@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

@EE I know that *now*. It should have never come up: Status banners would vastly reduce your support queues. Once it had happened, it should never have taken so long to fix. I may be PAYG just now but I've been a customer since before you *were* EE. This is disgraceful.

@EE Thankfully the service came back on last night and I now have 4g. At least EE refunded me which is more than I can say for BT who gave a measly £50 credit after months of upset and still no broadband.
