However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.

Certainly not the "UK's Best Network". I have a final bill for £44, just received, but @EE have passed it onto debt collectors, demanding £59.
