    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

    @EE Why is your internet so f*****g bad!! Seriously, I was with a smaller broadband provider and had less than half the issues with them than I did with EE. Slow, unreliable, drops out for no reason. Never again.

    @EE I’m travelling right now and cannot access my voicemail. There is no way I can contact EE support. The service and support is hilarious! Don’t know how the PIN has been setup and there is no way to change it on the app.

    @zeitgeistlondon @dyerAndie @EE The fact that you’re forgetting here this transaction includes a 2 year agreement which constitutes a financing arrangement, which by law comes with a right to cancel that arrangement within 14 days.
