@EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE @rootmetrics I struggle to believe this. Had issues with EE in numerous places, won’t release from contract as they’re not my postcode. It’s really as if my mobile phone cannot be mobile, that it’s a fixed line - they’re basically saying how dare you use your phone away from home.

@EE I read that texting "VM OFF" to 150 turns off Voice Mail, but 150 replies with "We've had a problem with your request, please try again a little later". Tried 3x, same result each time.
