Tom Wise 🏴 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, WalesUnbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼
-
Joanna (@joannas94) reported from Bristol, England@EE the only network that prides themselves on being the best then tells you it’s your own fault for taking a contract out with them and not getting any signal ever 🙃🙃🙃
-
LAWRIE MILLS (@Chunky_Lozza) reported from Kingswood, England@EE Would of thought seeing as I’ve been a customer of yours for 22yrs (orange beforehand), I would of been treated better since you want me to upgrade. NOT HAPPY !!

kebab (@kenandavestone) reported from Newport, Wales@EE Yeah it isn’t letting me log in. Says there’s an error. Don’t even phone me to say I’m behind on my bill when it’s your system that’s crap. Happens every month I’m gonna move contracts soon
-
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.
-
🇬🇧Jamie🏴 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, WalesSo according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

huw (@jonsie) reported@EE here's a great CX problem for you. I am not your customer. Your new customer has (hopefully accidentally) used my email account to register for your services, so I have 8 emails from you - including NOW and Netflix. And there is no easy way to tell you this!!!!!
-
⚫️ ElleQat (@BaroqueChic) reported@EE I’m unable to use telephone contact. Don’t you offer any other access support for disabled customers?
-
Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
-
Ɛ (@WolfChanChimmy) reported@EE I can login on the website but I need the app to be able to control my broadband as it wont let me edit or do anything.
