Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE It's just been dropping out and not loading anything. if I'm already watching something it just freezes. I have unlimited Internet so it's not a case that I've hit my cap. My sisters on the same network and hers works perfectly fine. Were as I'm stuck with a no connection error.

@jamiemufc187 @SkyHelpTeam Don't go to virgin if you end up with a fault on your line they'll take months to fix it and make you chase them up. My suggestion would be to get a 5g router and put a SIM card in it from a network of your choice. I'm getting 300 mbs with @EE and we're running 3 gaming machines

@acefaceaaron @virginmedia If I was you I would seriously consider buying a 5G router if you've got a good signal in your area. We've also been waiting on virgin to fix a cable and ended up buying a 5g router and are seeing speeds of 300 mbs from @EE for £30 per month.
