Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

@EE I ordered upgrade iPhone 12 pro on 19th Nov. EE text on 10th Dec said phone would ship today...just called CS for an update, there are no handsets in stock and can’t tell me when I may get the new handset. I’m now looking for alternative network deals.

@ee I moved from 3 due to bad service. I have been trying give you my money by setting up a business account but it has been 2 months now of a comedy of errors and I am now questioning my decision. All I want is to get a phone set up. This is a joke
