No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

Ruth Smith (@RuthieBoob) reported@EE It’s more than concerning and there’s no point in getting the return checked because it’s already been confirmed as never being received. I’ve had services suspended because of this and none of it is my fault. I cannot do anything about it it’s unfair. Why was I not informed earlier so I could have made a claim with Royal Mail. The handset is gone through no fault of mine and now I’m liable for it. Even though it was sent recorded but now because it’s been over the time limit I can’t do anything, plus who keeps receipt’s this long.
