@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE how comes I’m not receiving anything higher than 3G today. My WiFi is being rocky, and normally I’d use my 5G to still give me connectivity. This is beyond crap. Fix it please. My girlfriend is getting her max speeds on 5G and she’s 2 metres away.

@EE Increase contract prices then, don't hide behind inflation! Already one of the most expensive networks. I don't mind paying extra for service with EE but not an 4%. I'd never have upgraded had I known. I've went from full signal to 1 bar or less so paying more for poorer service.
