Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

@EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

@EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

@EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

@bt_uk I’d like Wi-fi in just one room BT, such a joke of a service for £90 a month! Don’t waste you money. Currently using all my @EE data up which is 25GB a month as I can’t use Wi-fi in just one room of my house!

@EE Turquoise/ blue and not flashing. As far as the router is concerned it is connected. However all devices can’t connect to the internet. It sounds like a DNS issue to me but I’ve tried different DNS servers including my own with no luck. Everything from the TV to iPad are down

@EE absolutely disgusted with your service with the mobile signal in Storrington... the service has been down about hours everyday for the past 4 days and when it's logged they say its being worked on! Paying for a service which is not being provided! Horrendous!

@EE @Ofcom I can’t even make a call in my house with my mobile. So much for the UK’s best network. Get your coverage sorted. It’s absolutely disgusting that I can’t even make or receive a call in my own home without having to go outside and even then leave it to chance.

2/2 @bt_uk @EE BT have said this is an EE issue. I have gone back and forth to both of Customers Service departments today to get this sorted, but still nothing. Can someone please get to the bottom of this? Thank you 🙃
