    Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช how customers calls should be handled ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

    if I can advise people anything do not take contracts out with @EE ๐Ÿ˜‚ losing my ******* shit with them. Their app is shit, their online website is shit & then when you phone them they have no recollection of anything. Still canโ€™t pay my bill & theyโ€™re not doing **** all to help.

    @EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

    @EE Hi, Iโ€™ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if thereโ€™s a problem but Iโ€™ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if thereโ€™s a problem in this area? Thanks.

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly ยฃ20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. ๐Ÿค” [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

    So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

    @EE General browsing & loading web pages through safari. Only seems to have an issue when in the city centre as soon as I leave to I donโ€™t seem to have an issue

    @EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE

    @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

    @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

    @EE Itโ€™s a moto E13 I think but itโ€™s no good trying to guide me through it as Iโ€™m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her
