My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

[LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. ๐ค [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.
