No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service ๐Ÿ™ˆ

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!๐Ÿ˜ก

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Between the service Iโ€™ve received from @AppleSupport and @EE about my broken phone, which is no fault of my own btw I am seriously considering knocking a mobile on the head and going back to the old landline! So much easier! #PhoneStress #21stCenturyProblems ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ

  • foxcrews1
Foxcrews (@foxcrews1) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK hi..Iโ€™m possibly a new customer, however, Iโ€™ve attempted to 1. Speak to someone 2. Upload pac to your website 3. Register - none of which seems a possibility..so Iโ€™m a little fearful of leaving @EE

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  • JezzaScreen
Jezza Screen (@JezzaScreen) reported from Kingswood, England

Ok so due my upgrade now and @EE will finally lose my custom this year. I dont want to go anywhere near @CPWTweets carphone ********** either. Shocked at the difference between prices. **** this, i am bringing out my old ""indestructible" nokia, and being serious too!

  • angelawales
Angela Sweeney (@angelawales) reported from Alway, Wales

@kyle_jamo15 @EE Mine was out too. After 3 calls to them, when I got cut off twice, they admit it was a nationwide outage

  • JezzaScreen
Jezza Screen (@JezzaScreen) reported from Bristol, England

@EE just lost my business due to poor miss selling.

  • joannas94
Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England

@EE the only network that prides themselves on being the best then tells you itโ€™s your own fault for taking a contract out with them and not getting any signal ever ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

  • ChrisEddy_7
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • danieldurrans
Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@ee โ€œmy new eSIM has been dispatchedโ€ - I guess I am not getting it in the post today as your support person thought I would. Another day without a phone #EEeSimShame

  • thelee_x_w
lee williams (@thelee_x_w) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

  • Welsh_Si
Simon Latham (@Welsh_Si) reported from Caerleon, Wales

@EE is there an issue gifting data at the moment. I canโ€™t seem to gift data via the app or online?

  • dklthomas6666
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales

@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  • bayleighbessell
Bayleigh โœฉ (@bayleighbessell) reported from Kingswood, England

Hi @EE I need some help please

  • Braddersbristol
Bradley Cahill (@Braddersbristol) reported from Bristol, England

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other Iโ€™m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me Iโ€™m wrong! If Iโ€™m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

  • HarrisonDec5
Harrison Decorators (@HarrisonDec5) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Yes my signal has been shocking all day. Only working with wifi

  • mrshepcom
MrShep (@mrshepcom) reported from Avonmouth, England

@EE Is the EE network down? Canโ€™t make calls this morning, says Iโ€™ve dialled an incorrect number ๐Ÿค”. Some mobiles I can ring others says I've dialled an incorrect number

  • Borisbex
Bex Russell (@Borisbex) reported from Bristol, England

@EE thanks for sorting my issue... Fab customer service the way it should be. #CustomerExperience

  • MaartenSleeckx
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales

@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Youโ€™ve obviously never tried to work on the TGV from Paris to Nancy or the Deutsche-Bahn equivalent from Paris to Frankfurt?

  • MarkHarper99
    Mark Harper (@MarkHarper99) reported

@EE Felt I needed to address my moan. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Many thanks @EE

  • RobbieTwts
    The Blasted Cat (@RobbieTwts) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We increasingly have 650 elected officials in Westminster more interested in chasing personal glory on matters overseas than attempting to resolve domestic issues

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.
