My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

I was also due a callback last week about my mobile/broadband/tv package but no one bothered phoning. Terrible customer service.
