  • TomWise_
Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • chickenshed24
sheryl fussell (@chickenshed24) reported from Rudry, Wales

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

  • gilliehowells
Gill Howells (@gilliehowells) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@EE Thank you @EE for contacting Mum today to discuss the poor service she received yesterday. Very much appreciated 🙌

  • savalleyboy
Dino Tessaro (@savalleyboy) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

@EE What a complete and utter nonsense! Trying to return some broadband equipment to EE, told because of COVID they can’t accept it, go to the post office next door no problem at all. Come on EE get your act together!

  • charlesTdale
charlesTdale (@charlesTdale) reported from Penarth, Wales

@sarky_sheena @EE I’d have had more chance of hitting the person I was calling in Cardiff by throwing the phone at them than getting a signal in Tenby

  • TheRhysCooper
Rhys (@TheRhysCooper) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Same issue unfortunately plus the sim is no longer picking up 5G and has reverted back to 4G when using my new handset.

  • chickenshed24
sheryl fussell (@chickenshed24) reported from Rudry, Wales

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

  • KaceyEdwards91
    K A C E Y (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontllanfraith, Wales

Left @ee 2 months ago, paid a final bill, still haven’t had confirmation account is closed and still having text message updates about the problems in the area 🥱

  • thejoolzman
Jules Morgan (@thejoolzman) reported from Penarth, Wales

@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

  • nonwatcyn
NonWatcyn #IndyWales (@nonwatcyn) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • TheRhysCooper
Rhys Cooper (@TheRhysCooper) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

  • Bubwal
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • dklthomas6666
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales

@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  • brianevans83
Brian Evans (@brianevans83) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE Have been unable to phone due to lack of service. Only now getting in and using WiFi.

  • thisisjmx
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

  • markreesPT1970

@EE can you tell me how I can cancel my recent sim-only renewal please? I moved to a capped-speed plan (was on uncapped) and it's absolutely rubbish even for normal browsing

  • KingArtAT
    ZŁOTÓWA ***** *** (@KingArtAT) reported

I hate @EE . It’s the worst network right now. I can’t wait for my contract to finish.

  • MickyJones_
    Micky Jones (@MickyJones_) reported

@EE I got it done on the website eventually. The app is still down

  • SallyFinestone
    Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported

@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

  • PaulKohlerSW19
Paul Kohler🔶MP for Wimbledon (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported

I’m trying to talk to someone at @EE as my phone is not receiving calls, but every time I try to do so I get a text message promising to call me back to discuss the problem! I can’t but help think there’s a flaw in that process? @Ee can you please DM me with a number I can ring

  • OhmLfc1979
    Omar (@OhmLfc1979) reported

@JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.

  • gypsydog2
    steve* (@gypsydog2) reported

Thats nothing. @EE came to my door told me that if I didnt need my home line they would beat my talk talk bill(£36)that included tv for £31 so I switched, they sent no tv box then wanted to charge me another £24 extra for basic tv box so They wanted £55 for a lesser service
