@EE Oh well off to care phone whare house I do sim only better for me as used to be with you only when it came time to up grade never ever did I get a phone I wanted ony what you wanted to give and I'd been with orange as you were since 18 years old first mobile motorala.

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

Just want to express my gratitude to Charlene of @EE who provided exceptional customer service today. After a very frustrating 2 hours on your online chat, she sorted it in minutes. She needs to be training her wider colleagues on how to assist customers. Other 3 weren't good!
