    Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

    @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

    @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

    Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

    £720 short this Crimbo due to incorrect billing by @EE. Said they would refund it in 72hrs. That was 10 days ago. They didn't process it! Today, they said another 8 days. Bills to pay early Jan, but nothing they can do to help, apparently. #complaint #nothappy @BTGroup #Casemiro

    @EE Hi. One of my plans has no data allowance after most recent billing date. Rep on 150 said that because the user was roaming when the allowances refreshed, no data will be given until the next bill date a month from now. Yet I'm expected to pay. Seems crazy, how do I fix it?

    @EE So disappointed with EE customer service. Had an online quote which was not honoured leading to a very disappointed teenage daughter. 3 customers lost tonight.

    @EE Hi, this isn't a problem that can be fixed by checking the 'signal' in my area. I was in Glasgow City centre on Xmas morning and an almost non existent signal. Your company are turning masts off. The emergency services use your network and I'm sure there's problems there too.
