@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • samdownie
Sam Downie (@samdownie) reported from Bristol, England

@ciarale01 Yes that’s a spam message ! Do report it to @EE and don’t reply to it , if EE has a problem they will write to you

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  • MaartenSleeckx
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales

@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

  • Shitsgigglesng1
Shitsgigglesngloves (@Shitsgigglesng1) reported from Kingswood, England

Poor Polly at @EE ...she wasnt contemplating work a saturday evening and having to answer the phone to me having a poo! It coulda been worse! It could have been @midgetvernon8 Calling them as he whatsapp craps on the vid call! #itshowiroll #poocrimes #satonthegaryglitter

  • AmySprongle69
Amy Johnston (@AmySprongle69) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I don't use your service. I owe about 2 grand to you from an old phone so I wouldn't register with your service again. Stay safe though.

  • angelawales
Angela Sweeney (@angelawales) reported from Alway, Wales

@kyle_jamo15 @EE Mine was out too. After 3 calls to them, when I got cut off twice, they admit it was a nationwide outage

  • doeeyedlettuce

@EE any issues with broadband coverage in Bristol? Have woken up to find mine down

  • dklthomas6666
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales

@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  • kenandavestone
kebab (@kenandavestone) reported from Newport, Wales

@EE Yeah it isn’t letting me log in. Says there’s an error. Don’t even phone me to say I’m behind on my bill when it’s your system that’s crap. Happens every month I’m gonna move contracts soon

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

  • GavinTranter
Gavin Tranter (@GavinTranter) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Yes sort out my problem today, because I am not happy about all this.

  • LippyBoy123
Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • usmansikander_1
Usman Sikander (@usmansikander_1) reported from Bristol, England

Hi @EE, the reception is very poor for sometime now. I remember there was a planned maintenance going on, how long more until it gets sorted out?

  • TomWise_
Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • Craigohbryn
Craig Williams (@Craigohbryn) reported from Kingswood, England

When can a phone damage void warranty when damage does not result in failure? @EE_repair_dept @EE Not impressed!

  • fireavon
david pimm (@fireavon) reported from Clevedon, England

  • foxcrews1
Foxcrews (@foxcrews1) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK hi..I’m possibly a new customer, however, I’ve attempted to 1. Speak to someone 2. Upload pac to your website 3. Register - none of which seems a possibility..so I’m a little fearful of leaving @EE

  • JezzaScreen
Jezza Screen (@JezzaScreen) reported from Kingswood, England

Ok so due my upgrade now and @EE will finally lose my custom this year. I dont want to go anywhere near @CPWTweets carphone ********** either. Shocked at the difference between prices. **** this, i am bringing out my old ""indestructible" nokia, and being serious too!

  • Saralimback
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@LeilaniDowding @EE It is very scary for us with poor or non existent mobile reception. In a real emergency - power cut, fire etc we would be scuppered.

  • amandagadd75
    Amanda Gadd (@amandagadd75) reported

@EE The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, I’d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what we’ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.

  • muhrcel
    marcel (@muhrcel) reported

.@ee @eesupport Hello EE its marcel. Pls fix my broadband it is ruining my valorant gameplay and im gonna have 2 Explore my options if u make me lose RR again. When it disconnects it says broadband is disconnected even though ive changed nothing. Thx - marcel customer

  • L1ND4K
    Linda Knott 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@L1ND4K) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.

  • AndyRob04327914
Andy (Honk Honk) Robertson (@AndyRob04327914) reported

@EE where my ******* broadband that I pay a small fortune for? Nearly up to 32 hours of outage now.

  • tenerifepete
    Peter (@tenerifepete) reported

@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite

  • Hodbow
    Alan's daughter the super supporter⚫⚪ (@Hodbow) reported

@EE my daughter signed up for your broadband on the basis of getting an iPad for £100. She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.

  • LesCashmore
    Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported

@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy

  • stuuk11
    stuuk1🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@stuuk11) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE No idea Leilani. My elderly mother in law had issues last month with her virgin media line. It was down for 4 days, luckily she only lives around the corner.

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
