Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE
-
Lee Webster (@leeweb79) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

-
Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesSo I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡
-
Rhys (@TheRhysCooper) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE Same issue unfortunately plus the sim is no longer picking up 5G and has reverted back to 4G when using my new handset.
-
NonWatcyn #IndyWales (@nonwatcyn) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’
-
lee williams (@thelee_x_w) reported from Cwmbran Central, WalesAnyone else fed up of @EE got ripped off in my last upgrade, been in twice recently to try n upgrade another line and their systems are down. Might it be time to change my provider? Anyone suggest a good one?
-
John Wilkinson – Chart.PR, FCIPR (@thatWilkochap) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE Hi there. We’ve got an outage in Cardiff but your system says it’ll be back up within 8 days. That’s a joke, right?! 😳
-
Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, WalesSo @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂
-
Ben Williams (@BenThatFlies) reported from Penmaen, Wales@EE we’re having more issues with your broadband again! Not working at all now, and according to the online tools it’s all working fine!
-
Destiny La Roja 💖 (she/they) (@DestinyRoja) reported from Cathays, Wales@EE why would you remove my discount, overcharge me £100 and refuse to fix it
-
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?
-
Kathryn Williams (@KathW80) reported from Cardiff, WalesHello @EE your phone service in Pontcanna, Cardiff is appalling. People still like to talk to people!!
-
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too
-
Karma Samsara (@CarolwalesKarma) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.
-
Iestyn T Davies (@iestyntdavies) reported from Newport, Wales@Spudsghost @EE The @virginmedia crapness is to do with their router I think it’s useless and can’t send the WiFi through paper thin plasterboard or handle the TV signal
-
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Friends Of The Stoop #COYQ 🃏 (@QuinsFOTS) reported@EE since Monday, I have used the text service as told only way to report issue. Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you aren’t meeting your promises, never again
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
'Honest' JonWilliams (@honestjon74) reportedTrying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.
-
Tim Clay (@TimClay20) reported@EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.
-
Kati Thompson (@CrazyRatLady80) reported@EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?
-
JT100 💙 (@JT100_London) reported@EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks
-
A -8 (@panchi_hoop) reported@EE hi I been sent a letter to my address with an unknown person name requesting return of equipment. I am not a customer or have never requested any equipment.
-

-
Ryan (@ryan_eccles9) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE When my contract finishes with @EE at Christmas I won't be renewing either ridiculous been with them 12 years prices and 5g coverage is terrible
-
Mark Randall (@MarkyTalk) reported@EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.
