@EE r shit other half updated his phone now not working. EE said he would have to send it to be repaired. With a charge. So now has to pay for a phone he can't use

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

Got completely led down the garden path by @EE, to be stopped by a referral to underwriters - and they declined me for no reason?! I'm now completely screwed for internet because my current speed is non-existent. So ******* fed up with this country and ******* credit agencies!!

@mags_louise I ****** all the big companies off and went with @EE. Hardly ever get any issues and when I do, they diet them pretty quickly. Reasonably priced too, I think I've got the 2nd highest package with unlimmtted Internet and its around £26 a month

@EE I've ordered a phone online and was asked to call and confirm details. Which isn't very convenient as my old phone is broken, i don't have a landline or a workphone, and I live alone.
