    @EE Please inform me why I cannot access your online service. It says, “Sorry we were unable to complete your request right now. Please call our customer service team on 150”. I want to do this online tonight as cannot ring 150 in the days this week.

    @EE I am truly sorry to bother you on a Bank Holiday but I'm trying to add the paid for ( non- eu) roaming to my account and it just keeps sending the same message back about roaming in Spain. Grateful for any help

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

    @EE look at your dms I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max 1TB and still no text to say it’s coming? Please can you tell me why this is happening?? I’ve always got mine on launch day and it’s upsetting for me not just me at that but others too. Pls help us🙄

    Never had this much struggle ordering a phone. Ordered the 13 pro, 4 times this week from @EE as order kept getting cancelled for no reason. Yesterday’s order went through, phone supposed to arrive today and it’s delayed!!!

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Average call waiting time 30 minutes then cut off. When you do get through to someone they say their system is down and they will call you back. That was a week ago #badcustomerservice

    @EE So basically wait and see? That’s awful. It’s taken me to contact ee to find out it’s delayed. I was told when I preordered that I would receive it today. I wouldn’t mind but they cost a fortune. And it only seems to be EE having any issues providing them. Poor effort.

    @EE First come first served basis isn’t really good enough when you pre order and it states you will receive on launch day. To also have no contact is ridiculous. And to pay an upfront cost for something that doesn’t arrive on time is poor service.
