Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • fireavon david pimm (@fireavon) reported from Clevedon, England

@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.

  • roch123 Rochelle Theaker (@roch123) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • TheRhysCooper Rhys Cooper (@TheRhysCooper) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • EugeneOakharold Eugene OCarroll (@EugeneOakharold) reported from Langstone, Wales

@EE the network is quite slow today NP18 2NT any ideas??

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

@EE I need help with nuisance calls can you direct message me please as I don’t want to place all the numbers on here

  • Real_Baz Baz (@Real_Baz) reported

@EE Hi, we’re due upgrades on 3 devices as there out of contract now. But may hang fire until December when hopefully unlocked models will be available so we can use our UAE SIM cards as it works out cheaper as we spend 4 weeks away so around £12 per day can become expensive

  • alfarocrypto alfarocrypto (@alfarocrypto) reported

@EE is there something wrong with signal in the south Hampshire area. Would be great to be able to dial out occasionally and also finish a conversation without getting cut off? Send help please...

  • Edison35489855 Edison (@Edison35489855) reported

  • l1ckndribble L1ckndribble (@l1ckndribble) reported

  • TMG_1991 Tom 🎮 (@TMG_1991) reported

@EE I think that this is something that you should be advising your customers. Online gaming does not work with this solution as your NAT type is locked to band 3 / D. For those looking for a home broadband solution, this will not work 1/2

  • NEDSTEREDDY1972 NEIL EDDY (@NEDSTEREDDY1972) reported

@EE Can you tell me why you sent me an upgrade email offer available for the next 48 hours but when you click on it it says voucher not valid. Great customer service.🙈🙈

  • w308forklift w308forklift_osrs (@w308forklift) reported

@England @BukayoSaka87 @EE Hate stuff like this. Looks like this is all they do all day. **** the bean bags I wanna see them training!

  • MikeCannon999 Mike Cannon (@MikeCannon999) reported

@EE Thanks Russ, according to OFCOM, best practice is that you notify customers by text, or other means, to let customers know that there is going to be a planned shutdown of the service. So it shouldn't be necessary to be setup for updates, it should be done automatically.
