    Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @Spudsghost @EE The @virginmedia crapness is to do with their router I think it’s useless and can’t send the WiFi through paper thin plasterboard or handle the TV signal

    @EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

    @carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE They won't have an ETA because likely the issue can be so complex, root cause may have took ages to identify. Don't disagree it's horrendous for people that rely on these services but It's in their interest to sort this ASAP.

    @EE I had no data connection since midday today, but I’ve got my 5G back but only in some areas 🤔 I use my phone for work and this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. They’re still boasting about being the #1 network 🙃

    @EE Problem with my partners EE phone- in Spain and calls, texts and data not working since Sunday. Expecting important messages re flights home Etc. Can you assist please. Thank goodness I have Vodafone or we would be without any means of communication.

    @EE Any idea how long until the network is sorted out? Rather frustrating not being able to use my phone properly. Service has been intermittent all day and for some reason won't allow me to connect to WiFi either
