@EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@autoalex @EE I left @EE after almost 20yrs because they refused to fix my phone under warranty. I was close to the end of my contract and all they wanted to do was try and force me to buy a new phone. Their loss.
