@EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

@EE @EE Broadband & phone line is currently down % there's no way to contact you to try rectify the issue because you are apparently closed. I'm disabled and need it to be working in case of emergency. Demand for services doesn't stop at a certain time of day, help should be 24/7

@EE incompetence and abysmal customer service. Been waiting a week for my phone number to move, had 4 days of sorry wrong sim - use this other one and it will definitely happen tomorrow but it’s now a week and still no number. In the meantime my work and business are affected!

Hello @EE my broadband has gone down in FY5. Smart hub giving a flashing aqua colour on restart, have checked all cables, everything fine, had all new hardware fitted shortly before new year. I need broadband to WFH, can you update me when this will be fixed.
