@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

I could find Jesus easier than finding my @EE business monthly invoices. 6 weeks trying to get access to them or simply to send my invoices to accounts 🤦🏼 each time someone sets me up on a app or a website and there's never any incoice

@EE And again, @ee make an appointment and the engineer doesn’t turn up. Appointment has been cancelled at their end. Day 8 of no WiFi. No engineer, no fix in sight… and no one at EE seem to be arsed. Avoid them like the plague.

@EE I tried to ring today but the automated system just sent me in circles and just kept ending with there is an issue in your area. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone. It’s now the third day with no signal in SK13. Are you not able to assist?

@EE Hi, it seems you actually offer a 12-day pass for £21.50, which wasn't advertised until I got to France. I've purchased that, but the text confirmation says it's only a 7-day pass. I'm trying to check on the app to see which it is, but signal is ropey while I'm still on the train

@EE Guide says I'll definitely call you back in 10 minutes (1338). Over 30 minutes later still waiting... Support has definitely gone downhill in the last couple of years.
