Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
