Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.
