@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@RealTimVine @EE Former employee & husband is a current employee. Call 450 (07973100150 might help as you’re a public figure - EE has specialist dept) & a lot of you prefer PAYG option. Do the thing you probably hate - let them know who you are and it’s likely they will prioritise your issue

@EE thanks for your reply. Yes, regular mobile numbers + std v/m, all fail. Only see 1 roaming network. Agree it's strange that data works fine Also fails with "call over wif-fi" & wi-fi on or off
