Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

@EE How will this help with number spoofing and people calling me telling me I’ve called them when I haven’t? Seems a weird thing to help stop people using my number to scam people with but ok I’ll try it. Thank you

@cmsdrums @peterkyle It’s just one of the many things, all of which added together, show why leaving the EU was wrong. I left @EE when they introduced roaming charges after saying they wouldn’t. Their rep tried to tell me it was down to “ new legislation” 🙄

@EE when will the issue in G81 be sorted, that's 2 1/2 days without any usable signal, same message every day that it's taking longer than expected to resolve, some useful updates would be nice rather than stock message
-
Matt Seymour

Well I’ve ditched @ee as of today entirely because they were the first to add roaming charges. I’m under no illusions, all providers will add charges or curtail use, but first out of the blocks to fleece customers is a bad look.
