So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

@bt_uk I’d like Wi-fi in just one room BT, such a joke of a service for £90 a month! Don’t waste you money. Currently using all my @EE data up which is 25GB a month as I can’t use Wi-fi in just one room of my house!

@EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

@EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

@EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE bought a phone locked to ee, with an EE SIM in the box. The card will not register, and the customer service phone line is rubbish. It will not recognize the phone number you have provided me with. This is for my son's safety in his school walk. I need it sorting sharpish.

How can someone not living at your address be able to cancel your internet package. And how can @EE assure us that we will be connected in two weeks then that two weeks pass and be told again oh your contract was cancelled! Guess I’ll wait another two weeks for the same thing?

Hi @EE, There seems to be a problem with your mast at Acharonich/Ulva Ferry on the Isle of Mull. There’s no 4G from this mast at all, so I can’t report via the My EE app. The signal from Tormore is consistently poor, to the extent that I can’t log in to My EE from there either.

Hey @EE I bought a 500MB 7 day Data add on and got only 250MB on my PAYG account. I have a screenshot confirming my purchase. Spent 30mins with support just to get a refund, but still unable to buy the advertised 500MB pack. Not alone. That's a 100% scam.
