    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

    @EE I am truly sorry to bother you on a Bank Holiday but I'm trying to add the paid for ( non- eu) roaming to my account and it just keeps sending the same message back about roaming in Spain. Grateful for any help

    Hey @EE how can I chat to customer support from abroad? Got a roam further add on (doesn’t work), added extra minutes for abroad (doesn’t work - I literally can’t call any number). Oh how about turning on roaming in the app? Oh no that service is not possible!

    @EE Problems constantly with network coverage with a £90 a month phone bill. The worst provider I’ve ever had. How they get away with the service is unbelievable

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @EE Its more than strange, its outright deceitful. I've been with EE since the days of Orange, I was trying to stay loyal despite being offered a cheaper and faster service with Communityfibre. Now I'm going to take them up on that offer, thanks. I don't need to be messed about.

    @EE After two lengthy chat sessions (on Saturday and Sunday) you're billing me £10.44 extra for a 'roam further' add-on which I'm still unable to use as I have "no service". Thanks for absolutely nothing. Very disappointing after more than a decade of using your network!

    Disgusted with @EE just been onto your live chat team who told me they can't help me (despite promising I wouldn't be cut off before Thursday, I was) and the advice I've been left with was 'download Skype to call us because we cut you off'. As a result I am stranded at hospital.

    @EE What a nightmare, asked for an upgrade to the 71Mbps service and was given what turned out to be a downgrade. When asked to go back to the notably faster service I had a mere 3 days ago, was told my line can no longer support that speed due to deterioration!? Time to leave EE!

    @EE just been hung up on by an EE customer service person for challenging her after being told that there are different offers for upgrading online, in store and on the phone. But noone would be able to tell me where the cheaper on line. Really???
