-
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?
-
Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England@ee “my new eSIM has been dispatched” - I guess I am not getting it in the post today as your support person thought I would. Another day without a phone #EEeSimShame

-
Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.
-

-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesNo network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, WalesSo according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!
-
Chris Phillips (@ChrisPhil1992) reported from Whitebrook, Wales@Handrew94 @virginmedia @EE broadband is a joke as well. No end of service outages

-
Jezza Screen (@JezzaScreen) reported from Kingswood, EnglandOk so due my upgrade now and @EE will finally lose my custom this year. I dont want to go anywhere near @CPWTweets carphone ********** either. Shocked at the difference between prices. **** this, i am bringing out my old ""indestructible" nokia, and being serious too!
-
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.
-
Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesWish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

-
Technicslover (@technicslover) reported@bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.
