EE Issues Reports Near Cardiff, Wales

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cardiff and nearby locations:

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • tanyasimoneox t🍉 (@tanyasimoneox) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • markreesPT1970 Mark Rees PT (@markreesPT1970) reported from Barry, Wales

@EE I can understand not being able to ring or text out but I am not receiving calls It is outrageous way to treat a customer, basically I no one is able to contact me, so if a family member is ill there is no way to let me know shocking

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • AshL93 Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

  • KaceyEdwards91 K A C E Y (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontllanfraith, Wales

Left @ee 2 months ago, paid a final bill, still haven’t had confirmation account is closed and still having text message updates about the problems in the area 🥱

  • HuwJones58 Huw Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

  • ConnorBotwright Connor Botwright (@ConnorBotwright) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.

  • floyd2103 floyd cooper (@floyd2103) reported from Risca, Wales

    @HavardLiam @EE I ******* hate shit like this

  • Tyrone_PT Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  • TheRealBerty Anthony Pesticcio (@TheRealBerty) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE @Rhysmay08 Russ please help this ****, he haven’t shut up all morning! #KevinBacon

  • peterkin1010 Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@MarcAllera @EE @DevonLiveNews Always pleased to read news like this. I don't subscribe to the EE network but even so filling of network blackspots is always welcome in my book

Any update pls @EE - still no signal here CF39- #nosignalhere six days now... cheers!

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • markreesPT1970 Mark Rees PT (@markreesPT1970) reported from Barry, Wales

@EE I was told that I had to borrow money to pay my bill and only then would I be allowed to have incoming calls back what a joke no one has been in xon5act with me since last Friday, no one at all to say I was being cut off shocking way to treat a customer

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • gb_right9 Guilty of Being Right (@gb_right9) reported

@EE It's been nearly a month since i reported issues with the mobile wifi. Initially told it was due to works in the area, then that the sim might be faulty, then that the hub needs to be fixed. I was THEN told it was working fine even (after being sent back) though it wasn't p1

  • jamesrprichard James Prichard (@jamesrprichard) reported

@EE Hi. Just wanted to let you know that my partner had the worst personal service from your Watford store today. Didn’t do what they said they would, and refused to help. I’m disgusted & wouldn’t currently recommend you to anyone. Please help.

  • dantom999 Chris G (@dantom999) reported

@EE why have you allowed emergency alerts app to be installed onto my mobile without my permission I want it removed immediately as I'm unable to delete it

  • MarkAWigmore Mark Wigmore (@MarkAWigmore) reported

@EE The last I heard from Plusnet was, "Thanks for getting back to us Mark, our network doesn't actually support WiFi calling, however that is something we're hoping to introduce in the future."

  • sadelta99 Andy (@sadelta99) reported

@virginmedia Any link for the new service - and how come all the other providers are still running WiFi on tube @EE @ThreeUK etc

  • KevinCarrC Kevin Carr (@KevinCarrC) reported

@EE customer service is surprisingly bad - because I won’t answer a call at random times on a Sunday, they close the complaint & make you start again by complaining to a different dept (rather than just passing it over internally) So many big firms with terrible customer service!

  • PlayforthSarah Sarah-Kimberley (@PlayforthSarah) reported

@Retepselwon @EE Their executive department isnt no better. incapable of sending a simple deadlock letter. Jade says she will speak when ur in store so travel 15 miles to store just for her to ask for EE member then hang up without speaking to myself. Disgusting now I see why my stepdaughter left

  • 2020_livelife Harsha Patel-Shah (@2020_livelife) reported

@EE if I remove notifications as I don't want to receive the emergency one on the 23rd April. Can you confirm my service will not be affected . I did not sign up to SPAM
