If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".
-
Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesWish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄
-
Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England@EE the only network that prides themselves on being the best then tells you it’s your own fault for taking a contract out with them and not getting any signal ever 🙃🙃🙃
-
Daniel Fry (@DanielFry23) reported from Filton, EnglandAwful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Lu 🎙⚒️ (@recklesslntent) reported@EE my dad is calling g about his contract and reducing the price of this. I understand due to RPI and being out of contract the price has gone up. But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesn’t want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent
-
Fung (@androidfung) reported@EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.
-
Lee Parkin (@lparkin) reported@EE can someone help me with an order? When placed it said in stock delivered within 2 days… still not dispatched though..
-
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported@EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!
-
jason (@Jason29wctb) reported@EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday
-
Julian (@JuFitJuJu) reported@EE why is it so difficult to get a simple question answered? Can I get full fibre in my area? Yes or no? Now I’ve your colleague asking me if I need my internet checking or me to look at things in the house…..No I just need to know if I can get this service and then we talk
-
Rach 🇪🇺 (@MsVespertilio) reported@Bandit5570 @EE Haven’t had a problem in years! But last two months atrocious!
-
Carol Annesley (@Cannesle) reported@EE why for the last few months does my plan never renew when I'm always in credit think it's time for me to move on...not going into a store every month to solve it 🤬🤬🤬
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Ryan (@ryan_eccles9) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE When my contract finishes with @EE at Christmas I won't be renewing either ridiculous been with them 12 years prices and 5g coverage is terrible
