Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.
-
Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales@EE - Yet again rubbish signal in my area, wonder why I'm paying for such a poor service
-
Kathryn Williams (@KathW80) reported from Cardiff, WalesHello @EE your phone service in Pontcanna, Cardiff is appalling. People still like to talk to people!!
-
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too
-
Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesSo I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesSo after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....
-
Robert Purvis (@robertpurvis) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE All sorted when I was finally given the correct number for your sales team. Previous account closed, but was causing issues with website purchase.
-
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE
-
Uncle Fester (@stewpalm) reported from Wenvoe, Wales@EE Shite service from you today. Not impressed
-
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

Chris Lent (@MrChrisLent) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

NonWatcyn #IndyWales (@nonwatcyn) reported from Cardiff, Wales@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@WeAreOpenreach @EE If Openreach can’t sort them self out and supply a reliable service, then we should be allowed to cancel our contracts free of charge. It’s a complete shambles that many of us are self employed and can’t work. @Starlink can you come to the rescue!!!!.
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
-
Josh Russell (C) (@Josh_Russ10) reported@EE what the heck is going with your service lately? My connection has been woeful as of late
-
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported@MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)
-
Ian Jacklin (@IanJacklin1) reported@EE @nstoker Network doesn't allow calls here in the UK
-
Graham (@BarnetAkela) reportedHad what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?
-
Louise cooksley (@louise_cooksley) reported@EE I contacted you in June regarding my parents tv broadband mobile and land line, ringing 150 was perfect and we received excellent service over the phone, sadly that’s where it ends My mum is now without mobile data, and they have no internet or land line absolutely shocking
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time off on was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

Darren Alexander (@Alexander220517) reported@EE @birthdaycakexo The whole country’s the same, Inverness, Angus and Dundee area… when I went down to England it was the same. Service providers know yet they keep panning the customers off with the same bullshit. The uks infrastructure is a joke and it’s not going to get better
