    Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @Spudsghost @EE The @virginmedia crapness is to do with their router I think it’s useless and can’t send the WiFi through paper thin plasterboard or handle the TV signal

    @O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

    @EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

    Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    After being 20 years with @EE contract, there customer service (now I'm on pay as you go) has reached an all time low. Actively looking at other providers.

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

    @EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

    @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

    @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

    Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

    @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡
