Ecko man (@Ecko1957) reported@EE So today an engineer comes and checks our faulty Internet and says call EE and ask them to send you a new router. Phone EE and told no you can't have a new router. So we have no proper Internet. Should I cancel my direct debit until it is sorted out. @Ofcom
