@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE The might be there but not helpfull at all. We are 3 years 5 months EE customer but all we got is disrupted internet provision, sold higher value connection and when we are leaving country and want to cancel it we are levied with hefty charges not there in PCI

@XboxP3 @EE What a wasted opportunity. Wrong company for cloud streaming. Overpriced data plans where as other network providers offer far more reliable 5G infrastructure at lower prices. Clearly shows Microsoft don't understand the UK network providers.
