    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    @EE i just tried topping up my payg number but as soon as i hit confirm payment, the site is no longer working? I havent received a confirmation text and i can't log back in to myee to find out as the site is blank. Bank won't show if payment went through yet. Is the site down?

    Hi @EE I'm a customer of @sipgateUK and I have had constant ongoing issues for weeks with EE mobile phone numbers calling us. Your customers are often left unable to hear us. I've 19 seperate occasions logged over the last 4 days with this issue. SIPGate are aware. #mobileissues

    Excuse me @EE I’m trying to cancel my contract and get my PAC code, I spent 30 mins in a phone queue only to get passed from one department to another and the second guy put the phone down! I don’t have endless hours to sit on your hold service, I just want to cancel!

    @EE I can't believe it's your policy to charge people for mistakes... I accidentally upgraded my phone plan to a router and am now being charged £130 for calls! What kind of a way is this to treat a loyal customer?
