Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Alway and nearby locations:

  • KathW80 Kathryn Williams (@KathW80) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Hello @EE your phone service in Pontcanna, Cardiff is appalling. People still like to talk to people!!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

  • KaceyEdwards91 Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

  • charlesTdale charlesTdale (@charlesTdale) reported from Penarth, Wales

@sarky_sheena @EE I’d have had more chance of hitting the person I was calling in Cardiff by throwing the phone at them than getting a signal in Tenby

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Between the service I’ve received from @AppleSupport and @EE about my broken phone, which is no fault of my own btw I am seriously considering knocking a mobile on the head and going back to the old landline! So much easier! #PhoneStress #21stCenturyProblems 🙈🙈🙈

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • Tyrone_PT Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • atifter Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  • VCBcom Vale Cake Boutique (@VCBcom) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

@EE Message sent but your sales department told me that you couldn't resolve the issue today, so I'm having to leave work and visit a shop to get yet another new one in time for him to take away, to avoid more disappointment!

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • Foxy_005 Nathan Fox (@Foxy_005) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RosssYoungx @EE Who cares, iPhone sucks

  • daflewis_botn 𝖣𝖺𝖿𝗒𝖽𝖽 𝖫𝖾𝗐𝗂𝗌 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🦢 (@daflewis_botn) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE General browsing & loading web pages through safari. Only seems to have an issue when in the city centre as soon as I leave to I don’t seem to have an issue

  • russsprout1974 Russell-Sprout (@russsprout1974) reported

@EE Hi - I have just upgraded my pay monthly plan to a £74 per month deal. As this deal is advertised at £74 per month I assume that includes VAT as I am not a business customer? I have DM’d you guys but nobody has responded!

  • StokesBakes Kimberley (@StokesBakes) reported

@EE -to a phone she can use or going out during a pandemic with a very fast spreading virus and a severely weakened immune system. Clearly your company doesn't care about their vulnerable customers enough to try and help them.

  • anniela2000 Annie La (@anniela2000) reported

@Arbzzo @EE I am having the same problem, after being a loyal customer for 10 years this is absolutely disgraceful

  • Derz92 Nick (@Derz92) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply, Currently on PAYG so can’t use WiFi calling. Signal back up now though. Just annoying it’s been so consistently down for the last few weeks on the UK’s best network

  • stubode Stuart Bode (@stubode) reported

    @EE I need help please

  • StokesBakes Kimberley (@StokesBakes) reported

@EE - your network as there's a store closer to her and was sold the phone - she didn't know what she wanted and I can see why this phone was the choice she was sold but because she's used to the iPhone she's struggling a lot with the Doro. All she wants is the SIM (she doesn't -

  • EdieLewis_ Edie (@EdieLewis_) reported

@RachelSJohnson @EE but they also have a live chat for help on their website.

  • StokesBakes Kimberley (@StokesBakes) reported

@EE She has a number and the SIM only contract but never received a SIM that I am aware, the Doro phone is SIM free and was set up for her in store when she took out the SIM only contract. She doesn't mind getting a new SIM but wanted to be in a SIM only contract rather than PAYG

  • Anonymous311819 Anonymous (@Anonymous311819) reported

@EE Hi there, thank you for your reply. This actually was another problem before, where it was not possible to view all the available plans at once. However, it appears that this has since been resolved. I can see two plans that I am interested in, but would like further... (1/2)
