@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

@northolt3103 @EE Yes. Dropped calls. Dropped data. Black spots everywhere. It started with 5g as they just upgraded the 4g masts to it. Problem is it doesn’t spread as far. Going to try Vodafone as I can’t have these dropped calls continuously.

@northolt3103 @EE The phantom 5G. I have a work phone on EE and a personal phone on O2. EE has better overall signal but a lot of the time the 5G is shocking on both. It’s 3G at best. Think they just changed the icon to make us think we’re getting the best possible signal.

@EE I recently ‘upgraded’ my broadband complete with new hub, and it’s now awful!! Drops all the time, multiple time an hour I had to turn off and on again on my phone!

@northolt3103 @EE My provider used their network and it's much worse than O2 but after O2 was putting up prices again I changed after 29 years with them, Feb up with paying 3* as much for less.
