Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

@EE been trying to upgrade my phone for the last week no luck online everytime I put the iPhone I want it says sorry page not here and been on hold for hours to customer service. Been a customer since 2007 and never had this sort of issue when trying to upgrade!
