I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

Rochelle Theaker (@roch123) reported from Cardiff, WalesAbsolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reported@EE Looked on app. Still has original contract. No sign of new one. I know you have cancelled it. It’s not the first time. I will just cancel it and go elsewhere. The number is not important although can be ported. I have 9 lines and 5 out of contract. Your choice
