want to pay for, rather than this, which is the opposite. We absolutely do not want to pay for roaming charges, that’s just how mobile should work.
-
Emma Donnelly (@emmcdonnelly) reported
@EE Hi Jess. It was under my married surname so different name. I called after a frustrating event this morning. A systems problem which made me 😤. He listened, was kind, understanding, very intelligent and helped put everything right. I trusted him straight away. Just great. 👍
